I am 7 weeks into waiting for a roof rack for my FJ Cruiser, which I was told would be 4 weeks to get. I called the manufacturer today to ask and they told me their lead time on the rack is 1- 2 weeks. Huh? On top of that, I have called Cody down there, who took my order, at least (3) in the past 4 weeks asking about the rack; "I'll call them now and call you back in 5 minutes", I was told. I called and spoke to Cody about my vehicle. He said to drive in, so he could look at it. When I drove there a few days later, Cody was busy. Richard helped me. Richard said he would look for wheels, tires and other parts for my vehicle and get back to me. Long story short, Richard never contacted me, never returned my calls, never replied to my emails. I asked Cody to help me. Cody sends me an email link to Wheelpros.com and tells me to pick wheels that I like. I looked at the wheels and emailed Cody that I didn't like any of them. He never replied. My experience started in late November and I had enough in January. Terrible customer service. No follow up. They just don't care. Never been to Outlaw Offroad for any type of service before. I have, however, been to other local shops for past Jeeps I have owned (4Wheel Parts, OC Motorsports & smaller nameless shops). I decided to have Outlaw install my parts I bought for my new 4Runner because they promised they could do the job in one day, where as other shops quoted me less $ to do the job, but they said I would have to leave my vehicle over night - which does not work with my situation. Outlaws quote was around $100 per hour. I needed 4 coil springs installed, 2 rear shocks with resevoirs, and a set of Icon upper control arms (along with minor parts like front dif drop kit, front sway bar reloc kit, rear bump stop drop kit, and allignment). I dropped the vehicle off two hours before the shop oppened and left my keys in the drop off location. I called my salesman mid day to see if they found all my parts in the rear cargo area just to check & I was warned they were short staffed but would get my my 4runner back by the time I was off work at 5pm. When I was off I got a ride by a coworker to the shop only to be told to wait in the waiting room. After 2 hours pass the salesman came out to tell me it wasnt going to be finished as promised because their coil spring compressor had broken and they couldn't complete my install. I had to get another ride home for the night then Uber back to work the next day. The next day they said to come by after work and it will be done. When I returned on day 2, they explained that while installing my Icon upper control arms they broke my ABS wires and had another staff member running to the Toyota dealership to buy a new set to install on my truck. I had to wait again until 7pm and then finally got my truck. The salesman did admit they did a horrible job time wise, and took $100 off the bill which was good. Upon looking in my cargo area to make sure they gave me back my after market parts that were already on my truck I requested during the initial consult with the salesman, I was shocked (but not surprised by this time) to see that they didn't give me back anything. I had to call the salesman back again to go back into the shop to get my parts (which were rear Bilstein 5100 shocks and a coil lift spacer kit - that were a few months old). Dont know why they thought it would be ok to discard those or throw them away after I left detailed instructions with the salesman that I wanted them back. When I got home to look at all the cool stuff I had installed under my vehicle, I noticed quite a few horrible errors that are not only shotty mechanic workings, but extremely dangerous! 1. The large bolt under the ball joint for the driver side upper control arm was tightened only half way, leaving the washer to spin freely between it. This nut would have definitely come off over time and vibration from driving off road. I have video of this. 2. 2 of the 4 bolts that hold my brand new TRD Pro skid plate on under the front of the vehicle were not attached correctly. They were bolted up under the skid plate, leaving only the two rear bolts holding up this very heavy (and pricey) part. You can also see this in the attached pictures 3. The Icon Upper Control Arms that cost $700 come with 4 new washers that are specific to this install. My passenger side UCA was installed with only 3 of these brass colored Icon washers. 