After getting home I notice that the mounting bolts that secure the rack to the truck were loose. After closer inspection, I found that the incorrect length of bolt to secure the rack to the truck. I had to spend the time to go to Menards to get the right length of bolts. Also found several other bolts that were not properly tightened. To further my frustration as I am looking at the bolt issues, I noticed that the ladder rack is not even squared to the body of the truck. They must not utilize a tape measure or square. Also found hardware/brackets not installed properly. I am very dissatisfied with this installation, as they had more than enough time to install this ladder rack for me. I will highly recommend to not go to them for any installations. Their quality is beyond poor.
