The price was extremely reasonable; we had intended to get three estimates but my mom and I both lined Kris so much we decided to go with him right away. I chose a day for installation when Kris was going to be out of town on vacation so he let me decide if we wait to wait until he got back or if we wanted him to send his right hand man Daniel. We went with Daniel who showed up right on time on a cold morning. I thought removing the old badly cracked panes of glass would be very difficult. I was right but they got the old ones out quickly and the new ones in so fast and they finished about 30 minutes before their estimate. They only removed one window at a time and our house never got cold on a 33 degree day This was one of the best customer experiences for a project I have ever had. I chose EV Windows after asking CharGBT to find me a great window company with very good reviews and I'm so glad I did. I do not have one negative thing to say. All things considered related to services provided, Woodland was the best value. Their service was beyond expectations. The crew that removed and installed our windows were excellent. They put tarps done in the areas they worked to protect our floors. Our house is nearly forty years old. They inspected the framing structure and confirmed it was solid and no deterioration. They were thorough in their clean up, so much so, the only way we knew they had been there was we had new windows. We ended up referring to them as the "window fairies." Three months after MJ installed our garage door springs, one of our door cables failed on a Sunday…read moreafternoon and I couldn't close the door. I contacted Four Seasons. They said that they couldn't come out until the next day to address the problem. I told them that I couldn't leave our garage door open all night. I also told them that I wouldn't trust them to work on our door again, so I had to hire another garage door company to install new cables and install new springs (the springs that MJ installed were the wrong size and caused the cables to fail). I contacted Four Seasons and spoke with Abilash ( a manager). He said that Four Seasons will not take responsibility for this issue because I didn't wait for them to inspect the door. There is nothing I can do now other than advise anyone who has new springs installed (I wouldn't hire Four Seasons to do this work) to make sure they install the right size. Every newer garage door should have a tag attached to the door that specifies the correct spring size for the door. Make sure that you review this with the installer before he installs the new springs.
