The waiting area was very clean and spacious for distancing. After a few minutes in the waiting room, Sae escorted me to the changing room. I put on what he asked and locked my belongings in my assigned locker. Let's pause to talk about Sae. May God bless him. Sae escorts me to the imaging area. I saw that tomb of a machine and my anxiety tapped me on the shoulder. I gave Sae every reason why this was impossible. The first was that I didn't believe I would fit. I asked where the plus size section was. Sae just smiled and reassured me that I would fit and that I would be okay. He told me to take it in slow steps. He had me lay on the table to get acclimated. He handed me a cord with a button for emergencies. He said at anytime I feel that I am panicking to hit the button and I would be pulled out the machine. He then gave me a pair of headphones. He asked what music would give me peace, I asked for Chandler Moore. He then moved me in the machine slowly and then stopped at certain points to check in. He didn't continue pushing me forward until I gave the word. Once I was all the way in, I told him I didn't know about this. Sae told me to look up and back. There I could see the wall of the room. That was so helpful; it was awesome knowing that although I was really far in I was also very close out if needed. Sae had them start the music and I laid there in peace for 20 minutes. I am so grateful for the peace of God and the patience of Sae. He definitely deserves a raise. I was in and out within 35 minutes which was so nice. God forbid that I need another MRI, but should I do, I'm coming right back here. Side Note: The machine is a mega magnet. If you have hair pins, it would behoove you to take them out before entering. Trust. Me. On. This.

There also seems to be an issue with them saying things that never actually happened did. Back in April, I scheduled an MRI for one part of the body *with contrast*, sent an order over specifically for that part of the body, only to have Washington Open MRI mess up entirely. I got a call on Thursday saying that they had a question for my provider and for my insurance. The Washington Open MRI staff claimed that they would reach out to both. It seems they did not. They claimed that they'd need to cancel my insurance if they didn't hear back about an authorization. So, I called my insurance company for authorization. My insurance plan doesn't require authorization for this procedure, and moreover never received an authorization request. The staff claimed that they initially scheduled my appointment at Owings Mills and then would have to reschedule because a doctor who could oversee contrast quit. No doctor who oversaw contrast ever worked at Owings Mills. A doctor at another facility quit, and they shouldn't have even scheduled someone with a contrast order at Owings Mills. But, instead of being honest, they lied about it. The staff claimed it was my fault that I was scheduled for the wrong procedure. I told them that the order was in an email, I called for an MRI, and there was no way it was my fault. They later admitted that new schedulers weren't trained well. But again, no one takes responsibility and tries to resolve the issue. It's just someone else's fault. Had I actually gone through with the procedure, my insurance wouldn't have covered it since it would've been a duplicate of another MRI.

I was in and out in about 35 minutes. I never had any problems scheduling an appointment ever I believe this was my third or fourth time going there and since I am claustrophobic this is the place for me! I really felt like I was taking care of from the moment I walked in until I finished my MRI and walked out with the CD in my hand. I think the staff is excellent and they couldn't have been any kinder!

She took me back a to have a Stereotactic breast biopsy. Then I met Lisa the nurse and Dr. Ozgun. They both explained the procedure to me and said I wouldn't feel anything more than a little sting! My anxiety was extremely high but during the procedure Dr. Ozgun explained what he was doing while Nurse Lisa rubbed my back and held my hand. Amazing, that I hardly felt anything! even barely felt the sting to numb me. This was a great experience! Thank u for being so great, kind and supportive. Then I get a call today from Dr. Reaven to let me know the biopsy was benign. Thank God! Dr. Reaven so so kind I wanted to jump through the phone and hug him. Unfortunately I had a back injury and had to come in for an x ray. I actually came the day prior at…read more4:30 pm but I found out the hard way that they only do them from 8:30 am to 3 pm. That's on me for not checking. So I came back the next morning when they opened. They do the x rays on a walk in basis. I was 4th in line. Check in process was easy. After a 20 or so minute wait I was called to the back. Went in a little changing area to put on my gown. They have temporary combination locks. It was nice they had the XL size gowns. Since I am on the taller side usually placed don't have any long enough for me. I was able to cover all of my bits. Whole x ray process only took a few minutes. Everyone thy I spoke to were nice and pleasant. Overall a good experience.

