I came here a few years ago and bought a car stereo and set of rims for my truck.. I did the 90-day pay but didn't have the deposit that day.. Last week my Sony stereo started glitching. I called their technical support and they told me to unplug my usb in the middle of updating the firmware. It completely fried the stereo and Sony told me it was my problem because it was out of warranty. So far my new Chameleon headrest DVD player sucks. It won't work thru the stereo or the wireless headset. It cuts in and out. It was installed in a new 2019 Expedition. I'm really upset on the time, money and energy. It seems like the shop doesn't care. I'm taking it in tomorrow. I also have to wait for the owner Tony to call us back. No email or contact. Took my car to these guys for window tint last year. The tint was warrantied as long as I owned the car. The Tint Tech trapped a bug in the tint, so I went back a few days later to have it fixed. The tech was busy but I couldnt wait a couple of hours. I go back almost a year later to get the bug out and was told they no longer have a tint tech on site but they use a mobile tint guy by appointment. I schedule an appointment. The day of the appointment, I think I'm going to be there late so I call and tell one of the guys I'm on my way. He says no problem. I still get there at my appointment time and one of the main guys calls his tint tech to let him know his customer is there. The tech tells him he's about 20 minutes out. Im ok with that because i know how traffic can be at 4 pm. 45 minutes later I check on the techs status. "Oh, he should be here now". Ok, because i don't know what he's driving and there's several cars near the work bay. So I give them another 25 minutes. Fed up, I go outside, my car hasn't been moved. I tell another sales person to get my keys because my time is just as important as theirs. I got my keys and left. They are probably great when you're spending hundreds or thousands of dollars on a tooth rattling sound system or tricking your rig out with wheels and light bars, but if this is costing them money for repairs, your not as special to them. I found them online and came in. Before I was even in the door Robert asked what he could help me with. Explained I wanted a new radio installed. We went over a few options and decided what I wanted. Quickly paid and got started. Only thing I can complain about is they told me it would be an hour and half to two hours for install but it took 3. They have a comfy couch for you to wait though. Restroom was very nice and clean and so was the inside which I appreciate. My cars radio looks awesome and sounds even better. The owner gave me a great deal, and an even better one for a better Sony touchscreen radio but it just wasn't in my budget. Also I wanted a tint, I wish I would've been able to do it then and there but they have some one by appointment that comes to you which is nice but i kinda wanted it done right then and there. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE AT ALL!!! STAY CLEAR! Please be aware that this place is the biggest rip off in Riverside. I made a purchased here through the manager Jaime and regret the day I stepped foot in this business. Its very sad to know that people think that lying to customers and consumers they will get commission, positions or simply rob someone and keep their job. Tony the owner should really understand that the employees he currently has are hurting his business in the long run. I mean once you mislead someone, make them feel like they are screwed over NO ONE will recommend your business period. I was mislead into a finance contract with promises of no additional interest rates after a pay off of 90 days. It was a lie. My balance for the cheap products that they sold me were worth within $800 come to find out. My balance was around 1600 with financing. The balance after 24 months is $4200!!!!! Again misleading clients will never help your business. Everyday I went to that shop the people that helped me looked at me like they didn't want to help me. After they knew what kind of scam they got me into. Finally the owner Tony attempted to fix the issue swapping items out. We never got the install or the satisfaction of a true good company professional stereo shop. Every day I went to try and get answers other customers were in the shop yelling at the employees upset and were unhappy with the service, one guy even was recording the employees cursing and stating he waited four hours to get something simple installed. How did I not do more research prior to ending up with this horrible balance, experience and debt. *** I hope the owner really understands in the near future that running scams out of your business will put you out of business!!! read more

He fixed warranty stuff from the other stereo shop and didn't charge, just to be nice. Since then I've gotten alarms on multiple cars and stereo stuff too. I recently splurged and bought an apple CarPlay In dash at Best Buy. I forgot to call tony but last minute I did and he got me a 100$ pioneer rebate the Best Buy rep didn't even tell me about. I got the same thing installed by tony with a few add-on things for 100$ cheaper then the material only from Best Buy. I went and returned the unused stuff I bought from Best Buy. Worst experience I ever had with a business. They installed HID fog lights on my Benz and I had to take it back because it wasn't working after a day. I came in before other customers and since it's not a sale, they had me wait 3 hours before they started working on my car. Ya well I bought an in dash DVD player and they installed it. Never worked properly. radio cut in and out and then it started not reading discs. So I went back before the warranty was up and they said they fixed it. But they didn't. So I went back and told them after the 1YEAR warranty was up and the jerk that was in there didn't budge at all, would not help me In any way, cuz the warranty was up. I took the unit they sold me to another stereo place and the offered me $150 dollars credit for my DVD player that wasn't working! advance stereo was not friendly to me. They installed a piece of equipment in my car for $350 which never worked and stopped reading discs in less than a year. And they said they could do nothing about it!