1 of them is still silver colored OEM and does not fit snug against the UCA leaving a visible gap where grease escapes. This will either leave me to fill the zerk up with grease all the time and/or cause the most expensive part of this install to fail miserably - also dangerous. Where this washer is, is a mystery to this day. You can also see this in the photos. I called the next day (& emailed photos) to complain about the UCA nut not being bolted down and torqued, and also the bolts being tightened under the skid plate rather than through the skid plate to actually hold it. The salesman told me to come back yet again so they can fix their errors. More waisted time. I wasnt going to write a negative review because I'm sure I could have been a random customer hit with a ton of unfortunate events - heck, maybe they just never have worked on a 4Runner before?! But then today I noticed the $700 Icon UCA was missing a part and replaced with a non-fitting and non-functional stock part! This I unacceptable! Now I have to try to chase down this washer from Icon and waist even more time trying to fix this shops amateur work. Never, ever going back to this place. EDIT: Just spoke with owner. He went the extra mile to solve my grievances. Good guy & cares about his business. Can't help it if there is one weak mechanic in the team. Terrible customer service, never calls back, did not receive items when they told him it would arrive (told him a week and it was a month). Just overall awful place. I went to these guys to have a Recaro seat installed in a 4runner. They quoted $800-1200 on the phone which seemed high but I called around and it was in line with other installers. I live in LA and couldn't drive it down so had to tow it down and wasn't there when they looked it over. They called back when they had the seat and said it was $1500 to install. They seemed to have done a good job but $1500 to install a seat seems crazy. Additionally it was 30% above their high quote. I was locked it because I'm 40 miles away. But they could explain their quotes better and also charge what they quote. read more

Took my Nissan NV2500 in to get new wheels, tires, shocks and a spacer in the front. Spent about $5,000 on all this and when i got it back, it had a tire pressure sensor error light on. I asked them about this and they told me to drive it and in about 50 miles the light would turn off. Well that did not happen, I called them back, they said to come back in and they tried messing with it for over an hour and decided it needed new tire pressure sensors in the rear tires. They ordered said tire pressure sensors and a few weeks later i showed up for them to install the tps and solve the issue, 2 hours later after standing in there lobby they tell me im shit out of luck and the tps are 'on them' . They said to reach out to the dealer who quoted me $170 just to reset the sensors. Call me old fashion but if you go to a company and pay for a job to be done then they should complete that job, no if ands or buts about it. I was excited to get this done on my van build and i was hoping to get an extra spare wheel and tire and also have some LeD lights put in my stock front bumper, but i will be looking elsewhere and not give this company any more of my business. I would not have agreed to this deal had i known this would be the outcome. read more

Wow, i ordered some needed replacement bushings for my jeep and was promised a 2 day delivery date, and that was over 2 wks ago. I told my counter guy Cody that i needed these parts asap and the reason i was ordering from him was his quick delivery promiss when AMAZON promised a outrageous 2wk time frame. HE assured me they would have them and he would call me to pick up. 2 days later I called and he said that they hadn't arriveed and said that the vendor was having a delay due to a "Driver Issue" and the parts would be in by Thursday 11/19. This was not what he promissed but still would allow me the weekend to install and be ready for my Planned paid trip on 12/4 NO PROBLEM and I was over sympathetic. I called Cody again on Friday 11/20, humm No Parts. Cody offered the same excuse. He then promissed the parts the following Monday. I told him NO problem as I was heading out of town for the Non Jeeping Thanks Giving Holiday and told him I would be returning the following Monday, a full week from the new promised date. Upon returning I again called Cody and to my shock still NO PARTS. Cody again stated vendor Diver issues and offered me a tracking number that promissed a Tuesday 12/1 delivery, still not upset or frustrated because of finally a tracking number i was hopefull that my paid for parts would be there as again promised. I did not reach out to Outlaw Offroad and drove to there location to pick up my parte on Wednesday 12/2 and to my suprise still NO PARTS but plenty of shollow promises and excuses. Now Im a reasonable guy, I am sympathetic to Covid Delays and I was calmly venting to Cody (now this is the reason for deciding to post this bad review) when some dude said. " Im the owner and I need to interject, we have benn having problems with several vendors, ive got customers that have been waiting for parts