Electrician showed up on time, wasted no time getting right into the diagnostics and figured out problem right away (bad circuit breaker). Replaced circuit breaker and showed me how it instantly made the GFCI outlets all work again. I had them replace the outlets as well since there was 2 unnecessary GFCI installed. He wrapped it all up quickly and didn't take payment either... they sent the bill in the mail later (even a little less than quote) and I just mailed in a check.
