Alex and his team at DNA wheels absolutely knocked it out of the park for me when it came to choosing new tires and rims for my 2004 Ranger absolute professionals from beginning to finish and extremely knowledgeable of all the brands would highly suggest if you're looking to Invest in new tires and wheels.

I was on my way to work and got a flat tire. I looked up places on Yelp I could take my car to replace the tire, the first place I called, my call failed. Not once, but twice, I took it as a sign that I shouldn't go there. I did a second search and found DNA Wheels, every review I glanced through were all positive. I knew I would have to go. So I made a call to see if I would be able to go the same day, thankfully the tire I needed was in stock. The staff were so friendly and it was very efficient. Most places, I probably would have spent a few hours, from start to finish, I spent about an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes at most. I definitely recommend this place. Leo was a great help and everyone else was too, I just didn't catch their names. Will definitely go back if I have any other tire needs.

Found this business from an OfferUp post so naturally I was a little skeptical. I run 37" load E tires on my truck which limits my options to good but very expensive tires, or cheap less but still expensive tires. This place was more than reasonable on the price and the service exceeded my expectations. Everything was handled professionally and fast. An essential business that exists in the community- the most basic thing for tires that most people would need help with is a small nail in the tire probably. Without any issues, they can literally knock one out and patch in the time it takes to eat a sandwich for lunch. I was able to eat my McDonald's real fast at lunch and go without issues in just a few minutes for a reasonable amount to complete the job read more

Stopped by because i had a nail in my tire and luckily had an extra tire to switch to. The main man there (forgot his name i sorry) but took my car immediately after my explanation and got it done. Funny thing is, i got another nail in that tire an hour later so i went back the next morning and they fixed it for me in 30-40m! Will be coming back for my miata's tires next! read more

So I ordered a set of wheels and tires along with matching rotors and pulley on Feb 17 -2026 . It took them 3 weeks to get to me then I was missing parts . My rear speocket was missing and they shipped out anyway. Called them to see why they shipped packages out incomplete and they processed to tell me that the rear pulley is on back order . Well why didn't y'all tell me this while I was ordering everything I would have waited . But no they didn't tell me anything. Well now they don't want to send me a return label to send everything back cause they're saying nothing is wrong. This is definitely back business and I will not be buying anything from them again. All I wanted was my pulley sent out overnight and not 3 weeks later . Mr Jerry didn't even want to be bothered in my opinion. They got a sell and that all that matter to them. Came here to replace the rear tires on my Porsche Cayman and to replace tire pressure sensors on all my wheels. Communication was great. I got a quote and my tires were ordered and ready to be installed the next day. Installation took around 30 minutes. The waiting area was nice and clean. After they installed my tires and sensors, they did a great job explaining some potential issues with the sensors. They took the extra step to call a local shop that specializes in Porsches and told me to call back if I had any issues. I had no issues and so I am enjoying my tires. Also, prices were very reasonable. I will most definitely come back again. read more

I got a flat this past Sunday evening and as soon as they opened up on Sunday morning, I called ahead of time if they have anything in stock for me - they did and had one left of what I needed so I gave them an ETA and a guy named Andy put it on hold for me. The morning was quite a busy one for me and my ETA got pushed back two to three hours so I followed up with Andy and he told me to just stop by any time before 5 PM and he'll help me out. I got to the shop around 3 PM and was greeted by Andy once again. They immediately got to work and was finished within 5 to 10 minutes. I got quoted at $90 for my tire, which was a really great deal especially with it being last minute and him putting it on hold for me! I was recommended to try this place out by my girlfriend's family and I'm glad I was able to make it through. Huge props to Andy and the rest of the team at DNA Wheels and Tires. You won't get better service and you'll get the best deal here. 100% recommended! read more

