Had a 3" lift and UCA install. There was some parts delay from the manufacturer. So if you're planning any trips just give yourself some time between the install/trip, that was my fault. Long story short, this business was POLITE and PROFESSIONAL from start to finish. They UPGRADED my UCA for FREE and wanted to CREDIT me back a big difference. They continued to offer me discounted service and parts for the future for something that was NOT THEIR FAULT. Incredible people and service. I will come to them first in the future and recommend them to my friends who are also looking for parts and services.

Great, friendly customer support! I bought a new 2023 GMC Sierra 2500HD Denali from Tustin GMC, which included a 4-inch lift, method rims, and nitto tires. Tustin GMC has all their modified cars go through Adventure Off Road which makes it easier when it comes to buying a car ready to go with all the upgrades. Less than two months of having my truck I noticed that the axel was leaking grease, I contacted Tustin GMC, who put me in touch with Adventure Off-Road (which happens to be located next door), who ordered the component and scheduled my installation/repair. The repair was handled while I was on site and completely free of charge on my side. They do tons of off-road additions here, light bars, lifts/suspensions, wheels/tires, etc. So if you're looking for a shop that does professional/quality work and stands behind their work, this is a go to shop!

They have built my customer Turbo Harley Porsche Night Rod from the ground up, and improvised at every obstacle to create an amazing machine. They also installed the 330mm wide tire on this bike and it's always admired at every supercar or motorcycle event. Next they built my Naturally Aspirated Harley Night Rod Porsche, improvising with the ape hangers, rear view mirrors and heat shrinking around all cables and wires to creatively create a show quality product. They have also implemented wireless phone, charging holders, strategically. Next up, they will be applying their master craftsmanship to install digital temperature sensors, reading the oil and water temperatures across both my Harley bikes, especially the turbo bike. I recently added a carbon fiber, Ducati V4 S and I will continue to use this company as they have proven excellence in the field of motorcycle mechanic perfection.

Victor denied knowing about the missing parts, disconnected wires or cut parts/lines. Dave stated he trust his mechanic, maybe I cut the parts/lines. I purchased a new battery and took my Harley to the Dealer August 12, I received a call a couple hours later informing me my motorcycle was ready for pick up. the only issue other than the cut/removed parts was the ECM wasn't completely plugged in. I called and and emailed Dave August 13. I haven't received a response to either my call or emailed.

What a great experience with Bryant at Flowmotion Suspension!…read more I own a General auto repair shop that specializes in off road builds as well and we've been searching for a very dependable, detailed oriented shock rebuilder. Now, there are a few rebuilders locally to my shop but we've had terrible experiences with them with shocks leaking shortly after being rebuilt. Unfortunately it's happened to many of our customer's trucks which was disappointing because those rebuilders wouldn't honor to help at all even with less than 5k miles on the rebuild or less than 6 months and most were pavement princess trucks. The inconvenience it causes as these trucks sit on jack stands in my lot for a week or so is just not ideal for issues like this. One day I just took a chance and googled if there was someone else in the SoCal area and I stumbled upon a Tacoma forum where lots of members name dropped Flowmotion Suspension. I did a bit more digging and found their IG, shot them a DM and the rest was history. Bryant rebuilt some Icons for one of my customer's Tacoma and man, the attention to detail was top notch. Keeping me in the loop for the whole process. INSPECTING EVERY COMPONENT was the key thing as those same Icons were rebuild less than 5k miles ago and started leaking. Come to find out, the previous rebuilders overlooked a worn shock shaft that Bryant caught and was able to replace for us and ensured it passed the pressure test. No BS, competitive pricing and frequent updates. He's very knowledgeable with what he does and did not mind sharing every little details of what goes on with a rebuild when i visited. Truly a relief for us to find someone who can stand behind their shock rebuilds, locally to me, quick turn around time and does it all to spec. Down to the OEM oils that they originally used from manufacturer. We'll definitely continue to use Flowmotion Suspension services from here on out! Thank you Bryant!

They could patch a tire for about $20 cash, and the service was quick and convenient. At that time, I felt it was a great option. This time, however, my experience was different. I am not sure whether it is because prices have gone up, but the tire looked repairable to me. Still, they told me it could not be patched and that I needed to buy a used tire instead. Since I was already there and the work needed to be done, I ended up paying $60 for a used tire. What disappointed me most was that I originally thought I would be able to keep my old tire and take it home, because I believed I could patch it myself and keep it as a spare. In the end, that was not how it worked. Their used tire replacement process meant they kept my original tire and gave me another used tire in exchange. So it did not really feel like I was simply buying a used tire for $60. It felt more like I was trading in my old tire, which did not even have a hole that obvious to me, and still paying $60 on top of that. The service was done quickly, but the overall experience left me feeling less satisfied than before. Next time, I would definitely compare prices and ask more questions at a few other shops before making a decision.on the car
