I just closed escrow on my house and can say that I had a good experience. Cathy Bucalo was my agent and I knew when I met her that she was the right person for this. I had a couple of hic ups along the way as the buyers didn't qualify with the banks, but it seemed that as soon as one fell through within a short time Cathy had another buyer with an offer. By the time escrow closed it took three months and the escrow company had a couple of hic ups as well with the title which was not there fault.
