This place is the greatest. Seriously. The customer service is beyond 5 star. You feel comfortable the moment you walk through the door. A little background- I used to use Juvederm in my lips. It resulted in eventual bumps because the product started moving... "Movederm" . It looked pretty terrifying and finally I needed to do something about it. After it had happened initially, I went back to the person who initially injected my lips. He was extremely unhelpful, so I decided to just wait it out and hope it dissolved. It didn't. The bumps became more pronounced as time went on and as the filler wore off. At this point, I was desperate and began researching what I could do and where I could go. Thankfully, I read great reviews for Amanda Dunn and eventually booked with her. I'm so so so grateful I did. She took the time to dissolve my lips TWICE before she would inject them. I booked a juverdern appt for lines around my lips. The website said $375 for one syringe. When I got there I was quoted $450. They did honor the price. I was told to call back in 2 weeks for a touch up if needed. I did that and explained that when I called and made my appt.for a "touch up for lines still around my upper lip" I was told " sure let's get that taken care of for you" and made my appt. When I got there and saw Charina the same person who did my lips said Oh No...that's only if I did something wrong. Then I spoke to my friend who was told the same thing and had her touch up appt with Charina at no charge. Because of this experience I would not recommend or go back for any other services with this company. read more

I am honestly ashamed for not writing this review sooner. Advanced Aesthetics has played such a significant role in improving my self-confidence in the past 8 months. Prior to going here, I was at the point where I no longer wanted my picture taken. I had significant smile lines which were only getting worse with age. I'm a very smiley person by nature, but I've had really bad cystic acne my entire life. I had this one gnarly conjoined cyst several years ago that required an injection to remove, and the injection was effective but also aggressive to the point where it left me with atrophy that spread down to my mouth. I knew absolutely nothing about fillers or if they would even work for me, but my best friend recommended I go see Amanda Dunn at Advanced Aesthetics to see if she could help. I was so excited and surprised when Amanda informed me that the initial consultation was free. After my consult, I booked my first appointment and since then I've become quite the regular! I am high-maintenance with my personal care and not the easiest client/patient, and Amanda has been absolutely amazing with me every step of the way. I had to go and could not wait any longer as my appointment was just supposed to be a consultation and not take that long anyway. Receptionist was apologetic but did not seem to think it was a big deal. Also tried to call them beforehand and they never answered their phone. That should have been a warning I suppose. DONT GO TO MARY!!!!! Hi guys I just went to Mary 5 days ago and I couldn't be more disappointed if possible. She completely ruined my lips and was so unprofessional I couldn't believe it. I told her about my concerns and she completely ignored me and brushed it off and said "I don't think you need that". My lips are so lumpy and painful and uneven it looks ridiculous. I told her as soon as I saw them that's it's uneven and she assured me that it's not gonna look like that after they heal. My appointment was initially with April but Mary came in because April was not there. I can't believe that this is how she does injections she clearly need to be retrained. I was referred here by a friend who is an esthetician and massage therapist she works in a very nice strip spa. The fact that she gave this place a thumbs up was enough for me. I went for my ugly vertical smoker lines over my lip. I saw Amanda who was very pleasant and honestly told me that fillers would help but not completely get rid of my deepest lines but did recommend the clear an brilliant laser treatment. Amanda did inject me with Juvederm it took a week to look right one side was swollen but I did not bruise at all. This week I went in and had my clear and brilliant laser with Dominique. she was lovely explained the entire procedure,and what I should expect. I signed up for the skin care plan. It's 95.00 a month and you can pick your monthly procedure most of them have no add on fee. Of course I chose one of the most expensive but it's still saving me 100.00. So far I'm very impressed with everyone so much that I've committed to the monthly plan. read more

I went in to see my favorite filler injector and Dysport , Botox injector Mike Sullivan, aka, my Michaelngelo as he is simply the best filler and Botox etc injector I've experienced in my entire long life. Not only is he excellent at what he does but he is such a great listener as to what your concerns and goals are when you visit with him. for me, each time I leave his office I am over the moon happy with his results. And as they say a picture is worth a 1,000 words, you can see for yourself in my attached pic as I will be 68 in October this year and I've had most of my medical dr's when they look at my chart say they thought I was in my 40's until they check out my age. I was so nervous to get Botox for the first time, but Linda made me feel super comfortable! She was really gentle, with no residual bruising. The results were awesome!
