My oven suddenly stopped heating over 170F and after some extensive research (aka chatGPT), I was fairly certain that I needed an igniter replacement. I messaged a few places on Yelp and I love that Sergey responded so quickly and was the only one who asked detailed messages to try to get a clear picture of my issue. The other companies I spoke to had a visit fee (around ~$65-$125) where they would send a technician, have them assess the issue, then provide a quote where we can apply the visit fee for their service if we chose to move forward. I contacted AAR to repair my microwave oven that stopped working. Sergey responded very quickly and we set up a date for him to come out and take a look. He called to give me an ETA about 30 minutes before he arrived and arrived on time. He competently evaluated the problem, which was a faulty magnetron, and had a replacement part on hand, which he replaced quickly. He spent about one hour to evaluate and fix the problem.