since JULY " as iff that was my problem. "Due to COVID ( everybody's convenient excuse) we/you need to deal with it." I totally understand the Covid excuse but the lack of customer service, the empty promisses and the Deal with it attitude from Connor Gilmer will result in me taking my business elsewhere. Oh one last thing i did not share with Gilmer that I was extremely active in the Jeep Community, A trail guide and a large organization that caters to jeep enthusiasts, active in one of southern California's Largest offroad Clubs and also the controller of that clubs Social platforms. I went in for assistance with my can am utv and the person behind the counter said his mechanics don't even have 10 minutes to spare to help me out and went on talking with the other desk worker there. I proceeded to 4 wheel parts warehouse in Santa Ana and they helped me out with my problem. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes and they all had great attitudes. Thanks for commenting, but there were two guys standing there doing nothing but smoking and joking. Stop with your excuses and calling them reasons. Took my truck in for a simple track bar and steering dampener install followed with an alignment. Upon leaving the shop I stopped to grab a bite to eat and decided to peek at the newly installed gear only to find THEY DID NOT TIGHTEN THE SINGLE BOLT ON THE TRACK BAR!!!! I could spin it with 1 finger. It has a warning sticker 1 inch from the bolt. IF I HAD NOT CAUGHT THIS IT COULD HAVE DEADLY CONSEQUENCES!!! Upon arriving back to the shop I was met by a random gentlemen and behind him the tech who installed the items. The tech who installed the items didn't make eye contact due to starring at his phone the entire time. When I told him he can kill people by not paying attention to his work, he looked up at me and walked away. Not a word spoken. While I waited for them to properly install the items I asked why they couldn't produce an alignment report indicating alignment prior versus after. Get this, their reply is that the alignment "guy" does it all by sight!!! Ok, I'll play that game, so I asked on his report what did he indicate he adjusted. If he does it by sight surely he has notes indicating what was in or out of alignment. "Nope", all I got is I was good to go. So there's $150 down the drain for a visual alignment by one guy who didn't indicate what, if any work he performed. I will be out an additional $150 to have another shop to properly align it. Ask yourself this question before you consider this shop, if they can't align the vehicle to spec and show you that it is on paper would you trust them to install a lift or alter your suspension? The only positive comment I can leave is the guys behind the counter are nice, knowledgeable and have good intentions. They can only work within the parameters established by the owner/ manager. read more

I purchased a brand new truck back in November of 2018. I brought into Outlaw to have a lift installed with just 700 miles on it. Once installed, I noticed that the steering wheel was way off to the passenger side and the truck pulled to one side. I immediately contacted Outlaw in order to have them fix what was wrong. They returned it to me assuring me that everything was straightened out. Wrong! I proceeded to bring my truck back a total of 6 times without resolving the issues which also included the tie rods interfering with the coil spring when turning. After getting the runaround several times and the service advisor intercepting my calls to speak to the owner, I took my truck to another shop for a proper inspection. Not only was the alignment way off, but the bolts holding the struts in were loose causing them to move around making a horrible noise. After paying another shop to fix the issues the truck drives the way it should have in the first place! read more

I had a couple of issues with install but the team was courteous and helped fix my little problems. Where do I begin, I'll start with saying don't come here if you want quality work. Took my 2018 ford raptor in for an exhaust install and some fender cutting due to getting some 37's put on. First off my truck was done 4 days later than they said it would. On my way home I noticed my tires still rubbing which I just payed to get done. Also the cutting job they did was terrible. Not only did they cut terribly, but it looks like the blade slipped not once, but TWICE and cut the fender where it should have not been cut in the first place. Very bad communication as well. I showed up ready for my appointment calling 2 days prior to confirm. And he has nothing on the calendar. Seems like a very unorganized shop. Good luck with your car/truck here. