Just a heads-up : the showers are group-style (there's one for women, and I assume one for men), so no individual shower stalls. There are only a few toilets and the changing space is quite small, so it can get a little crowded before and after class. Overall, though, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this studio to anyone looking for quality yoga classes and great instructors. The price, atmosphere and teaching make it totally worth it!

I have locked in at their yearly rate, it has been a great investment. I initially thought that yoga could help with my flexibility, but it's been more than that. The mental and physical evolution has been instrumental to my health. I've gain so much confidence to the point where I now take showers with all the yogis after class! I remember seeing the showers early on and was, oh no, I can't do open showers without any curtains. This place has been so welcoming and non judgmental. I feel seen and respected here. The atmosphere is amazing, encouraging and professional. I think I've taken classes with the majority of the teachers at the studio. They each have their own style which is what I love. They are always willing and eager to help and answer any questions. The bathroom and showers are always clean. The studio is large and I love the wall of windows in the back. Of course during the summer it can get steamy in the room but the sunlight after a nice session is always a wonderful gift! If you like that really hot stuff, the Hatha classes are there, but I never do them due to the heat. The facility is nice with an excellent sound system. I love it that there is a variety of music, even within the same class. All of the instructors have been very good. Special mention of Kelsey whose classes particularly resonate with me. Kelsey often does one small adjustment per person per class, and that has slowly improved my yoga practice.

She definitely went with our pace (as it was a small class so she was able to pay close attention to each person) and helped us along with certain poses that were difficult. It was very helpful to me in so many ways... the class helped me stretch those tense muscles that develop during pregnancy, strengthen / prepare me for child birth and in general helped my body and soul relax! She is also really good about making sure your body is positioned correctly while you're in different poses and positions. There are other wonderful instructors that teach at the studio as well. I didn't know the difference between good and bad yoga instructors until I attended a few yoga classes at LA Fitness. It's definitely worth going and paying for "real yoga" and quite frankly, it's not that expensive per class. It's so much fun and you feel great afterwards!
