We went in to look at a trailer that we seen on their website that we were interested in, looked at a few others. told Sheena that needed to think about it. She called us a few days later, to check in and see if we had any questions or concerns about the trailer we looked at. We told her we were not quite ready since this was a big purchase . Not impressed, even though we bought our camper here a few years prior. We took it in to get the AC fixed while evacuated from a wildfire and spending our time in a hotel in Napa. In our rush to get to safety we left the camper keys inside the camper so while at Adventure RV they found them and hung them inside their office. After they charged us $75 to tell us the AC needed replacement we picked up the trailer but they didn't give us the keys they took out of the camper. Meanwhile, I thought the keys were lost, after 11 days of living in a hotel we finally returned home with the camper and had a chance to look for them. I called Adventure RV and talked to Sheena and the other girl explaining how we thought we lost them. At no point did either mention they found keys from an A-Liner that was brought in. They even took down my name which is the same as the last name they wrote on our key chain that was inside their office. After Sheena told me how to reorder keys, I did from a local locksmith who charged me $70, which i thought was great and I didn't have to wait a couple weeks from online. However, they finally really called my husband to tell him they had the keys, which I had just replaced! We live an hour from Napa, so this wasn't like i could just run down and pick them up. I picked them up and they didn't offer to pay the $70 for the keys I had made after they removed ours from inside the camper. It should also be said that after we had picked up the camper when in for the AC assessment, the window was broken and there was new mark on the outside that we had to fix. Might buy campers here but don't take them in for service as their customer service lacks severely!! read more

I just bought my first RV at Adventure RV. This family business takes their sales and service seriously. The used RV was in good shape for a reasonable price. They do not offer a warranty on their RVs, but they will work with you to ensure that you are comfortable that the vehicle you drive off of the lot is in excellent working order. After inspecting the RV engine and living space, there were some items that we requested to be taken care of prior to closing the deal, and they took care of each and every one to our satisfaction. My husband damaged the awning. The repair was quick and very reasonable. They took the time to teach us again the correct way to bring the awning out and retract it. WHAT A PLACE! No, I am not a relative, just a VERY happy camper (literally) after purchasing my Aliner from this wonderful family. No, I take that back, I was happy about the place BEFORE I purchased my Aliner as they were helpful while I was shopping around. Since purchasing, the entire family has answered every question, fixed every little issue immediately, and even offered to work on my friends rv's that were of a different brand than they carry. We came to this dealer knowing what we wanted and they had it. After walking around for what seemed like forever (after a 2 hour drive) we finally were able to speak to a sales person. We went with CUDL loan and were ready to buy but wanted a better price. They indicated that they may be able to get us a better loan. So we waited around some more and then sat down to do paperwork only to be told they would call us in a couple days! We left very disappointed. A couple days passed and I had to call them only to have them give me a ridiculous payment. This is definitely a mom and pop business. Office was cluttered and the bathroom was an outhouse. One thing we found with research, is be sure to buy your rv or trailer from a place you want to work with over the long haul - especially if this is your first one. We got a nice trailer for a very reasonable price. They spent lots of time on the phone, through email to make sure we got the loan we wanted as well. On the day we picked up the trailer, Sheena walked us through how to use our trailer and simple trouble shooting hacks that have already been helpful. If we have any questions about how something works we send an email and Sheena gets back to us that day! This is just as important to us as a good deal, because if you've never done this before, you'll have A TON of questions! My trailer has been back many times for water leaks and other warranty repairs. Repairs that were done were not acceptable and had to be redone. Dennis, the owner, doesn't have a clue and his repair crew is worthless. They even tried to repair a hole in the roof, that they couldn't find even though the trailer was in for water leaks, by putting sealant directly over the roof without properly prepping the area. The material requires the area to be cleaned prior to application. It wasnt. They put it over dirt. The manufacture of the trailer is Forest River and they rate the same. They took my trailer for a recall, made promises that they didn't keep and the trailer looks worse now than before they took it. The trailer still has not been fixed properly. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER.Now I have to take them to court. You may even see me in front of their location with a WARNING sign. Buyer BEWARE. I purchased a used Coleman Niagara tent trailer from these folks around five years ago. The purchasing process was very smooth and friendly. Unfortunately over the last couple of years the water heater, refrigerator and furnace all went bad. I had them repair all three and it's like having a brand new tent trailer again. We've owned several trailers, and have previously had good and bad experiences with dealers. We currently still have a 26' Outback that we love, but we wanted something smaller to tow behind a 4Runner and take on short trips and use for semi-gentle over-landing, so Aliners have been in our sights. Adventure RV is 2 hours away from us, but they had a new 2015 model advertised at a good price so we took the drive to check it out. Sheena was very helpful and knowledgeable, and took the time to show us all the models they had on the lot. In the end, we passed on the 2015, but bought a 2017 from them (the 2015 was as advertised, but the 2017 was a different floor plan which better fits our needs). We got a good deal, and working with Dennis and Sheena was a piece of cake (it's a small, family business), so the next weekend we drove back up and picked it up.
