He jumped right into work. He spent a lot of time on the work (KitchenAid refrigerator repair). Thankfully, I didn't need to order new parts. I felt like the pricing was fair considering the amount of time he spent on the project. It was a messy one too! But he left my home cleaned up with a fridge back in working condition. Yay! Intech is amazing! I didn't know what to do after a dishwasher part melted. I was fully expecting them to come in-person to assess and do the repair which would have been hundreds of dollars. However, they responded quickly via Yelp with a way that I could order a replacement part and fix the problem myself. I am late to post this review. In October 2025, I had an issue with my fairly new washing machine which was past the regular warranty. I was so impressed with being able to schedule an online appointment on a Sunday for the next day on Monday. Anthony arrived on Monday within the time frame that I requested. He was very nice and let me know that he needed to order a part. Within 3 days of my initial freakout that my machine was broken, Anthony was back and my machine was fixed. Overall: 10/10, excellent and quick communication, great service. From asking for a quote via Yelp to finishing the job, it took a total of three hours on a SATURDAY! I had an older washer/dryer that needed to be diagnosed and ideally fixed by the end of the weekend. It was filling up with water, but didn't drain or spin. Tony was one of the quickest and reasonably priced quotes I received through Yelp, responding within minutes. Intech was the only company offering same-day service (within 3 hours of the request) on a Saturday, whereas other companies offered appointments as early as Monday, which wouldn't have worked with my work schedule. Anthony arrived within the timeframe provided and diagnosed a broken lid switch very quickly. He explained to me the repair and overrode the lid switch to diagnose the issue. Gave me an updated price quote after diagnosing, which was definitely reasonable compared to the 6-8 companies I called/online requested. Professional, transparent, and efficient service. He even asked if I had any issues with my dryer or if there was anything else around the house he could help me with while he was here. Our oven of eighteen plus years died on December 21st. After a spectacular light show, the oven element had burnt thru the metal housing. Two rear burners on the stove top had not functioned for over a year. I contacted several repair people. Anthony's estimate was comparable to other estimates I received. He seemed honest and straight forward. Unlike the other people we interviewed who played their cards very close to their chests, Anthony suggested that given the cost of repair, we might want to consider purchasing a new stove. So we knew right from the beginning what we were getting into. I saw this as a sign of clearer communication, transparency, and integrity. This is why we chose to go with Intech. Once we made the appointment, Anthony arrived within the two hour window he had provided. He spent about twenty-five minutes diagnosing the problem. He noted that there were no electrical issues that he could detect, and that he thought the oven element had burned thru due to age. He noted that only one stove top burner was not functioning. Anthony found the replacement parts. I found comparable parts at Amazon for about a third of the cost. Anthony convinced me that these parts would not last as long or work as well as Original Equipment Manufactured parts. Anthony ordered the OEM parts, and arrived within the designated two hour window the following Monday afternoon, and installed the two parts in less than an hour. I am confident now that we have a fully- functioning stove again worked on by a fully competent, professional repair person. Total cost of the repair including diagnosis, labor, and the two parts was just under 600, lower than the original estimate that included the repair of a second burner. I've used Intech a couple times now and the service is always excellent. Anthony fixed my oven igniter a few months ago and today he fixed my dryer which had suddenly stopped heating. During both visits he arrived for service promptly on the same day, was very polite, knowledgeable, efficient and tidy. He is reasonably priced, and doesn't charge for things you don't need (for instance he just cleaned one of the dryer drum rollers to get it moving smoothly again rather than suggesting full replacement). He even went above and beyond and did a quick inspection and fix of the air filter on my heating system for no charge. In both cases, the washing machines were old so the question became "repair?" or "replace?". The repaired machine is working well and there have been not other problems. The second machine was reparable but it was more cost-effective to replace. Beyond that, our condo complex had difficulty with the coin-operation of a dryer. Again, Anton (Intech) saved the day. I highly recommend this business based on my experience. I found a puddle of water in front of our 20-year old KitchenAid refrigerator at 7:00pm last Tuesday and thought that was the end of it. I looked on Yelp, saw great reviews for Intech and also saw they were the only place open until 8pm. I called hoping I could make an appt for the next day but Anthony came out that night and stayed until 9pm to diagnose it. No fanfare, he's just committed to customer service.
