After calling him at least 12 times the car was returned to me in the beginning of June covered in bird poop and filthy inside with a spray paint job from a can. After the equinox was examined by the Genesis Chevy dealership, they gave me a diagnostic with all of the issues wrong which is posted in review . At this point, my posts about the terrible service are affecting Kouder's business ,so he called me today and threatened to come by my house and hurt me if I don't stop. Attached, they also have a quick oil change and next door, their car wash. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised when Marcus told me that I didn't need to replace my back brakes because they were 80% good. Usually when you go to an auto mechanic they just tell you a bunch of non-sense repairs you don't really need. They were all super professional and take any card for payment (no additional charge).