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! I will be taking them to court. I had my wheels and tires replaced to off road. I asked them to sell my brand new Volvo wheels and tires that were worth $2500. Cody, their employee and manager, Agreed to keep them there and sell them in exchange for a 25% commission which would go to the company. I called back a month later and he said they had not sold yet. Not being in a hurry, three months went by. When I called again, he told me that he had no recollection of that conversation, and that they had sent the tires to a scrap Dealer. I was dumbfounded. He said they don't normally resell tires. Yet he didn't have an answer as to why they had been there for over four months. I then contacted the owner, Who told me he's not responsible for his employee. So I am out $2500 and this company has proven that they have no integrity or interest in customer service. I will now be filing a small claims action against them. If you're thinking of working with them, run the other direction. They don't care about clients or customers! And like other reviewer stated, I don't get things done on time, make continued excuses for poor work production and do sub par work. Can't believe they are actually still in business! read more

I'm posting this email here as the request for Connor's email has gone unanswered. Oskar, Attached are the Uber receipts that I need reimbursement for. I want to give you the entire story so that you understand where I'm coming from. I set up an appointment for installation on Thursday and Friday, March 15 and 16 for install. I had a business trip in Dallas during this time so the truck was dropped off Tuesday night, March 13. On Thursday, March 15 I called Chris and asked how the install was going. He said everything was going well. I explained that I was flying home on Friday, landing in Orange County at 2:30pm and would be taking an Uber over. He said he was off on Friday but would make sure it was complete by 3 pm. I get to Outlaw at 3 pm on Friday and the truck isn't done. You told me it would be done at 5 pm. Since I live in Rancho Santa Margarita, I decided to wait instead of having my wife come and get me. 5:30 pm the truck wasn't done. 6:30 pm, the truck was bring aligned. Finally leave at 7 pm, after four hours sitting in the waiting room. No one walked me through the work that was done. I paid the remaining balance and left. On Wednesday, March 21, after driving a few days and dealing with a really bad tire rub, I was looking at the front suspension with a flashlight and realized the coil overs and shocks were still the factory stock with TRD Bilsteins. I grab my quote and go to the BDS website and realize the 4" lift package was installed instead of the 4" coil over package which I paid for. (approximate 1,700.00 price difference.) I then looked at the quoted price and compared to the two charges on my credit card and realized I was also over-charged 75.00. I went to visit Chris on Thursday, March 22 and determined the coil-overs were assigned (and installed) on a different truck that looked exactly like mine. I kind of get the mix up but no one doing the work on my truck last week caught that I was shorted 1,700.00 (parts alone) worth of suspension. And again, no one caught that a truck just like mine was getting that additional suspension bolted on to theirs. That's a big problem. If I didn't know what I was looking at, it may have never been caught. The person that got the additional suspension most likely wasn't going to say anything. You authorized the Uber charges so you could leave my truck and swap coil-overs with the other truck. I appreciate that. However, the 75.00 additional charge, I was told by Chris, was for shipping some of the parts? Should that really be my problem? Even worse, I was never told that there was or would be additional charges. Chris did offer to take some off of a flip cover. (a future purchase) At this point, I'm not ready to make any more purchases at Outlaw. I went to you guys for my truck to be dialed. You were my first and only stop. I liked what Chris suggested and went with all of his suggestions. I didn't shop around because I like your work. The quote Chris provided, I didn't haggle on the price. I looked up all the parts online and I paid full retail for everything. I know you made a decent profit off my job, the least you could do is right a wrong. Last, there are some work quality and attention to detail concerns I'd like to have addressed for future customers: * There were random loose hex head screws left on the upper control arms. I assume they were left over from the brake line brackets on the stock suspension. * Severe tire rub when I picked up last Friday. Never should have left the shop with tire rub that bad. When I returned yesterday, Chris had the plastic trimmed to eliminate the tire rub. The trim job was sloppy and