Geico sent me to this place twice for bodywork after I was hit in 2 accidents. The first time the experience was fine, looked like nothing happened. The second time the experience was also fine, but whoever cleaned the interior of my car broke off the radio volume button and tried to sneakily balance it back on. I noticed this as soon as I got into the car at pick up. They agreed to order a replacement piece and apologized, but to this day a few months later nobody has called me. The time it took to complete was longer than promised; That wasn't a big deal. The brand new "Mercedes' certified" paint job was terrible and has horrible swirl marks. When i picked up the car, the rep, Joey said it was hard to do black paint. Well I see many black Mercedes' out there..... That should have been a red flag. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Drove car a few miles through out the next few weeks to let paint fully "bake" before ppf wrap. My ppf wrap guy said my paint job is terrible and would be very noticeable under ppf. I sent Joey the videos and pics that was shared with me. The swirls were out of this world . It looked like someone wiped the car with sand. Prestige collision south said they will schedule their guy but won't make things right. Two things, my ppf guy already was prepping car which cost money and prestige was going to schedule a guy to come out and do a paint correction a week later. I couldn't afford to pay for my car to sit there nor would I trust them. This was a brand new paint job via insurance claim of damage from a proclaimed "Mercedes' certified shop". I would have thought they would have did the paint correction themself. But apparently they are proud of this work. Please see pics and videos. I'm surprised to see only 7 reviews on here. I'm not surprised that they're all 5 stars. They made the entire process painless, working alongside Geico and Enterprise. They kept me updated via text on how far along the truck was, and if I ever had any questions they were more than happy to answer them when I called. The fiberglass work they did on my aftermarket fiberwerx bedsides is really impressive. Due to my collision, the back left was in pieces. They fixed that making it look brand new and buffed out all the scratches on the entire bedside! (This wasn't part of the damage, they just went above and beyond and made the entire piece look like new) In fact, I plan on going back so that they can take the scratches out of the other bedside/2 front pieces and paint them to match the rest of the truck. The new tailgate that they put on looks just like OEM, matching the paint perfectly, and the latch system works better than before. The receptionist's husband conveniently repairs windshields so I went ahead and got that done too out of pocket! I also wanted new tail lights (Some aftermarket Spyder ones) and all I had to do was pay a small minor difference and they look amazing. With the taillights being the last part for my truck to be finished, they kept me updated on when they were supposed to come in. Super happy with the work that was done on the truck. I got rear ended in an accident and went through the at fault drivers insurance to get the repairs done and they sent me to prestige. The work that was done on my truck was pretty much flawless however I had some concerns about a couple functions on the truck post accident. After getting the run around from the insurance company and their decision not to cover what I felt was internal damage caused by the accident, prestige stepped up to the plate and took care of the issue quickly and efficiently. According to the insurance company they didn't have to do this but they did. I can't commend prestige any more on their professionalism, customer service and ownership. Had one of the best experiences here of anywhere. After being hit TWICE in six months in my GLA250 by reckless drivers at fault with zero response, prestige collision south made me feel valued & truly did an amazing job. I needed a new bumper and Fred was easily the most quick responding / reliable source through the entire process. He let me know the second the parts were in & they worked really well with my insurance. He communicated so well via email (usually body shops or collision centers need to constantly be checked in with) that was not the case here. He reached out to me, and my car was ready within a shorter time frame than quoted. I 100% recommend their team. Also, a small detail that makes a world of difference ... they cleaned my car SPOTLESS. I don't think I've ever seen it this clean after leaving any shops. I recently went to Prestige Collision South on an insurance claim to repair my back bumper after a hit and run. While the end result was sufficient, I am very dissatisfied with the process. We were given a 2 week timeline that turned into nearly 4 weeks. We received in total 6 delays past our initial pick up date, with no communication as to why the delays were needed. After the 5th delay we called our insurance to find out more information and were told Prestige was delivered broken parts, but upon calling the shop our contact Fred told us THEY broke the parts during the repair and that caused the delays. Two different answers given by Prestige, both completely unacceptable to hear from a body shop. Our additional issue with this is Fred told us two weeks prior that they were in paint and the car was near completion which clearly it wasn't. So, it stands to reason we were given false information by the shop several times. Overall there was a huge lack of communication and we felt very low priority. While the work was ultimately completed, this awful experience turned me off enough to not return or recommend Prestige Collision South. EDIT: I went to get gas for the first time since receiving my car and found that Prestige did not put my gas tank lever back in place (as they should have) so I was unable to open my gas tank and became stranded at a gas station with little gas due to their mistake. I asked Fred why my gas lever was tampered with to begin with and he blamed the mechanic and took zero responsibility. Also, we discovered my back break light was no longer working, and it was working perfectly fine before bringing it to this shop. I am overwhelmed by how horribly this shop has handled my repairs and the lack of professionalism from Fred. read more

When i picked up the car after 2 weeks, they said that the drivers side window doesn't work and they are not responsible for fixing it because it was not related to the accident, even though it was working perfectly fine before the accident. I can't say enough about how polite and thorough this shop is. I had a grapefruit size dent in my hood after an object hit me on the freeway. Rob was the only person who confidently told me he could fix it and for cheaper than two other shops. He also got the job done in less than 2 days and took the time to show my kids the vintage cars in the back. The receptionist is lovely as well. My tire blew on the freeway and caused a lot of damage to me wheel well, including messing up where you would put the gas pump. I was almost on empty and Rob followed me to the gas station and helped put gas in. Go somewhere else! This shop made many critical and obvious mistakes reassembling our car. While the paint work was good, they left off three parts, none of which were damaged in our collision but had to be removed to fix other things. Two were trim pieces and the third was the battery tie down. I drove around for a week with the car battery flopping around in the engine compartment... extremely dangerous as it could have shorted out and caught fire. Also had our AC stop working about 2 weeks after the repair was done. I had to take the car in to a different shop to get the AC fixed (with no more rental car coverage from my insurance since I hit the 30 day max when Prestige had it). Turns out the AC leaked at the coils, which Prestige had replaced, so they also screwed up the reassembly of that. They offered no recourse for all these errors other than "bring it back in." No way I was going to trust them to do ANYTHING on my car again. Sloppy work, and in the case of the battery tie down, negligent. read more
