Hello everyone I bought new tires and rims from this company and it was the worst decision I have ever made for buying a product. They sold me a set of terrible rims and lug nuts. When I went back there 2 months after I bought them to ask them to replace the chipping and rusting lug nuts after only 2 months. The manager Kris was extremely rude and then started to yell and get angry with me when all asked was to replace a faulty parts! DONT ever get anything done through them!! Got a simple lift kit installed by them...Not only did they screw it so bad it had to be flat bed towed back to the dealership because they messed up the electrical SO BAD. That's not the worse part. They tried to deny it when I picked it up. First stating "well what did you do?" I started it and the dash says there is 3 problems? Didn't even put it in drive. Which makes me wonder who test drives and checks there work? No one apparently. After telling them to check the cameras because I never put the vehicle in drive. They finally believe me that I didn't cause it....WOW They take it to the back and they claim nothing is wrong they can't find the problem. I should leave it with them...mind you I was quoted 2 days on install and it took 4. They didn't offer me a different vehicle after ruining my brand new one. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. You guys made the mistakes your the only ones with the vehicle and you still try to blame the customer who never even drove it! Unbelievable like dealing with 5 year olds. Lack of leadership! Lack of workers. Lack of people with knowledge about any type of business. Mike the manager is no help. He doesn't even know what items are what and what's in stock. Says he has to order items but miraculously when I have my girlfriend call in they have them in 20min later? That's the fastest 4 day delivery ever!! Stop lying just be honest! Jesse says yes to everything you want but never has any of the items or followed through with phone calls or emails. I'd say it starts with management and MIKE is setting a horrible example for the rest of the workers. Update!!! I bought lifetime warranty brake lights from these bozos! Brandon helped me the first 2 times they went out. The 3rd time though they are now claiming they don't remember even selling them?? Brandon left for bigger better non lying jobs so now these bozos are doing bozo things! Don't trust them for anything they say they will/can do. It won't be done right or on time or for the price they say. Mike is claiming they don't do lifetime warranties. How long you been there mike? Cause Brandon fixed them twice and was very aware of the problems with these lights. I honestly have no idea how these clowns are still in business. It boggles the mind. I have to say I am probably one of the worst type of customers for shops like this. I do most of my own work, know my way around a garage, and am picky as hell when it comes to how I want things done. As a result I'm very hard to please and usually always find something wrong with how things were done. These guys however never cease to impress me. I can honestly say they are the only folks (including the dealer) who have touched my 2017 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited and done everything right. Not saying to expect perfection cause even the best shops can make mistakes, but these guys do amazing work. Dan and his team are extremely knowledgeable (Dan even helped me find a good machine shop to redo the heads on my 1955 Jeep)and most of all seem to really care about my Jeep. I usually take it in to get some more difficult things done and for welding. Which by the way, their welder is worth the wait. This guy lays down dimes! I'm not a big yelp reviewer but these guys are just that good. This place does five star work, just want to say that right away to not deter have anything done here. Slightly pricey, sure, but that's the cost of good work. My only complaint is that you need to make sure that, whatever parts they take off -- aftermarket or oem -- you request to get them back. Make it a point, or they keep them. Had electronic side steps added and noticed we didn't get ours back. We weren't too worried -- we had a friend buying them for $200 plus dinner -- so called to get them back. According to whoever answered, that's not their business model and they likely already "got rid" of our sidesteps we had before. They promised to check one time and call me back. No call back. So, just make sure to demand you get what's yours back before they start work and you'll be fine. read more

Called and asked for my adjustable control arms to be set to 6 degrees of castor, said no problem, bring it down $180. Called me, said pick it up, checked the alignment sheet, put it at 5.2 on one side and 4.7. Told me that's best and drives straight. I said, that's not what we spoke about, but insisted I take it home. Did so, still drove like crap. Called him, said bring it back. Again did not adjust the arms said everyone drove it and it drives like Jeep. Took it to another shop that finally did the adjustment for me and now it drives like a dream. Don't waste your money here. They are connected to a dealership and will only follow dealer specifications. I'm out $180 plus $60 in Uber fees for a job that should of been done right the first time. read more

