Hi, this review is long overdue. Just before Christmas in 2024, I called these guys up to install a BakFlip tonneau cover. I needed it in a hurry. We scheduled a time, and it was done perfectly. He even had to correct my mistake when I was unable to install it myself. I didn't even know that Line-X was a certified BakFlip install shop, which increased my warranty. Did a great job spraying the bed it looks awesome. But they got overspray on the back end of my brand new Chevy truck. And told me it wasn't from them. Kind of lame to pass the buck I wouldn't recommend them doing yours if they treat customers that way. I payed good money I just want my truck to look like it did before they touched it. No overspray. And who knows what they did to the tail gate. If they fixed the issue I wouldn't post this but whatever. read more

Drove over an hour to have more problems than we started with, and wasted money on a problem that was created by their mistake. We had quite a bit of line ex done on our vehicle, but a small thing we asked if it was possible to do was to line ex our custom made mudflap brackets, Made specifically for passenger and driver side. (Which they said no problem). They were installed incorrectly, passenger on driver side, driver side on passenger, so the brackets continually hit the leaf springs, which messed up the BRAND new linex and bent the mudflap brackets. The wiring to the back up & license plates lights were messed up when we got the truck back, and had to be fixed as well. They were fine when we dropped them off. Not too impressed, nor happy with our service at Line ex of Orange County. The line ex itself was done well, but the price and experience overall was unsatisfactory. I do not encourage anyone to use them. Prices are too high, I expect a job done as if it were your own vehicle!! Especially at their prices! read more

These people sell a good product but have zero support or warranty service. I had them put Line-X in my truck bed. They left a couple boogers in the lining and when I pointed it out their attitude was "it's no big deal" but they did trim them when I bought a tonneau cover from them. When I went back because the cover seemed to be binding upon closing and opening, again their attitude was "lube it" which I felt was a "fix it yourself " attotude. Just talked to the manufacturer of the cover and they said it needs to be adjusted. So Line-X of Orange doesn't know how to install the products they sell. Nor do they care after they make the sell. So far Line-X of Orange County has been difficult to deal with and would never use or suggest them to anyone. I brought my brand new, not a scratch or blemish on it, truck to them for a spray in liner. When I dropped it off, Anthony and I walked the truck. No issues we're observed, I even stated "not a scratch on it". I also mentioned to him that they should not start the truck with the tailgate removed because it will cause issues with the 350 camera alignment. When I picked the truck up, the cab behind the rear passenger door was scratched in several places. I brought this to their attention and initially assured me they would take care of it. The truck is a week old and nothing has touched it! To top it off, the first time I put the truck in reverse, I got a "reverse brake assist" error. This error is from them not properly removing the gate. Exactly what I warned Anthony would happen. Now I have to take it back to the dealer to have the system re-calibrated. Now several days and calls later, they are not taking care of it. I am still waiting for Anthony to contact me back. Conveniently, every time I call, Anthony is not "quite" there or just stepped out. Other notes: their logo was installed poorly, they sprayed the liner into the locking mechanism of the tailgate and the attention to detail around the bed lights and other areas was poor. read more
