Again, this place is massive and I can only order what additional services are provided here or if they feature any memberships. I talked to one guy on the phone and he said come on by and when I got there, I was told that they could not change the battery or even tell me how to do it for liability reasons. I get it, I guess, but it was kind of inconvenient to be told two separate things. I never had to change the battery in a keyfob and with my car, it looked a bit daunting. My husband had occasion a few years ago to retrieve belongings at J & B from a friend's vehicle who was killed in the accident. He said that the staff went out of their way to be sensitive to the nature of his being there and took care to make sure he had all he needed before he left. I can imagine they see a lot at a salvage yard so it is nice that they still remember that for the rest of us, dealing with a destroyed car and all that comes with it is thankfully not an every day occurrence.

Hours after dropping my car off to do this test, they call me with an appalling list of things needed to be fixed in my car to the tune of over $3,500. One of which was leaking coolant, which I had fixed less than a year ago elsewhere. I went to my last mechanic to use the warranty from this repair. However, he was able to physically show me that there was no leak. I went to check everything else on this list of repairs Everything Automotive claimed I needed, and only 2 of the 5 repairs were actually true. I agreed to get my mirror changed at Everything Automotive and nothing else. But the owner wouldn't take my no for an answer on getting everything they listed repaired, and tried pressuring me to scare me saying my car was a ticking time-bomb. It wasn't. When I came to get my car an hour after the full diagnostics I didn't ask for was finished, the owner said he needed more time to "do what he needed to do still." Slightly concerning since there was nothing we agreed to repair yet, and of course when leaving, my car ran worse than it did when I got there. As a girl alone in Florida as I finish up my education, it's so disappointing to see the lengths people will go to swindle others. The owner states to have helped lots of fellow students from my school which worries me how many other people were suckered into spending money on things they didn't need from here. Do yourself a favor, and find an honest mechanic like Vimar up the block across the street from Full Sail University to help you with all your needs!

I explained the problem and he proceeded to go to my car and check the sensors not checking if there's a nail in my tire and then told me I needed 4 new tires and 2 new sensors. Which I just got a new tire a year ago and then the others a couple years ago (but less than 4 years). When all I asked was if he could check if there's a nail. I told him to just fill it up with air instead. After I told him thank you when he was done, he just walked away and didn't say anything. I don't know if he was just having a bad day, but there's no excuse for that.

The last three times I needed a part right away, they had it when no one else did. Most recently, it was the valve cover gasket for a 2006 Pontiac Vibe, before that it was the radiator fan for the same vehicle, on another visit, a turn signal relay for an older model Yamaha Golf Cart. If you are able to DIY, you can really save yourself a fortune especially when parts like these are plug-and-play. O'Reilly's also carries all of the usual tools, lubricants, cleaning supplies, and accessories you will find in other auto parts stores. We drove again 2 hours and get there and they say it's past the 30 days. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will tell you anything to sell you a part and not back up anything they offer.
