I've been going to this shop for my after market exhaust systems for years. Fair, great work, and very easy to get an appointment with. Most times I just show up and they take me in right away. Yesterday they did a mid muffler delete, and installed black powder coated tips in about 45 mins. I drive there from Canyon Lake because I'm picky who touches my cars. Great place and staff. I had previously brought my 2006 Charger in for some custom exhaust work and was happy with their work. So I brought my 2014 Charger SRT in for a Borla Exhaust System. They hooked me up with a great deal since they are a Borla Supplier and install. The install was quick, probably an hour tops. It sounds great and happy with there service. I feel bad for dumping 100's of dollars at this crappy shop. First of all, the owner is a prick. He is a comple jerk and make sure you take cash because they work on your car, and once you are about to pay with card he's all like..sorry we need cash, go across the street and get change.WTF? A good business will take your card regardless of the price..seriously that man has a stick up his bum all the time. After driving around Riverside and most of Moreno Valley to find a good price for a muffler delete and xpipe install on my V8 BMW I stumbled across this place. I needed a new catalytic converter for my pick up truck. My mechanic told me about this shop and said their prices are very fair. Since the drive to moreno valley is about 35 minutes away, I first tried a few muffler shops in my area. The quotes I got were approx twice what Advance Muffler quoted me on the phone. I therefore took my pick up to Advance Muffler and spoke to Alex who confirmed the phone quote that he previously gave me. My car was ready in about 20 minutes and both Alex and the service man were both professional and courteous. They advertise they have the lowest prices "guaranteed" and now I am a believer. Consulted with Alex about headers, They damaged my headers, I couldnt take them back, they forced the headers to fit by putting stacks of washers on the motor mount which caused the fan not to spin and it resulted in my classic car to over heated, heater core gave way spilled boiling hot coolant into my car. He couldnt pay for my damaged headers they he ruined plus my car over heated ruined heater core. Had no resolution nor remorse..Mickey Mouse work when it comes to communicating, All he had to do was call me say the headers doesnt fit, I could have took them back returned with correct headers.. Went in and talked to one of the gentlemen there about fixing the exhaust on my 65 impala. I told him I had to get it towed and he assured me it would get done if I brought it in early. Showed up around 9am on a Monday and I drove it right up to the lift. He even noticed I had bags and asked me to move it on to the drive up lift since the bags can't be hanging free too long cause it could damage them. I had totally forgot about that but he caught it. Roberto (I believe that's his name) and I went over what I wanted and explained to him all the little details i wanted and how i needed the the exhaust to be tucked in as much as possible since i do have air ride and my car basically lays frame. I think he understood how much this car meant to me and took into account everything i had said. 2.5 hrs later he called said it was done. I showed up 15 minutes later car was still on the lift and he went over everything he had done and needless to say he nailed it. Took the car off the lift and lowered it to the ground and what do you know? Exhaust was about a 1/2 inch from the ground. PERFECT!! he complimented me on how nice my car was and the other technician even asked to take a picture. Made me feel good that they appreciated how much work I've put into my car. I just brought my 2014 Mustang 5.0 in today. I was specifically looking to get the Borla S-Type exhaust installed when one of the employees showed me the Wiked Flow brand and how similar they were (literally identical inside and out). I was pretty adamant about the sound I wanted but he let me know if I was unhappy with the sound he will take them right off and install the Borla. Long story short, the Wiked Flow (which I had never heard of before today) sound absolutely amazing on my 5.0 and cost $110 less than the Borla. The sound is just what I was looking for, deep sound at accelerations between 1k and 3k RPM but no loud sound at a stop or on the freeway. Great installation as well, this shop has been there for years and I have always heard great things from friends over the years. Nice staff as well.
