Initially we had Rick come over and show us the windows they had available as well as how we could benefit from them. We thought it just a sales tactic and that it would be like any other window. He proved us wrong when he started the heat lamp test on a small sample of window he brought in. He walked us through the what the whole process would look like from signature to installation, gave us a great deal, and so we accepted an offer to replace roughly half of all of our windows. We were thinking of calling back to just have the rest of the windows replaced, but we got a call back from them a month or 2 after installation of the 1st set. We went ahead and finished the windows and 2 glass sliding doors. It was extremely quick, the installation guys that came to our house worked really efficiently and were in and out in a couple of hours. When he put an Arlin window up to the light bulb it did not spin. I was sold!!! Another contractor came out to measure windows a couple days later. Then sent in measurements four weeks later a two man crew came up to my hot desert town and put them all in for us... those contractors were amazing, very kind, great work ethic, and for a job well done. The day Anthony came to give a quote, I was only looking for a sliding glass door. However, the quality of my existing windows wasn't great, so I decided to go for it and replace my 5 windows too. From the beginning, the customer service has been great, from the sales pitch to the follow up . The installers were friendly, quick, answered any questions we had and cleaned up at the end of each day and at completion. We have already noticed the difference the new windows and door are making. We had Anlin windows installed. we had 13 windows before installation. There was panels of six windows overlooking the outside. After installing, they made it two. A big window on the bottom and two sliding windows on top. We now can open the top windows if we want fresh air. Two guys installed all nine windows in 5 1/2 hours. The company said it would take two days! We had our original single pane windows from 1984. They came and showed us the windows and set it all up. Once the windows were ready they were installed within a day. The whole company and crew have been so nice. I no longer have heat coming through my windows and melting my blinds. Yes they were melted! The new windows are so easy to open and close and clean!
