They are a small local company that always offered good service (mostly next day). I've been using…read morethem for 3 plus years and I have new AC units that came with my newly built home. The problem was really not theirs and they were very reasonably priced to fix my units. It seems that they continued to raise their prices and the quality of their work went downhill. I spent thousands of dollars and I mean thousands with them and the last incident was the last and I severed my relationship with them. It's too bad as I had a nice relationship with the owner but it seems like he became greedy and continued to raise price equal to or more then the major companies. I've always been one to support small businesses but it became an on going issue and instead of continuing to pay for different issues with the units they should have told me to replace them. The final straw was was 2 fold. They came and acid wash my blower motors and when they rinsed them off the residue made a trail on my newly high end grass and killed it. I like a gentlemen didn't say anything but took pictures. Two weeks later one of my AC units was blowing warm air. They came the next day and put in a 15.00 part which took them no longer then 15 minutes and sent me a bill for 350.00. It lasted 1 week and the unit quit again as the compressor was shot. I still have 6 years left on the Warrenty but it doesn't cover the labor which is very expensive as once they know your address the price can double if you live in a high end community. I was extremely disappointed as I liked the owner but he was now trying to take advantage of me and told me let's just forget about the bill and cut our ties and move on... Bye Bye! I suffered all weekend with one unit down but thankfully I have 2 other zoned units that kept the majority of my house cool with a few fans to move the air around. I felt like I was taken advantage of and being in business myself there is a lot of competition out there so you need to treat your customers correctly. I already have a new company and they were here Friday afternoon and will be back today with a new unit to finally make the correction.

They cut open the box above the airhandler,…read morecleaned it out with a HEPA vacuum, exhausting it outdoors, and then used a rubberized fiberglass coating to encapsulate any remaining mold and prevent new mold. They also cleaned the coils. They had a giant HEPA vacuum that looked like R2D2 from Star Wars and it exhausted out of the house to prevent spread of toxic mold spores. They were professional, on time, used a drop cloth to keep floors clean. They were referred to me by my son who is a licensed mold assessor /inspector. First of all I received a call back within 30 minutes of my request on YELP. Second, Chris (the…read moreowner) was very honest and direct about the cleaning fees and minimum fee requirement. Third, Chris has a "miscellaneous" driver in the field to do tasks that require quick attention. Anthony was given the task and was at my house within 90 minutes! He did a great job on the carpet that needed a thourough cleaning (a dog poop accident on my new rug!) and added on another rug to make up for the minimum fee.
