We made an appointment over the phone to purchase a specific golf cart and upon arrival were told it was sold. The guy that we made the appointment with wasn't even working. They showed us another golf cart that could be "built out" to match the one we wanted. The alternative was in no way comparable. We pulled a trailer over an hour and no one even pretended to care. Sure seemed like a bait & switch operation. Worst experience I've had in a long time.

The pilot needed a few repairs over the years, but 'she' just hit 310k miles and is still going strong.