Asked for a sample of some tire combos and he never hesitated. After the install they cleaned the rims and dressed the tires up! What a service! Go see these guys! Honestly, DNA is the only shop you should be checking out if you need wheels and tires. I did the research, and I am so glad I went with DNA. I just got new wheels and tires on my '23 Silverado and everything that people are saying is true: great selection, great communication, great service. They care about their customers. When I arrived, I was happy to just look at their selection and maybe roll one or two out to put next to my truck, but Andy wanted me to actually see it - installed - on my car. He put three different options on my truck for me to look at before I made my final choice. Amazing. Alex and Frank also went out of their way to communicate and to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Everything was done cleanly, quickly and efficiently - at a great price. read more

At that time, I felt it was a great option. This time, however, my experience was different. I am not sure whether it is because prices have gone up, but the tire looked repairable to me. Still, they told me it could not be patched and that I needed to buy a used tire instead. Since I was already there and the work needed to be done, I ended up paying $60 for a used tire. What disappointed me most was that I originally thought I would be able to keep my old tire and take it home, because I believed I could patch it myself and keep it as a spare. In the end, that was not how it worked. Their used tire replacement process meant they kept my original tire and gave me another used tire in exchange. So it did not really feel like I was simply buying a used tire for $60. It felt more like I was trading in my old tire, which did not even have a hole that obvious to me, and still paying $60 on top of that. The service was done quickly, but the overall experience left me feeling less satisfied than before. Next time, I would definitely compare prices and ask more questions at a few other shops before making a decision.on the car

I'm so thankful ChatGPT directed me to Tire Outlet. The moment I pulled into the parking lot, I was greeted with smiles and employees who were eager to help. The manager personally took care of me, and from the very beginning, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The speed of service really impressed me. About a year ago, I brought my car to a different tire shop in Fullerton for another leaky tire and ended up waiting 2 1/2 hours before anyone even looked at my car. Today's experience couldn't have been more different. While I relaxed in Tire Outlet's clean, comfortable waiting lounge and got some work done on my laptop, they had everything taken care of in about 15 minutes. Then came the biggest surprise of all. They told me my tire didn't need to be replaced after all--they were able to fix it easily by hand. And when I went to pay, they insisted on not charging me anything. Seriously... who does that these days?! I was blown away. That level of honesty and integrity is incredibly rare. He gently pushed against the fender until the crease went away and pulled the bumper edge outward until it lined up flush against the fender. I got three other quotes up to $2600 requiring to replace the bumper and paint the fender to match! The car is over 5 years old but the entire body is in great shape. I wasn't looking for a perfect repair. Lawrence at the start asked if I wanted a perfect restoration or something reasonable. I definitely wanted something reasonable because I didn't want to go through my insurance company for an aging car. After he finished the repair, you can't even notice any damage. I wish more body shops were more honest like Signature Auto body. Last thing, I plan to come back with my other car that needs more extensive work but at least I know I'm dealing with someone who I can trust! :)

I found 2 places on offer up. 2 days ago I went to one of them, ( BRISTOL SOUND ) the guy I spoke to was throwing me numbers off the top of his head saying that's how much tires are today, not even close to what I seen on offer up. I got pissed off right away and told him to fuck off and left. Today I drove from Irvine to La Harbra Heights to ( SALINAS TIRE ) I meet a guy there and asked him for Memo who was the guy I spoke to on offer up, he said I can help you. I proceeded to tell him what I spoke to Memo about on offer up and how much he was gonna charge me. The guy I spoke to told me that's not possible and jacked the price up by $600.00 now I told him sorry, not gonna happen and I left. On my way home I googled one last time and came up with ( DNA Wheels ) it is on my way home, What the hell. lets check it out. I meet Alex there, he was very friendly and nice, I told him what happened and he told me they don't bull shit around with other peoples money. Worked with Alex and his team on replacing / upgrading 5 wheels/tires for a 2015 Jeep Wrangler JK. He had many options and suggestion based on who we use the jeep. His team was timely and flawless in how the changed out the existing tires as I waiting less than 45 minutes.