left with frayed plastic. I cleaned it up myself at home with a utility knife and Dremel. The bumper cover was reattached to the frame with zip ties instead of the factory push fasteners. * Lug nut key was not in truck. Almost drove away without it. * The fact that my truck did not get all the parts paid for and the fact that another truck got additional parts installed several days later and no one catching it. That is a big failure in the process. Again, had I not known what I was looking at, I would have over paid 1,700.00 for the work performed. * There should never be surprises with pricing. A job this size should have all shipping costs included at time of quote. At minimum, the customer should be told of any additional charges. I think my wasted time, multiple trips, not getting what I paid for and surprise add-on charge, the minimum I should be reimbursed for are the Uber fees and the 75.00 for shipping costs. However, with what I outlined above, you can, and should, do more to keep me coming back, giving positive word of mouth advertisement, and positive reviews. I had them install an aluminum front bumper made by Hefty on my Nissan Xterra. When it was done it was two inches below where it was supposed to be. I called Hefty and they said some metal from the support for the old lower grill needed to be cut away to raise the bumper to where it needed to be. I took it back to them under the impression that they were fixing it gratis. I was surprised when I received an additional bill of $500. read more

I took my truck in for rims and tires (2008 Ford F-250). I had 35's with 20's and i didn't like the ride. Chris helped me out big time in selecting the ones that would look good, and perform well for what i needed. Installed with no issues, and my truck looks 1000 times better. I read some of the negative reviews on here, but i noticed that the owner always replied and tried to help fix any issues. You can't make everyone happy, but as long as you try; you're good in my book. I'll definitely go back. read more

Ok. It's one thing if you have problems securing an order with a vendor, it's a whole different story if you make the customer feel that it's their fault and treat them terribly. Most consumers realize that issues can come up with vendors etc. We ordered two tires for our Wrangler six weeks ago. Went back and forth with a guy named Mitch. All we wanted was a call to let us know when to expect them. Nothing. Two weeks went by, so my husband called to check on the status. Originally Mitch said he could get the tires in a week for us, so we paid IN FULL. We wouldn't receive any calls with updates, so my husband would call to check on them and he would sound irritated with him for calling. After three weeks without hearing back from him, I finally decided to call back myself. Apparently they were in production from the manufacturer and were going to take a while to be ordered. Fine. CALL us back and tell us that! That's all we asked for. I don't even care that we had to wait for the tires. It's the LACK of customer service that shocks me. Do what you say you're going to do. Or at least FAKE being nice for the customers sake. My husband finally went today to pick up the tires and have them aligned. Not a single 'thank you' or 'we're sorry for the delay' was offered or anything. They pretty much were rude the entire time and never once apologized for anything. They are horrible to do business with. Just take the time and make the drive to Four Wheel Parts. It's worth it. Customer service is everything in today's world. What's the saying? "If you make customers unhappy in the physical world, they might each tell six friends. If you make customers unhappy on the Internet, they can each tell 6,000 friends."-Jeff Bezos I would never do business here again. Went here to have a leveling kit and new tires put on my truck. I'd give it 5 stars for the tire prices, they were cheaper than every website and tire store around. As for installation they need to learn how to reinstall the tire pressure sensors as they put them on all the wrong wheels so when I got a rear flat my truck was telling me I had a front flat. The other issue was when the guy was done test driving it he said the tires didn't rub when in fact it rubs when making completely turned either way. So pricing is great, installation sucks... evens out to a 3/5 read more

