Alex and his team at DNA wheels absolutely knocked it out of the park for me when it came to choosing new tires and rims for my 2004 Ranger absolute professionals from beginning to finish and extremely knowledgeable of all the brands would highly suggest if you're looking to Invest in new tires and wheels.

Not once, but twice, I took it as a sign that I shouldn't go there. I did a second search and found DNA Wheels, every review I glanced through were all positive. I knew I would have to go. So I made a call to see if I would be able to go the same day, thankfully the tire I needed was in stock. The staff were so friendly and it was very efficient. Most places, I probably would have spent a few hours, from start to finish, I spent about an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes at most. I definitely recommend this place. Leo was a great help and everyone else was too, I just didn't catch their names. Will definitely go back if I have any other tire needs.

Found this business from an OfferUp post so naturally I was a little skeptical. I run 37" load E tires on my truck which limits my options to good but very expensive tires, or cheap less but still expensive tires. This place was more than reasonable on the price and the service exceeded my expectations. Everything was handled professionally and fast. An essential business that exists in the community- the most basic thing for tires that most people would need help with is a small nail in the tire probably. Without any issues, they can literally knock one out and patch in the time it takes to eat a sandwich for lunch. I was able to eat my McDonald's real fast at lunch and go without issues in just a few minutes for a reasonable amount to complete the job read more

Stopped by because i had a nail in my tire and luckily had an extra tire to switch to. The main man there (forgot his name i sorry) but took my car immediately after my explanation and got it done. Funny thing is, i got another nail in that tire an hour later so i went back the next morning and they fixed it for me in 30-40m! Will be coming back for my miata's tires next! read more

So I ordered a set of wheels and tires along with matching rotors and pulley on Feb 17 -2026 . It took them 3 weeks to get to me then I was missing parts . My rear speocket was missing and they shipped out anyway. Called them to see why they shipped packages out incomplete and they processed to tell me that the rear pulley is on back order . Well why didn't y'all tell me this while I was ordering everything I would have waited . But no they didn't tell me anything. Well now they don't want to send me a return label to send everything back cause they're saying nothing is wrong. This is definitely back business and I will not be buying anything from them again. All I wanted was my pulley sent out overnight and not 3 weeks later . Mr Jerry didn't even want to be bothered in my opinion. They got a sell and that all that matter to them. Came here to replace the rear tires on my Porsche Cayman and to replace tire pressure sensors on all my wheels. Communication was great. I got a quote and my tires were ordered and ready to be installed the next day. Installation took around 30 minutes. The waiting area was nice and clean. After they installed my tires and sensors, they did a great job explaining some potential issues with the sensors. They took the extra step to call a local shop that specializes in Porsches and told me to call back if I had any issues. I had no issues and so I am enjoying my tires. Also, prices were very reasonable. I will most definitely come back again. read more

I got a flat this past Sunday evening and as soon as they opened up on Sunday morning, I called ahead of time if they have anything in stock for me - they did and had one left of what I needed so I gave them an ETA and a guy named Andy put it on hold for me. The morning was quite a busy one for me and my ETA got pushed back two to three hours so I followed up with Andy and he told me to just stop by any time before 5 PM and he'll help me out. I got to the shop around 3 PM and was greeted by Andy once again. They immediately got to work and was finished within 5 to 10 minutes. I got quoted at $90 for my tire, which was a really great deal especially with it being last minute and him putting it on hold for me! I was recommended to try this place out by my girlfriend's family and I'm glad I was able to make it through. Huge props to Andy and the rest of the team at DNA Wheels and Tires. You won't get better service and you'll get the best deal here. 100% recommended! read more

Honestly, DNA is the only shop you should be checking out if you need wheels and tires. I did the research, and I am so glad I went with DNA. I just got new wheels and tires on my '23 Silverado and everything that people are saying is true: great selection, great communication, great service. They care about their customers. When I arrived, I was happy to just look at their selection and maybe roll one or two out to put next to my truck, but Andy wanted me to actually see it - installed - on my car. He put three different options on my truck for me to look at before I made my final choice. Amazing. Alex and Frank also went out of their way to communicate and to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Everything was done cleanly, quickly and efficiently - at a great price. read more

