I discovered the shattered window at 1 PM, I had a fixed window at 5 PM, on a Saturday. Shafiq picked up the replacement and met me at an address I provided. Had an awesome experience with Shafiq from Local Auto Glass! My car was broken into on Saturday night and he was one of a few open on Sunday. The vandals broke into multiple cars in the lot and he came out to fix another car but there were no parts for mine. He followed up with me early Monday morning as promised and secured an aftermarket window. Turns out the catalog was incorrect and the aftermarket part didn't exactly fit. We went the dealer route with an OEM window and he came out again to switch out the windows a couple days later. Great communication and updates throughout. Very nice guy.
