Advantage Auto Glass bent over backwards! I called its office on a Thursday afternoon explaining that I needed a rear window replacement ahead of a planned trip to Chicago the following day, Friday. I spoke with Tiffany who couldn't have been more courteous or accommodating in light of my circumstances. In short-time, she was able to procure the required glass for my car and coordinate its installation at my house the following morning. Mike, from Advance Auto Glass, was at my house on Friday by 8am and completed the work by 9am. He too was just a very good person to work with. The truth is, Tiffany and Mike took on a stressful situation, gained my respect, and had me on the road by noon that Friday. After 13 years of living in Minnesota, I finally had to use my windshield wiper insurance. I had a rock hit my windshield that ended up resulting in an approximately 20" crack. Not only was State Farm Insurance amazing at expediting everything, but they had recommended Advantage Auto Glass. I got a call immediately, who told me that someone would set up an appointment time with me tomorrow - and literally they called 12 hours later (9am) to set this up! It took a few days for the appointment, but they were able to do this AT MY HOUSE which was super convenient. Advantage Auto Glass' agent called me the morning of the appointment to let me know he was on his way from Burnsville and would be there in 30 minutes. he showed up promptly, completely replaced my windshield, delivered excellent customer service and communicated what to do really well (e.g., no car washes for 2 days, no driving for 30 minutes, lifetime guarantee, etc.). They were very easy to deal with, called to remind me about my appointment, and even drove 30+ miles to my house to do the replacement in my driveway. Marcos was phenomenal to work with and definitely went above and beyond (I noticed my whole dashboard was wiped off and cleaned, which definitely wasn't necessary to complete the job).
