This year I got my prescription there but bought my glasses at eye mart express to save money. My vision was horrible with my new glasses. My glasses made me dizzy and blurry even though the prescription was correct. I went back to the office and had them look at my problem. The Eye…read moreSurgeon Dr. Oliva did a corneal transplant and it is still living and doing well, after 2 previous tries from a different place in California by their eye surgeon, which both failed within 30 days. My new one was transplanted by Dr. Oliva on June 4th, 2024 still going strong 6+ months Later. I feel very grateful to have such a skilled professional working on my eyes. My eye journey will continue for as long as I can see. I will add a new Dr. in the Medical Eye Center for my Glaucoma. We are scheduled to meet soon. Happy to be with such wonderful people!! He was seen at the medical Eye Center in May and found that he needed cataract surgery. We needed to do that after the six month mark from the heart surgery. So we made an appointment in August one week after the six month mark. The morning of our appointment in August they called and canceled it because we need a clearance from the doctor. I don't know exactly why is it that we could not have been told this in May, June or July? Why so cavalierly waste our time over something that they knew ahead of time they needed? It's not respectful it's not efficient and it's definitely no way to treat people.

She…read morerefused to bill my VSP insurance correctly, and as he stated, she was yelling at me a couple times over the phone. They are a VSP provider. I had the eye exam on 9/3025 and it took until 12/30/25 to actually get the glasses because of her not doing her job correctly. I have gone there about 20+years and this was not the first time she would not bill VSP correctly. I am praying for her because it's very obvious there is something not right in her life. She can destroy Cascade eye center if she doesn't stop her outrageous actions, or maybe she should not work there. It would be nice if she, or someone would at least apologize.

Prices for exams are reasonable too. I have gone to many who have tried to dial in my RX and have failed, but these two both have done a great job at getting me hooked up with contact lenses and glasses. I've had RK surgery on both eyes, making my eyes astigmatic and ever-changing. I truly appreciate both Eva and Tom's efforts to give me the best possible vision under unusual circumstances. They are honest and work hard to make things right. I had one issue where I had to return after a RX was issued and didn't seem quite right, they worked me in quickly and retested my eyes. I will always come back to them as they are the best at what they do! I can take their RXs anywhere else to get them filled and do not have to purchase at the Walmart Vision Center.

My glasses broke last Sunday night, while I was taking them off for the night…read more Monday, they were open so I decided I'd better stop by and see about replacing them; I knew I bought a 2yr warranty. The ladies inside were helpful. I was told my 2 year warranty for my glasses ended on the previous day (Sunday)! She said she would check w/ her boss, who was out for the day if they would cover them or at least offer a discount, no insurance was used. In the end, my lenses wouldn't work in the newer pair of frames of the same brand, so I ended up w/ a more expensive frame, that I liked. Overall this was a fair experience, as I can't give 5 stars because there was no grace on the warranty & not even a small discount was granted on the frames. I've bought many pairs of glasses over the years from this location. I do appreciate that they were helpful, unfortunately they don't offer the great value they once did.