Avoid this place like the plague! Same story as everyone else. Came in for tires and a level, and was given a ETA of a week. NOPE! Called weekly for an update, nothing. Promised to be called back. NOT ONCE! I paid in full because I was told it would be a week for parts so no point in paying twice. NOTE: they charge 3.75% of purchase price on all credit card transactions. You know why? Because they want cash! With cash, you'll never be able to get a refund and you'll be stuck waiting forever for your order. Thankfully I paid with a credit card and took that 3.75% hit. After a month of no resolution or a response as to when I was receiving my product, I disputed the charge with my credit card company (Chase) and told them I never received goods and services. Before I disputed, I even tried to work with Outlaw and said l would accept just the tires, not even installed, just for some kind of refund. They said no. They could've had some of my money still but they refused. So I went ahead with the dispute. They tried to fight back the dispute by saying they called and told me they had my parts ready and I was ignoring their calls. All lies. I told my credit card company I have phone records stating they have not called me once! After speaking with Chase, the burden was on Outlaw to prove they provided service, which they couldn't. Received my full refund. If you were promised a date of service or your parts coming in and that day came and went - if you paid with a credit card, dispute it! Don't let these crooks take your hard earned money! That no refund print on your receipt doesn't mean shit if they don't provide service in a reasonable amount of time! Called twice for a quote on a go Rhino br20 and amp retractable side step and both times I didn't receive the quote by email or return phone call. The sad part is that I had heard they were so good and not getting any response was frustrating. Apparently they have enough business and don't need mine. Ended up going to 4 Wheel Parts. ( Scroll to bottom for short version ) I visited Outlaw Offroad with plans to lift my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 RWD for Offroading purposes. I spoke over the phone with multiple sales reps over a week or two before my visit. I came to learn that my specific vehicle doesn't exactly have a "plentiful" amount of options, due to it's general rarity, the fact that it's an odd year, and it's not 4WD, which is fine and i can live with that. I finally decided on a " CST 7inch Spindle Kit ", as well as brand new shocks. Now, i would have preferred to go a different route, but i was told this kit is the best of my few options. Also, i chose to buy my wheels and tires elsewhere purely to save some money, and be committed to a tire shop closer to my area, so you're aware. Now, after paying my $500 deposit, and being quoted around $1,800 total ( deposit included ), give or take a couple hundred bucks, i finally nailed down an appointment. On the day of the installation, i left my truck at Outlaw around 10:00 excited and hopeful. I was told to expect it to be finished by the end of their business day ( 7:00pm ish ) which i thought was awesome, that is very fast for any sort of work this type. But, No less than 2hours into the install i received a phone call expressing concerns about the state of my Control Arms, Ball Joints, and Tie Rods. I was told that these parts were damaged/warn to the point of there being a danger of using them with an aggressive lift, not to mention the torture they are will go through on the trail as well. So, i signed off on them installing a brand new setup for everything previously mentioned ( add $500 to the bill ). I return to Outlaw at 6:45, they finished the install around 7,7:15. I was told they were still finishing the tire alignment, even though i specifically expressed this was not necessary because i would have the truck re-aligned the following day at the tire store, and i did not want to pay for this, but i guess they forgot. Finally, they finish their work, i pay just about $3k, which i thought seemed immensely high. And then i see the truck. To be honest i was truly underwhelmed and a little heartbroken. When you imagine " a 7inch lift with new shocks " you think of what that would look like, and my truck just seemed much too low. I brought this up to a particular sales rep, who literally tried to explain that it's "common knowledge" that CST's kits quote a much higher lift height than they actually provide, me and my buddy were astounded. I thought "Well, that would've been nice to know before hand", i definitley would not have purchased this kit if i was told this on one of the three or four Phone calls i made inquiring about it. He continued to explain that the kit is more or less a 5inch increase, but with bigger tires and wheels, THEN we should be sitting about 7inches higher, this for me, was the breaking point. - Before i continue, let me say to all of the "Non-Offroad" readers, that a 2inch difference on the terms of tire clearance is HUGE, and in this market you pay top dollar to get every inch you can, in order to clear larger tires and have more space for wheel travel. So when i found out i was short 2inches of tire clearance, i knew