But they did sell one to me; they pointed out that it was Duralast and I had a 3 year warranty on it. It had a built code of 12/20 on it side. I bought it at Autozone 1 month after I moved to Springville in 3/21. They told me if I went to Autozone they would replace it. Two young men at Autozone admitted that it was still under warranty, but they did not find it in the system and were CLEARLY afraid of swapping it out with a new one. They said we had to wait for 10 minutes for their Manager Valentine H. He arrived and I could see why the 2 young men we so afraid. He treated me as if it was my fault the purchase was not in the system and that somehow I was trying to do something nefarious with my 18 month old battery that clearly had a 3 year warranty. In an accusatory voice Valentine said I had come by 3 months ago talking about the battery as if that was evidence of a scam. I have 5 cars, 2 of which are old Land Cruisers and have bought 2 new cars that needed batteries lately. I have no idea if I did talk with him about it, I don't remember doing so, but have no idea how that is a bad thing? I told him was first confused and did not know what I had done wrong and why he was treating me as if i was a conman. I was confused, but now I am angry. I need a battery for another car, I will be going to another shop to buy it.

I have been very disappointed in the service here. I have been in several times, but each time I…read morego in there is never a "hi" or a welcome of any kind. I have wandered around for 10-15 minutes before getting help when there are available associates, just to get told they didn't want to bother us. The parts I needed were behind the counter anyway!! I have never been offered to have parts tested before replacing them, so we have spent lots of money there for things that could've been fine. I was never offered their reward program so I never got to benefit from the discounts that I could have had on the $400+ we have spent there. I've never received advice and explanations like I've seen them give others.. men mostly. I don't know if its because I'm am older woman, not a man, but I've now taken my business elsewhere!!!

Beware of life time warranty! I purchased a new alternator with a lifetime warranty. After the…read morealternator started to fail I went to my local O'Reilly's to exchange it. I was told that they had change their part numbers and because of new numbering system my warranty was no longer valid. I went in with my purchase invoice and was told too bad my Alternator now longer was under warranty. I ended up purchasing another one reluctantly as I needed to get my truck working now. Upon completing my purchase I was told my new alternator had a lifetime warranty... I just laughed. I will be visiting the competition in the future. 1 Star for not honoring a life time warranty!

They tried to figure out what the problem would be and told us if we could get it going enough to get it there they could run diagnostics and let us know anything else to help solve the problem. After coming back to the shop 3 hours later to pick it up, my car was not at the shop. Turns out they took the car to another shop in town who had the correct machines to get the job done. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time instead of seeing my car driven in to the shop from a different shop. Fast forward to now, my AC went out again several weeks ago and I'll need to take it in once more to inspect what is happening. While this service was cheaper then competitors I feel it may have been worth it in the long run to take it somewhere else because I'll end up paying more to get it done again anyway at this point.
