When paying for admission, it is important to ask the cashier to pull up the inventory and tell you whether they have the make and model you are looking for. We received the row location for our vehicle. The lot is well laid out and marked so that you can find your pick quickly and get to work removing what you need. We received great customer service throughout the process. You should bring the tools necessary to remove the part you want from the car. They provide a wheel barrel for you to place place parts in and bring them to checkout. I was impressed with the improved check in, the cars they had for sale, the cleanliness of the pick lot and the amount of space allowed between each vehicle to help you get to the part you want without squeezing by.

Just had an amazing experience and it was all because of a nice man named Don. While it was raining…read moreout, i noticed once of my wipers was starting to fail, so I pulled into this Autozone to replace them. As soon as I walked in the door Don asked me what I was in for, he immediately started looking up what size wipers I needed. He quickly got to grabbing the size and brand that the store computer recommended, he then went out into the rain to check the adapter size on my car to make sure they matched. When the store didnt have the right size for the brand recommended, he got the next brand size but still gave me the lower price of the original recommended brand. Don did multiple trips out to the rain to replace my wipers and I was out of there in less than 10 minutes. Will only go to this Auto Zone in the future because of this experience.

However, I do call ahead of time to make sure that the parts are available and the two times that I visited here everything has been available and ready for pick up at the front desk. I actually have a mechanic that I work and he has a reputable reputation with the company as well so everything works out perfectly... availability and deals! The store is a little hard to spot from the road but if you have any GPS system it should guide you spot on! I used my Google Maps without worry. The shop is kind of small however they do have a few shelves of items that you can browse around to see if it's anything else that you need for your vehicle but they mainly specialize in imported cars. And store is pretty much for stocking items and not so much on the main floor. The building does appear larger from outside. No sugar coating here... they're definitely straight and to the point with you. A great group of guys. Parking is alongside the store on the street or there is parking directly behind the building. Be careful heading back on the main street... super busy area of Norfolk. They usually close at 6 during the week and a little earlier on Saturday...call ahead to verify. They were steering me ( no pun intended ) to the new S&B / One Up Off-Road kit that just hit the market. They said it corrects all the caster alignment issues & loose steering feel that a lot of other companies fail to address. Their knowledge is absolutely unbelievable. Extremely Disappointed - Poor Communication and Zero Accountability…read moreI initially went to Easter Off Road to have a leveling kit and new tires installed. I returned a little while later to have a noise diagnosed, which involved removing my skid plate. I travel for work approximately 90% of the time, which the shop was fully aware of. When I called to schedule a time to have my skid plate put back on, I was informed that they had thrown it away without ever contacting me. The owner refused to reimburse me or replace the skid plate. He claimed they have a three-day policy for holding parts, yet also admitted that my skid plate sat there for a month before they threw it away. During that entire month, no one attempted to call, text, or email me to ask what I wanted done with my property. I also have an existing text thread with their service staff regarding my vehicle, and not a single message was sent letting me know that my skid plate was still there, that there was supposedly a deadline to pick it up, or that they intended to throw it away. If there is truly a three-day policy, that was never communicated to me before they disposed of my property. What makes this even more frustrating is that when I originally had my leveling kit installed, they specifically called and asked whether I wanted to keep the old parts. I said no, and they disposed of them. Clearly, they had both my contact information and an established way to communicate with me before disposing of parts, yet that same courtesy wasn't extended to a skid plate that was supposed to go back on my vehicle. My issue isn't simply that they threw away my property. It's the complete lack of communication and accountability afterward. They knew I travel extensively for work, had multiple ways to contact me, made no attempt to do so, and then refused to replace or reimburse me for something they chose to discard. A single phone call, text, or email could have prevented this entire situation. Instead, I'm now responsible for replacing a perfectly good skid plate because they threw it away without my permission. I expected much better communication and customer service from a shop entrusted with my vehicle. Unfortunately, based on how this was handled, I would not recommend Easter Off Road.
