I told the doctor that I thought he had an ear infection, and if they could look in his ears that'd be great. She glanced into each ear and quickly said "they look perfectly fine". They also ran viral tests (Covid, flu, RSV). When all those were negative we were then referred to the ER for more tests. I decided to go to CHOA (the best ER!), and their doctors said his left ear was CLEARLY infected and his right ear seemed to be in the beginning stages. So glad I got a second opinion, would not go back to Piedmont Urgent Care!

My wife and I both went in for our annual physicals and we both got bills for what was supposed to be a free preventative services. Mine was $50 and my wife's was over $350! After a dozen calls to their billing department (who is never available and when you finally reach someone they claim to not be authorized to make a decision) they disclosed the reason for the $350 is because the PA asked my wife a question (which she answered) and they considered that not to be "preventative care" and so without any disclosure charged her over $350 for a separate office visit which our insurance refused to cover. Talk about entrapment! If you use them, be very careful to not answer any questions the Doctor ask you as they will use this as an opportunity to hit you with a sneaky bill. It is nice they respond to the reviews in this forum, but please note this is not helpful as the phone number they give is the same one that you can't get ahold of anyone in billing and the email they give, no one responds to except to say they are unauthorized to help.

Sat for about 5 mins & I had blood pressure checked. 5 mins later the "dr" came in. A very inflamed hip & needed a big anti inflammatory shot & 3 perscriptions to fill, if I feel I need them to feel better in my surrounbg back/hip areas. Out in 30 mins. They have sm tv's in the room playing old-school Bugs Bunny- hysterical! They had tv's turned down so I could hear the 80/90's music playing. Pretty cool office in a nice shopping center at McGinnis Ferry/P'tree Industrial. Everything was clean & everyone friendly. Still ache so I hope this shot kicks in soon- been over an hour.

She was dismissive and arrogant…read more I went for treatment after spending 3 days in bed with a fever; chills; barely able to talk or swallow; practically had to crawl to the bathroom. The PA attempted to diagnose me with a "cold" Also reluctant to give me a work excuse. Had I been more aggressive, I prob would have gotten better treatment, but why does it have to be that way??
