I called Premo and Sergio sent over 2 techs within the hour. They were able to resolve the issue in half an hour. They were polite and professional. It was a simple fix and it cost me $350 vs 1100. My tenant had to live in a home with holes in the walls for almost a full month before it was finally repaired. The business operates very shadily. I have asked for a receipt for my payment numerous times, and he still has not provided one. I had to pay him in 3 separate transactions via zelle because his bank kept rejecting my payments. I'm not sure how this business has a 4.8 rating on Yelp, but will not be trusting those reviews from now on.

They gave me an updated quote, which I accepted, to replace the main line as part of the job. The work was done in a couple of hours, and SDG&E replaced my meter the same day. Doing a very small remodel replacing the wife's vanity light fixture proved a little too much for me. They were able to come out the very next morning from my request, and quoted me the best rate among 4-5 other competitors. They were right on time, performed the job perfectly, and even offered to help with a couple other small electrical issues (checking flickering closet light, replacing a switch that was going bad in bedroom) since the job went very quickly and they had budgeted some extra time. 5 star quality of work, 5 star personality and professionalism, 5 star price. Would recommend in a heartbeat and will use them again as we plan to put some ceiling fans in this summer. read more