However, I followed up a couple weeks later asking if a certain date worked. I even explained that I had been busy and said the only time I'd have to bring in the car would be the following week. I paid $450 for this wrap and an extra $100 for the wrap itself. When the first job was done poorly, I went back to the shop to address the issues and they said they would fix it. I texted on a Tuesday expecting a response, and I waited until Sunday to follow up again. Instead of Lisa taking accountability, she told me I "did not reach out," which is extremely unprofessional and untrue. I had apologized for being busy, and I did reach out; she just did not respond. When I reminded her the job was poorly done and how there had been no response, she took zero accountability and tried to use my words against me. Lisa ignored my response when I explained how the situation should have been handled and how she failed to reply in a professional manner. As the customer, I should not have to teach someone how to treat me correctly or how to run a shop professionally. I wasn't trying to start problems; I stated the truth about the situation, but she did not like that. I went back because I had already paid and just wanted the work corrected. I dropped my car off again on Monday around 11:30am. The shop texted me claiming the wrap "wouldn't adhere," which I knew was an excuse. I told them to proceed because the material was fine, and if they couldn't install it, that was their shop's error. The rest of my car's wrap was perfectly fine. To double-check, I contacted the previous shop, who confirmed this shop was making excuses, saying, "The wrap sticks just fine. It sticks on the rest of your car fine. They're talking nonsense." I knew they no longer wanted to service me, and I no longer wanted their service either. I paid a good amount of money for this treatment. I made sure the job would get done. The shop told me the job would be done by Wednesday late afternoon. This was the second time they confirmed a deadline and failed to meet it. I made it clear from the start that I have a busy schedule and cannot afford delays, yet they did not respect that. Removing and rewrapping a front bumper is a 1-2 day job, it is not like I was asking to wrap half the car. I set a boundary that if it was not ready by 5pm Wednesday, as they confirmed, I would request a refund. My whole car was wrapped, had parts added, brakes caliper color change, and badges blacked out in about a week. I took it to another shop before taking it here. (Dependable Guys in Santa Ana) I am not a professional, but I am not stupid. There were no photo updates either, I had to ask for them. When they finally sent a picture, the wrap looked freshly slapped on two days after I dropped the car off. The day I dropped it off, they said the wrap did not adhere. It looked like my car sat there for two days until I asked for the photo, or it took them two days to remove a month old wrap and throw on one big piece lol.. My car is a small sedan, a CLA, not a supercar or SUV. Her words were: "Ok we will remove all the wrap and give you your money back. Come and pick it up today." Lisa took everything personally when this situation should have been handled with professionalism. I never asked them to remove my wrap; I just wanted the job done properly. The installer Mark was professional, but Lisa was disrespectful, dismissive, and extremely immature in how she handled the situation. I told them to leave the wrap and keep the money. This was their mistake, which took up the free time I rarely have. Even after I explained my situation, reminded them of prior mistakes, and was patient with the delays, they still couldn't get the job done on time. I didn't want or need the money back; I needed my car back lol. It was clear they didn't take me seriously, and I was forced to escalate this further, which she didn't like either. This was waste of time and caused unnecessary stress. I was frustrated because I had to deal with unprofessional and immature behavior. All I got were excuses, missed deadlines, and poor communication. This business does not stand on its word or its service. Don't bring your car here. Many shops in OC offer far better service and professionalism. I recommend Dependable Guys in Santa Ana! It turns out the wrap sticks just fine and clearly they were making excuses... 3 weeks no issues.

I proceeded to tell him what I spoke to Memo about on offer up and how much he was gonna charge me. The guy I spoke to told me that's not possible and jacked the price up by $600.00 now I told him sorry, not gonna happen and I left.
