Honest and reasonable price. I was there for break service…read more Unlike the other tire store who told me I need to spend $250 for break rotor and pad, Suburban Discount tire told me I only need to change the pad which is only $79.99 I was there for only break pad but they also gave me a very reasonable oil change price so I fix both problems together. Their tire installation price is very good. $65 for 4 tires. WMT is $11 each tire if bought tires in WMT if not it's $22. Pep Boy's is $110. Suburban discount tires will beat any online price by 10%. They are very trust worthy, friendly, and service is quick. Highly recommend!

I called three hrs later to find out how long n was met again with annoyance..I apologized cause I'm in the service industry.. so I waited well 515 comes around no phone call n I call n they say it's done..so yay I get my Uber.. show up . N I'm being told that they stopped another CAR to fix my battery... I'm not stupid it takes about 15 mins .. So I was made to feel like I shouldn't have questioned the time..like a dig.. Customer service takes bitting ur tongue..but I wasn't wrong for asking for my car after 3 hrs... N to be be little by a man that thought I was stupid was wrong..I love this company.. There is a man there that helped me do much .but now I'm moving on to people that actually care n treat people right!!! Again u saying things to make it right by blaming me is wrong.... I know real service... And honestly I think I'm not going to recommend anyone cause of the man!! And his attitude about making people feel stupid for questions is unreal...

My mechanic recommended these guys several years ago for tire service. They are simply the best. I…read morewill never buy tires from the big name stores or clubs ever again. Jake and his team provide competitive pricing, great workmanship and excellent customer service. No up selling. No pressure. Just honest service. Today my wife got a flat on the way home around lunchtime. A screw very close to the sidewall. Not repairable. A quick look at the other tires. She needs all four. So I called Freedman and spoke with Tony. He provided a competitve quote when I asked when could she bring the car in, he said anytime. Today is good. She got there around 1:30 and was on her way home about an hour later. Doesnt get any better than that. Wife super happy. Me too. Happy wife, happy life!

I had already done a diagnosis myself for free at AutoZone and even supplied Freedman with the printout of the diagnostic. He joked that he'd have it done in one hour on a Saturday -- which they close at 1:00, something he did not tell me. I left and called two hours later to check on my car. He said he wouldn't have time to work on it today and asked if I could walk there because "it should be time enough since they close in 20 minutes." I rushed over. He said I owed $80 and that it would go toward my final bill for the "diagnosis." I paid, and we made an agreement that I'd drop my car off the next week. He promised it would only take a short time. I let him know I needed the car for work and that I'd be using a family member's car in the meantime. He once again joked about how easy of a fix it would be and told me not to worry -- it would be done before the week was out (this was Thursday). I dropped the car off. Saturday came, and the car still had not been fixed. I let them know I had to come get it. When I arrived, I asked if I owe anything? They responded, "Nothing, today." They asked me to bring the car back the following week because they were waiting on a part. I never brought the car back because I was displeased with the constant joking about how fast it would be, yet no work was done besides the "diagnostic" -- which I had already supplied to them upon arrival, and paid for. I am still driving around with a check engine light on, and they continue to bill me OVER $300. FOR WHAT?? When I call, they constantly say "they're busy right now and can't talk." My family has used them for many years, and I was told to go here. They have witnessed what Jake and his team of scammers have tried to pull on me. He will not be receiving any of our business again, and I hope people take this as a warning. If you want to get scammed and still have a broken car, this is your place.

Walmart Auto Care Centers - 7:00 pm, tire department associates went a extra mile to get me back on the road... Better experience I had at any Walmart in a long time.

Went here on two occasions and they did a great job for such a cheap price to offset costs nowadays. They can take awhile so be warned and make sure to not book anything for the day. If you want something done quick just go to the OEM store which you will pay almost triple the cost. It took around 3 hours for the first change (front tires) and the second change took 1 hour (rear tires). I did a quick PSI check on the tires and they were aprox 1 psi difference compared to the left and right. I added air to make up for the difference.

Worst Auto Center Experience I've Ever Had…read more I scheduled a 1:30 PM appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, and it turned into one of the most frustrating service experiences I've ever had. When I arrived, I was told they could only perform the oil change and that I would need to schedule a separate appointment for the tire rotation. Since I had already taken the time to come in, I reluctantly agreed to proceed with just the oil change. An hour and a half later, my car was still sitting in the service bay with the hood open. The old oil had been drained, but no new oil had been added. Looking through the window, I noticed the technician was preparing to use Valvoline oil even though I had specifically requested Mobil 1. When I questioned him, he informed me they were out of the Mobil 1 oil my vehicle required and that I would have to pay extra for bottled oil from the store. I asked to speak with the manager, but he was nowhere to be found. After another 20-minute wait, the manager finally showed up and resolved the issue by opening a 5-quart bottle from the store. During the two hours I spent in the Auto Center, I saw very little urgency from the staff. Customers were waiting excessive amounts of time for simple services. I spoke with one customer who had been there for over three hours just to have a tire repaired. The overall impression was that employees were doing the bare minimum, and management seemed completely indifferent to the long wait times and poor customer experience. Whether this is a Walmart staffing issue or a management issue, the customer should not have to bear the consequences. I will never return to this location and would not recommend it to anyone looking for timely or professional service.
