Also some of the 2 bedroom units had 1 person living in them and others had 4-8 people living in them-how much water is each unit using? When I went to sell my unit, Candy hadn't filed all of the appropriate paperwork required by the state of California since 2019. This is an insurance policy coverage the property manager - Candy - so she can't take the HOA's money and run off with it. She claims she didn't know she needed this under the law. This delayed the sale of my unit by over a week! If you hear the name Full Circle Management and especially Candy Tracy... RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!

I also recently had surgery to remove a cancerous tumor. When I signed the lease, Pacific Coast assured me it would be a multi-year arrangement so we wouldn't have to worry about moving. After moving in, I asked for one handicapped space for my girlfriend (there are none), and they said they would ask the owner, Harriet Wicberg. When I took my girlfriend to them to add to the lease as required, they said the owner refused to lease to her! I also asked to have large flower boxes moved away from blocking fire escapes out of concern for my neighbors upstairs. They said they'd look into it, but never did. Now they say the owner wants my unit for her sister (there are two vacant units around me), so they're refusing to renew my lease, telling me we have to move out or face legal action. We appealed to them staying we are in no physical condition to move again after only one year due to our disabilities, but they didn't care. We have done nothing wrong, pay our rent on time, and are older, quiet tenants. Pacific Coast (Doug and Lori) is the most incompetent, unreasonable, and brutally cold "company" I've heard of. Stay away from any place managed by these jerks.

For her replacement, we were given various people to work with, all of whom were greener than our lawn, didn't return phone calls, were non-responsive to requests for minutes and other documents that owners are legally entitled to receive, lacked a basic understanding of laws governing HOAs, the list goes on. I don't know what they were doing other than taking our money. Our Board finally severed ties with Core. I wish they'd done it sooner.
