    I worked here at the Pflugerville location briefly. During this time, I watched the manager, Tony,…read moretalk poorly about his staff. Statements such as "lazy asshole", "dumb fucks", "worthless", etc were said not only to staff but to corporate in front of other staff. I was told " I'm never hiring another woman again I know that makes me sexist but I don't care." Employees are underpaid. We are supposed to answer phones by the 2nd ring and make that sale. But also supposed to process orders, returns, credits, check the driver's paperwork and do it without mistakes. And when mistakes are made, boss man makes you feel bad and stupid. I offered to work Saturday. I was left alone in the office while Tony made a run. He apparently called while I was indisposed. He came back yelling at me for not answering the phone and accusing me of picking up the phone and hanging up. Not true at all! Now the day I decided I couldn't handle any more two things happened. First, I came in and asked to leave early one day later in the week. Tony said yes. A few hours in to the day, his girlfriend calls him...his phone volume is always turned up max volume...and she says my name and bitches about me leaving early. Not long after that his friend ..whom used to work there.. called and said my name discussing my leaving early. Now why does two people who don't know me not work there call and discuss me with my boss?? Makes no sense right? Then at the VERY end of the evening I made a mistake doing the deposit paperwork. I get told it's my fault it took him so long and I can't do deposits anymore because when I am rushed I mess up. Lastly, today...I went to get my check. I refused to sign termination papers because I had quit when I didn't go back. He says "I will put down that you refused to sign. I won't be the one broke for Christmas." WORST EMPLOYER I HAVE EVER HAD! It's a hot mess there. If the owner wants his company going and for employees to stay he needs to reexamine whom he trusts to run his business!
