Please Read!!! So here's the story I had a little wobble on the front end of my car I have a very complicated suspension so I won't bore you with all of that. I called them to schedule an alignment they do alignments only by appointment which I thought was good because I like it when you go to any type of automotive repair maintenance shop and don't have to stand around and wait. I arrived I was very impressed with the appearance it was very clean for a Automotive repair and tire shop actually very impressive and I had started forming an early opinion of credibility. Then it might not matter to some but I had to use the restroom if you've ever used the restroom in any type of automotive repair shop they're usually pretty nasty I think the bathroom here was cleaner than the one at my home. How to get down to it so the technician looked at my car drove it I told him what I was looking for and how I thought the car should handle. After him test driving it he came back in and said he doesn't need an alignment however I believe the tires do you need to be RFB balanced so they pulled my car around after taking a few of the tires off they asked me to come out to the shop and they had shown me where someone had done some shotty work when I had a had spacers put on as well as upgrading my brake system. They repaired the work that was done very poorly and then balance the tires then drove it again to see how it was handling. The entire time I was there the owners wife was so very friendly and they had an amazing and friendly dog named Chloe the time actually flew by I think I might've been there 45 minutes seemed like 15 expecting to pay for an alignment balancing or anything else walked out the door with a very reasonable I wanna say almost low bill for balancing my tires as well as fixing someone else's mess. I cannot recommend them highly enough. When you're having your automobile worked on there are a few things that are important The first one being trust and the second one being competent friendly is an added bonus. They do superior work look at their Facebook or some of the pictures on Google. Thank you guys for being amazing you definitely have my business going forward. read more

This was the best experience I have had with any automotive business since I've been living in the Tampa area, hands down. I was getting new wheels and tires, a lowering kit and new exhaust, all coming from different vendors. They had no issue storing all of these items until they all came in. Actually, one wheel came damaged (which Louis noticed and called me so I could come down and inspect all the wheels) so I had to have the company send another one which took another week itself. When all was said and done, they installed all of these items in 1 day and did an amazing job at a great price. I worked with Louis throughout the entire process who was responsive and attentive and really knows his stuff, as do the rest of the workers there, like Noah who actually worked on my car . These guys are amazing. Friendly, personable, and professional and trustworthy. I knew I wasn't getting taken advantage of, especially for being a girl. Their office/front store/waiting room is really clean and nicely decorated. I especially appreciated how fast and efficient they were, I dropped my car off at lunch and was able to pick it up right after work. I wasn't sure the problem was the tires and so I didn't schedule a ride back to the office, so at finding that I would need to leave my car there, they offered and then drove me back to my office. That was above and beyond to me. And yes, the dog! She looks like the little Caesar's dog from the commercials, super friendly and calm. I went in to get four brand-new new Toyo tires Road force balanced on a 40000 mile Factory staggered 19" Infiniti Coupe. I even paid for the alignment. They told me the wheels balanced out fine and everything was good. Well I felt shaking on the highway and ended up finding out that the inside lips of my rims were not perfect and had to go at a later date to have the rims perfected and rebalanced and that is absolutely Criminal. They ruined $1,700 worth of brand new Tires and Brakes by telling me that everything was all good. When knowing darn right that the wheels needed to be corrected just by looking at it visually as it spins it's plain as dayto see that they were far from right. Absolute criminals here. read more

Originally I had new tires mounted here. The service was outstanding and I have continued to have all my tire related services done here. The scheduling is first come first serve so arriving early is a good idea. The technicians have always followed up the service with a thorough explanation of what they did and if they found any issues, which is not always the standard, which is not always the standard for modern service centers. This is definitely recommended and I will continue to use advanced performance tire and wheel. read more

Great place for balancing, alignment and suspension work. The staff is very knowledgeable and honest. They have top-notch equipment, including road force balance. More importantly, the staff knows how to use the equipment and interpret results properly. On a recent visit for a steering vibration issue, they correctly diagnosed a worn suspension problem. The cost was very reasonable, and no up-selling. They saved me money as well, by avoiding an unnecessary re-balancing. As mentioned in other reviews, the waiting area is excellent. Just moved down here from NYC and I needed an alignment and wheel balance, a quick online search came up with these guys. I made my appointment and showed up first thing Saturday Morning, After a quick conversation with them I could tell right off the bat the guys were knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. After putting my car on the Alignment rack one of the guys told me my alignment was Perfect and there was no need for one, so after describing my issues we proceeded to do a Road Force Balance on my wheels and that resolved the issue 100%. So I had an anger review recently using my friends name on here. He was so embarrassed. He took his car to get work done at this place and come to find out they see my dumb review with his name on it. I figured he would never be going there and so I used his name. He takes his vehicle in and they ask him if he was me. Which then he calls me and I again tell him I never wrote anything on yelp which I actually did. He sees his name on this post and now feels the need to give a different name. Since he isn't sure what was going on. He was so embarrassed that he came to my house ready to beat my ass. Advance performance helped him out with his car. My issue was never anything they had done. I was misinformed about a thread that needed to be trimmed to put 24 inch wheels on my 2010 black charger. This needed to be done because of the size of tire I had on the rims. The other shop I guess either has an issue with advance performance. Again my mistake I am not a car guy and really didn't know what was going on. This place has always been great the times I have been there. A little pricey but they know what they are doing and they are doing it right. So I want to apologize to them and to my good friend Joel for putting him in such a bad place yesterday. read more
