A/C stopped working. They were able to get me an appointment the next day, and they took my car in right on schedule. Service options & prices explained on the phone and then again when I arrived for my appointment. Check in was easy and polite. They have a small (4 chairs plus table w/2 chairs and games for children) but pleasant waiting area with snacks and drinks, wifi, a place to charge your phone and plug in your laptop, so I got work done while I was waiting. They kept me informed on what they had found and next steps and then when they were done, they explained what they had done and what I should look out for in the future. Overall very good experience. Very impressed with the customer service and quality of troubleshooting. I had to get State and Emissions inspection on vehicle before I could get my tags renewed. I called and was able to make an appointment over the phone for that same day. Once I was in there, they had a comfortable lounge with complimentary mini-sodas. Then the news came, my car failed inspection and emissions. I knew the car needed some maintenance work done on it. So though it's going to cost me over a grand to get it back up to par, I just had a strong sense the mechanic did a truly good job inspecting the vehicle and ensuring everything is the way it needs to be. Attempted to charge me $100 to tell me what I already knew was wrong with the car. I just wanted a ball park number for specific repairs and nothing else, but I got a run around on the phone. I more than understand there may be complications as the car is taken apart, but I just want to know if you're going to overcharge me versus what everyone else in the area is quoting. I don't really know all that much about cars and I try to approach auto repair shops as someone who needs their help, but I can't stand places that attempt to bully you in to spending $100 on a procedure that requires no parts and 15 minutes of labor. read more

Very professional. Not super cheep, but you can trust them. They will not try to rip you off. I had my car checked out there as a second opinion. The first shop told me I needed a transmission rebuild for $3500-4500! They replaced a sensor for $300 total with the diagnostic. Like I said not super cheap, but well worth the cost.