He even offered to give me his personal cell number if I had any problems! I refused of course, but it says a lot to me when a physician gives you their personal phone number. In this day and time of impersonal doctors that run their clinics like a factory line, it is the opposite with his clinic. His intake nurse Candy was the nicest person. She answered all of my questions, and was patient. His staff always provides a warm blanket for you while you are waiting. Noone is snappy or has a bad attitude. They also follow up with you to see how you're doing after your procedures. I know it's probably protocol, but still I think that's nice that they do that. They are quick to respond if you leave a message for a return call. His front receptionist assisted me with a note for work specified the way I needed it. I really appreciated that! Dr. Suchin is the only doctor in this clinic, so wait times can be long, depending on what's going on that day. He is also extremely busy, which may push appointments out months. But even with that being said, he never rushes you or is rude.

He also cause damage to my face he allowed the nurse to inject me with silicone I know this because for 2 years my face stayed the same look like I had an upside down lip also the new doctor told me I asked him about the nerve damage he said yes I would have nerve damage and that they did the best they could I'm also going to have the scars on my leg that he made look like somebody put cigarettes out on my legs also my knees are sunk in look like prunes also I have nerve damage to the face so I had to see a plastic surgeon for that I was told facelift. Well I told Buckner what the plastic surgery said turns out the doctor was right I saw another plastic surgeon and that plastic surgeon said let's wait and see I said I've been waiting to see for 2 years finally decided to go with the second plastic surgeon starting out the gate is going to be 5,000 for the lower part of my chin I have pictures I'm going to prove it Dr Buckner is a slick oil salesman that will sell you a goat and tell you it's a donkey I've also contacted the board of Physicians well he must have knew somebody there because they closed my case and telling me that they took it seriously. I informed them there's no way because the second set of evidence is on its way from the from the vein doctor and the plastic surgeons well they kept me on hold for 15 minutes and then said to me well you can send your evidence in I said oh but my case is closed but you want me to send evidence in okay the caseworker name was Madeline, and the person that sent out the letter name was Eunice, well she must be a part of that group that Dr that Buckner, goes to Jamaica with because when they said they took it seriously and I know they were lying I contacted the governor's office and they reopened the case and sent all my records and proof to the health department especially now that we all know it was silicone injected in my face by the nurse Nicole who Alex knew had a gray suitcase with black on it and I told him that when I talked to him on the phone he claims he don't be around her as anymore well Dr Buckner asked me to trust this woman and I did three times I said no to him and he said come on so I did. Buckner injected me twice with Botox so he said it was trying to make right of it he knew what had been done to me I also have nerve damage in my face oh and let's talk about a month ago and I have proof for that clindamycin cream cuz I was taking the pills for my face I woke up in the middle of the night to leakage happening in my face it was whatever that nurse of his former nurse put in my face here are the pictures to prove it and my medical doctor saw my face and prescribe clindamycin cream. oh let's talk about the sunken leg on the left leg the medical doctor saw both of them when they look nice after he had did some work and then when he wanted to do vein work he sunk my left leg I also had to be prescribed clindamycin cream for the whatever it was that leaked out of my face my doctor saw it she's a witness and two plastic surgeon are witnesses now in the case is with the health department I hope they shut you down sir, you did not try to reach out to me nor apologize you think I'm going to go away but I got news sir I'm not going anywhere and I'm going to tell everybody exactly what you did and I'm going to go on every social platform that I can find and put all your stuff up that you did to me. And the back of my legs look like I have lymphedema and he knows my back of my legs never look like that before. And when he knew medicine messed my right foot up because I show my feet veins popping out this son of a biscuit had a nerve to say old age and he's older than me. We women even the men got a kick out of that one the new doctors that's that's trying to fix me up.
