I bought a part for my car and the cashier handed me the wrong one . I went back to exchange it , they wouldn't exchange it unless I had the receipt. I went back to my house and retrieved it and went back to the store and they said they didn't have the part . The only decent thing is that I got my money back but I'll never go back to that business ever again . read more

This store is really great and professional. I came here to get a battery for my car because the dealership did me just right by messing up the one in my car almost two years exactly. With the winter cold weather this year we have had in Texas. My car was not wanting to start when it was super cold. For us Texans that is anything around the 30s or below type of weather. I came back here in December 2017 and the guy tetsed it. Sure enough for a Premium battery the cold cranking amps we're very low. He told me to try charging it full over night. So I did and my car seemed to be running until after Christmas and again minor cold weather while parked in the garage it didn't want to start up right away. I came back again, this same gentleman was there but he was busy. New tech guy tested and told me to try one more time to charge it over night and if still the same when I brought it back for testing the next day they would for sure replace it for free with their warranty. I came home and put the battery on the charger immediately 90% charged. Next cold cranking amps we're in the same range. The new tech guy from the day before was there. I believe his name was Joe. Very cool and respectful. I was frustrated at first. I am not going to lie but I am glad they had me run through the checks. Being an IT guy I can understand the logic behind it. Unfortunately I just got a bad battery off the shelf since my original purchase. No worries right. The guy explained to me everything I needed to know. What happened to the auto parts stores of our past? You'd go in and the guy over the counter was respectable, knowledgeable and you knew you'd walk out with what you needed or would have it rather soon. Now-You either have to put up with people that don't know anything about parts, but think they're experts because they can work a computer or you have people that are so miserable at their job the words customer service mean nothing. This store has gone way down, I was a faithful advanced customer, even if the other stores were closer or had the parts I needed. Plenty of other mistakes they've done but today was the last try, after ordering a part and going the next day to pick it up (even though it was supposed to be there the same day) only to find out they never ordered it in the first place, well we all have better things to do with our time and better places to spend our money. I will have to wait for Oreilys to open up their shop and hope that they have capable people to help give the service that old shops used to strive for. You might as well order parts online if you're gonna walk into this store- you have a 50/50 chance of waking out with what you need- Sorry guys it's not much but you've lost my loyalty. read more

Love the guys here! They treat ladies with respect and help you install pretty much everything. Replaced my battery, headlights, break lights and they even teach you how to do it yourself if you ask. Fiats are hard cars to get into so all their help is greatly appreciated! read more

This is the last place you want to go to buy any parts for your car I got attacked by a guy named Kirby. After he didn't want to help me at all. He grabbed me by the throat and scratched me. He also grabbed my phone and slammed it down on the counter after I asked to speak with the manager. Worst customer service of my life by far. read more

These people are always rude none of the staff and there have any sort of customer service, Fred, Dom they are all ill prepared to suitably give knowledge on auto parts to the customer. I went in there to get bolts for a driveshaft on a 2005 and nobody was willing to help me they sold me the wrong bolts I had to go back nobody even attempted to assist me and help me with my part selection. Every time I go in there there is no sort of customer service at all with any of the crew that works at the store. So instead I'll be going back to O'Reillys I love their customer service and satisfaction I receive when I walk in and receive the right parts read more

I came there to get a new positive battery terminal because my old was barely hanging on, about ready to break off. I opened my hood, went inside and Ryan came out to look at it, we went back in and he sold me one to replace it. I asked if he could help replace it, he said yes, but didn't really help me. He told me to take the old one off which I did, it broke off. So I go put the new one on and it doesn't fit! He told me wrong and now my vehicle won't start because I have no battery terminal. Ryan disappears in the store and really showed no interest in helping. The other store employee can't find a replacement that fits! Another employee actually showed interest, Cameron, tries to help me for an hour, then Fred the manager shows up and is rude and says ' this is not an auto repair shop' to me. How rude is that!? I didn't go there for an auto repair ! I went there to buy a part and they got it wrong and to top it off, there were absolutely rude! I've never seen a store manager so unprofessional and rude.
