After I purchased some truck mats from Tustin GMC, I went next store to get a solution to some tie downs I needed in my new GMC truck bed. Tustin GMC Service and Parts had stranded me with Mats that needed to have part of the back seat removed to install them. Jess James, the manager at Adventure Off-Road provided me with a perfect solution to my tie-downs and then brought my truck back to the service department next store to get my truck mats installed. This is a cool shop to have in OC--I'm glad I found them. Most SoCal shops are great at suspension, lighting, bumpers, etc., but I was looking for a shop that was comfortable getting into the Raptor's 3.5 EcoBoost. Here's the order: intake, manifolds, turbos, FMIC, downpipes, radiator, trans cooler, injectors and plugs. Both Jesse and Sergio said, "No problem." Quote was super reasonable. Jake killed it with all the install work. I even later dropped off a third brake light with a pretty complicated wiring harness. He wired it perfectly. Raptor has Starlink now...and cables ready for both UHF and VHF should I ever want to add a radio. My truck will be going to back to Adventure Off-Road. read more

Had a 3" lift and UCA install. There was some parts delay from the manufacturer. So if you're planning any trips just give yourself some time between the install/trip, that was my fault. Long story short, this business was POLITE and PROFESSIONAL from start to finish. They UPGRADED my UCA for FREE and wanted to CREDIT me back a big difference. They continued to offer me discounted service and parts for the future for something that was NOT THEIR FAULT. Incredible people and service. So these guys called me and told me my car was ready I arrived no I'm sorry. No we apologize just that they had had an internal miscommunication and my car was not ready. It cost me a total of 50 bucks and four hours of my time and time is the most valuable thing we have. Bottom line: this place does not stand behind their work, lacks attention to detail, and clearly doesn't prioritize customer satisfaction. I strongly urge anyone considering them to look elsewhere. Save yourself the time, frustration, and money. I never write reviews, but after this incredibly frustrating experience, I feel compelled to warn others. I had leather seats installed at this shop, and it's honestly one of the most disappointing and aggravating consumer experiences I've ever had. What should've been a straightforward job turned into a drawn-out mess -- I had to return FOUR or FIVE separate times, and even after all that, the seats were still not right. From the very beginning, the craftsmanship was poor. There were visible folds in the leather -- clear signs that the material had not been measured or fitted properly -- and noticeable bubbling in multiple areas, suggesting it hadn't been stretched or secured correctly. These were not minor imperfections; they were blatant flaws that made it look like an amateur had done the work. Each time I brought it back, I was reassured that it would be "taken care of." But each time, the fixes were either half-hearted or ineffective. By the fourth or fifth visit, it was obvious that either they didn't know how to correct it or just didn't care to do it right. The final straw was when I pointed out the same issues yet again and was met with, "It looks good to me. I don't know what to tell you." Excuse me? That's not a response a professional gives a paying customer -- especially not when there are clear visual defects that were never addressed despite multiple trips back. To make matters worse, I had already moved out of the area, so every return visit required a long and inconvenient drive. I spent hours of my time and gas money trying to get what I was promised from the beginning: properly installed leather seats. In the end, I just gave up. I accepted the loss because I realized I wasn't going to get any better service or resolution. But it still stings -- both financially and mentally. read more

Great, friendly customer support! I bought a new 2023 GMC Sierra 2500HD Denali from Tustin GMC, which included a 4-inch lift, method rims, and nitto tires. Tustin GMC has all their modified cars go through Adventure Off Road which makes it easier when it comes to buying a car ready to go with all the upgrades. Less than two months of having my truck I noticed that the axel was leaking grease, I contacted Tustin GMC, who put me in touch with Adventure Off-Road (which happens to be located next door), who ordered the component and scheduled my installation/repair. The repair was handled while I was on site and completely free of charge on my side. They do tons of off-road additions here, light bars, lifts/suspensions, wheels/tires, etc. So if you're looking for a shop that does professional/quality work and stands behind their work, this is a go to shop! read more

I have had a truck bed cover and fender flares installed by this company. The bed cover was installed properly for a reasonable price. I also had some fender flares installed although the first install price quote I got was for over $900 which is ridiculous for self adhesive, slap on fender flares for a 2023 Silverado 1500. That price is twice as high as what Chevy dealers charge! I had to call back several times and talk to the manager Jesse before I got a reasonable price to install the flares, which were done nicely. There are people who work the front counter at this business who don't know what they are doing, do not listen to customers and have poor customer service skills. Since they did a good job on previous installs I called to get a quote to have Sumo Springs installed. Jesse told me that under no circumstances would they install anything I purchased elsewhere and that no other installer would either. That made no sense to me because they had already done 2 installations for me though I had never purchase anything from them. Bottom line- I don't recommend this company because their policies are all over the place and their employees are not well informed or customer friendly. read more

I bought new lug nuts to fit the aftermarket wheels I bought but unfortunately they were a size most shops don't have the proper tools for. Explained to them the situation and they said no worries, they'll give me extra lug nuts. Went to pick up the Jeep later, everything was installed with quality work and they even gave me the proper lug nut socket to fit the new lug nuts that THEY supplied just in case. Came in because my car started whipping on the free and thought it might have to do with the lift kit. Came in on 6/21/22 and both the front desk Gu Mitch and the Doug totally took the car in no question fixed the missing bolts from my axel and made sure it was safe to drive and not whipping anymore. Great experience in getting my Jeep Grand Cherokee upgraded with a leveling kit and better wheels and tires for going off-road. Amazing. Just amazing. Do not hesitate to come here. You will be taken care of. I own a 2019 Jeep Wrangler Sport and I've been dealing with a check engine light for over 9 months. Over that time I've been to 3 dealerships, where I was basically told "tough luck". Luckily Tuttle-Click Jeep recommended me to come here which was in the same area, since Adventure Off-Road is much more knowledgeable in tricked out, customized Jeeps, and problem solving those types of issues. I made a quick trip over there and was immediately greeted and asked how they could help me. I explained my issue and the gentleman up front (Ricky)? immediately took a trip outside for a quick visual inspection but couldn't see anything out of the ordinary. I ended up setting an appointment for a week later for a full, detailed inspection. Fast forward a week and I was back in for my 9am appointment. I was once again immediately helped upon entering and my Jeep went to the back. I waited around for about an hour and Jesse came out and explained the issue what was having, and what I needed to do to get that check engine light fixed. I was floored at how quick they got everything done, and to what extent Ricky & Jesse both went to make sure my issue was resolved. I never have experienced such fantastic customer service from a service/outdoor vehicle shop, let alone anywhere else. Absolutely top-notch crew here. Above & Beyond in all aspects.
