They are amazing professionals who know what they are doing. One of our repairs was to repair vandalism that resulted in damage to the front roof pillar. They took the time to repair the damage and maintain the structural integrity, and when they painted it they blended it seamlessly. When another vehicle had damage to the liftgate, their work was just as stellar. Being in a particularly brutal part of the car for Minnesota conditions, there was an issue with the repair. I walked in, chatted with their Estimator and showed him the problem. Will was wonderful to deal with, and to my utter surprise they performed warranty work without any hassles. The result was like new, the workmanship was fantastic and I couldn't be happier. I wholeheartedly recommend Latuff Brothers for auto body repairs. While they are quite busy, I really appreciated their work ethic and their skills.

I gave them my email address but got no receipt. I called to ask for a receipt. They told me first that they will send me a receipt in a week. After a week, I asked again and now they told me that they can only send me a work order but no receipt. I think their business practice is rather shaky.

However with the fancy sensors and cameras on a Volvo they were not able to calibrate so I had to bring my car back after they ordered an OEM windshield from Volvo. Of course this was all on Safelite, so nothing extra on my part, except taking another whole day to have this done. FYI, windshield replacement took about 3-4 hours.

First of all, I had to get this done in the AM to be able to get done other things. In the video they send "please prepare for your appointment" it says this is a 30 to 60 minute JOB INCLUDING SETTING OF THE GLUE. THIS TOOK over 2.5 HOURS! I was livid. I would have ubered home and back if I had known or had someone pick me up?! Let alone all the glass shards all over my dash and MISSING ANTENNA THEY HAVE TO REPLACE. This place was disgusting in the waiting room and it was early AM. Do they ever clean it? Did we not just have a pandemic? Uncomfortable armed chairs provided terrible positioning to relax or do my morning stretches. Sun shining in on gross beige walls and now grey salt covered floors. Bathroom was out of date too but at least seemed clean and not many ladies on site to use it anyways. Just avoid this location at all costs. If they are assigned to you, cancel your appointment and go to another location or a different shop.