i had to change my game plan on tire size. Originally i was toying with the idea of 40inch tires, but possibly getting 37's just to be safe. I currently have 35's. Which, don't get me wrong, is absolutely fine and more than functional. But, when spending thousands on a few more inches off the ground, you tend to get picky. And again, i don't mean to sound whiney about 2 inches, but the manner in which it was said was also infuriating, and just unprofessional, as if they tried to make me feel dumb or something. But, At the end of the day, my truck came out stellar after mostly because i did the rest of the upgrades myself. I love and adore it, and take it Offroad at least once every 2 weeks. I have 2 complaints about my experience at Outlaw Offroad. #1. The fact that i was quoted 7 to 7 1//2 inches, and came out only with 5 1/2 at best, made me feel as if i have been taken advantage of. #2. I can't help but feel like i spent way too much for what i got. Don't take me for a cheapo, if it's quality, hell i'll pay top dollar. But $100 for "shipping", $150 for the alignment i requested not to have done, $90 for U-Bolts, spending $3k on something i was not properly informed of? I don't know, i'm not a professional mechanic, but everyone i've shown my receipt to, including 2 mechanics, have told me i overpayed on almost everything. But, what are you gonna do? In conclusion, it seems Outlaw Offroad knows what they're doing ( for the most part ), and appear to be thriving. I most likely will not return for future ventures or be recommending them as of now purely because i don't think i got my money's worth. I feel i overpayed about $500 at least. I needed two (2) Fabtech 2.5 Dirt Logic shocks rebuilt. When I called them, they said it would take 2 days and the price was $85 a shock. I called them on Wednesday and they said they would be ready later that night and they would call me when they are finished; they never called. I called Thursday morning and they said, "They will be ready Friday, we got behind." I was so pissed off I talked to the owner. They sent a guy out to pick them up so I didn't have to wait until Friday. Ok, cool, that helps. BUT when they arrived and I went to pay, I got a little shocker. The dude told me it was $120 a shock. Very calmly, I explained how I was told a different price and on top of that, I had to pay for an extra 2 days for my rental car. I also found out, they do not . They send their shocks out. They did bring the price back down to the quote. And I drove off into the sunset. But wait, there's more. I went to reinstall my shocks and to my $#&@ing horror, they gave me the wrong spacers. I made a judgement call and drove to Fabtech early in the morning to pick up the spacers. I didn't want to wait until 10am to figure out what could be done. I called the owner later that day and told him what happened. We worked it out and I'll be reimbursed for the spacers. I'm frustrated but the owner worked it out. read more

Called the shop 2x asking for a quote for a 3" lift, rims and tires for my jeep. The first time I spoke to th shop rep and was assured he would call me back with a quote. Three days pass no return call. I decided to call a second time. I spoke to the shop rep ,explained I called three days ago and need to get the work done . The rep, unapologetic, said," well your dealing with me now , let's get this going." AGAIN, I'll call you right back with a qoute. BS, IT'S BEEN A WEEK. These guys killed it. I handed them my '04 Burban which had been badly abused for years from the Mojave Desert all the way to Cabo and a million spots in between. And all with only a leveling kit and some 33" Coopers. It was time to take'er out back and put her down or make the investment to be able to keep abusing her. I chose to take her to Outlaw for an overhaul and I couldn't be happier with their work and professionalism. BDS lift, Fox shocks, new heim joint tie rod ends, new idler and pitman with support brackets. Sway Away torsion bars. New poly bushings everywhere front and back, A arms... there's not an oem part left on the front end steering or suspension. Rides awesome, a hundred times better feel from the steering wheel. Connor, knowing I'm a week away from moving the family to Seattle even got one of his guys to get me picked up and take me to the shop so I could run my truck down to Baja with some friends for one last bash, all last minute, he had it ready enough to go but not yet finished. I just picked up our truck from Outlaw Offroad and can definitely say I was pleased with my experience. I worked with Sean from start to finish and he was very helpful the whole way through. I have spent the last week customizing this truck as a gift for my husband and when it came to the wheels and tires I was stumped as to what would look good.
