One technician took the time to help an older customer understand what was going on with her car before she left. He also assisted another customer in Spanish when she was having trouble communicating in English, and you could tell he made her feel comfortable and understood. I also had the chance to meet Matt, the owner. Based on my first visit, Wrench Works seems like a great shop with a team that genuinely cares about its customers.