I just bought a 2020 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon at Orange Coast Jeep (where my experience was outstanding) from Paul and really needed to lift that truck and go 37" tires. Kris got me exactly the wheels and tires I had my heart set on, and this truck is SICK! I have been in the car business myself for 20 years, and NEVER have I been so in love with a vehicle. Initially called very early November. Spoke with Kris. Explained that I would like some Baja Design LP6's installed on the A-pillar (ditch lights). OC Motorsprots would be supplying the lights & wiring harness, both directly from Baja Designs. I would be supplying my own bracket. Kris advised his first available appointment wasn't till 12/9. I took it, and figured I could hopefully make the appointment work around my crazy work schedule (essential worker). Called back again 11/18, spoke with Jeff because I was worried we hadn't ordered the correct lights. Jeff seemed confident so I left well enough alone. Waited till today, 12/8 and called. First spoke with the receptionist, and she didn't see any appointment in the books for tomorrow for light installs. When I mentioned Jeff's name, she instantly passed the buck and got Jeff on the phone. I explained myself again, and Jeff had no recollection of the conversation we had had, and stated those lights are special order, and they would have taken a credit card number to order them. That was never done. Jeff then explained he was "kinda new" back then (11/18), and passed the buck to Kris, who was busy with another customer, so I was unable to hold for him, and they would call me back. 3 hours later, I did get a call from Kris, who stated the lights I wanted were on back order and he isn't expecting them till middle/late December. I waited patiently 5 weeks, only to find out the day prior to my appointment that they had no lights. Kris was very eager to blame Baja Designs for the problem. Had I known this was a problem prior to today, I could have easily ordered the lights off eBay, and had them in time for the appointment i waited 5 WEEKS FOR. Zero accountability, and zero communication. Kris could have offered to install the wiring harness, since it's universal, and the brackets...but did he. No. My guess is because they never had the appointment in the books to begin with. They should consider themselves lucky that a shitty little motorsports shop is considered essential during these times... read more

I came in because I was interested in getting my husband a Rebel. Of course they are hard to come by right now but I was lucky enough to meet up with Kris and Jeff. They helped me get in contact with a good sales guy and he ordered me exactly what I wanted. I have had several great experiences with OC Motorsports. The shop has been around a long time and it has gone through several phases. The good news is that Big B (Brandon) is back!!! Looking at mixed reviews, I can understand some of the frustration illustrated below and I think anybody could. Not to say anything bad about anybody, but if you've ever worked retail / sales... especially with high end merchandise there is a label in most customer database point of sale systems. There is always one labeled PITA, typically reserved for people that suck your time and never buy anything. Or buy one small thing and then feel entitled to suck even more of your time. I'll bet a dollar at least one reviewer below is exactly that. Anyhow. I don't have a jeep, I have a 2008 F250 Diesel 4x4. These guys did an amazing job with it. Threw on a nice lift, some 35" BFG's and some nice Method wheels as well as some other accessories. The price was fair for all of the work that was done. The biggest praise was the level of service from Big B. Also though, I've had quite a few lifted trucks in my life. I can never recall having one "settle" in and not have alignment issues. Well, that was the case here as well. But it was handled same day I called and came back perfect, and most importantly has remained that way. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys for any service, big to small. Solid shop, period. Update: Just brought them a 2015 Kia Optima to dial in for me. They threw on some TSW 19" wheels with Continental tires, some tint and boom this little car looks and rides great!!! I posted photos of both vehicles that OC Motorsports has done for me. He actually yelled and clapped at me at the same time like he was a seal or something? im not too sure what the reasoning is for clapping or yelling honestly. he then claims that if i give them a good yelp review he will fix the brake lights...That just makes no sense to me. so he admits to... 1. selling the brake lghts, knowing they have a lifetime warranty, 2. refusing to fix them until i leave a good yelp review. 3. yelling at a customer and clapping as he yells...still not sure of reasoning for this? This is a top of the line business. They care about the customer and do whatever it is they need to do to make you happy and keep promises they made. After being quoted extremely high at 4 Wheel Parts, I looked for another local shop and found OC Motorsports. I walked in and met Oliver, Oliver found me exactly what I wanted and gave me a reasonable quote which was substantially less than 4 Wheel Parts. I scheduled an appointment for the following week. Unfortunately, the parts hadn't been shipped yet from the manufacture. OC Motorsports corrected the problem and had me back in 7 days later. The price of the tires had gone up, but that did not stop them from honoring the quote they gave me. They found areas in the deal to get the price lower to match the quote. My truck looks awesome and I couldn't be anymore pleased with it. Great shop. read more

Really disappointed. Went in last week for a repair to my AMP retractable step. Mention that my Jeep has some sag. Jessie mentioned we could get the Jeep back up with some spacers. They tried to sell me into getting new springs but After discussion they said the spacers would work fine. Didn't noticed much a difference after spacers were put but more concerning was stability light came on after I drove off and my steering alignment was jacked. Needed to keep the steering wheel at 1 o'clock to go straight. Called and left a voicemail for Jessie. No response till now. Called and left a voicemail for Dan. No response till now. Upon looking at my previous Invoices and this current invoice it looks like they Increased their cost of labor rates. Too bad they aren't increasing quality of work and customer service. read more

So about a week and a half before my Rubicon trip last year I find out my front axle housing is bent....severely. Of course I freak out and start calling everyone I know but everyone has a backlog including OCM. When I'm out of options I call Dan back and tell him my situation. He tells me to bring it in, talk to Mike and they'll figure out some way to have me ready for the Rubicon and they did. I don't think I need to elaborate. Dan's the man. I've been dealing with a creaking/popping steering issue in my JKU for quite a few months. It was impossible to self-diagnose it. I also took it to another "Jeep" shop in HB, but they misdiagnose it (luckily, they didn't charge me), and didn't seem too interested in taking another shot at it.
