#1 Super Expensive and not up to par with the work being done. Over charged for no reason. The work is mediocre at best. #2 acrylics don't last. Not even a full week later mine started lifting. not to mention the bubbles in the nails but the left over flakes from previous work they had done one someone else. #3 toes are messy and look like a child did them. Manager looked at work had done and agree did not look good at all. With that she offered 10% discount said I could come back and have them re-done but just not worth the time or effort to go back and just be disappointed again. should just avoid it at all cost. I'll start by saying that the staff were all very nice! My daughter and I both got a pedicure and dip powder change on our nails. They immediately brought us drinks. I got a margarita, which was actually really good. From there, everything felt very rushed. We both had someone doing our fingernails while someone else was doing our pedicures. This meant we were leaning over to one side of the chair. It was not relaxing at all. After getting home, I noticed that My cuticles have so many cuts on them from the drill on both my hands and my feet. This place is very EXPENSIVE and not all techs have experience. The techs talk among each other and not caring how the customers feel. The Manager is very rude and dont like complaints at all. I was charged $81 for nails and $51 for feet. Same week i had to complain and thats when the rudeness started. I was attacked my management . the owner first. I used to love this place I usually go to get pedicures. Now I will never go back again, I got my nails done for the first time in over 2 years back in December I wish I had a picture of the nail design that i had got but unfortunately I don't. Basically the design was COMPLETE crap. I though you know what maybe the design I asked for was too much (even though it was just snowflakes), but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back a few weeks later and got them filled and just 1 color. I went on a Sunday, literally 5 days later one of them broke off I went to get it fixed, when something like this happens in my experience I NEVER get charged but they charged me for the fix. I paid it not a big deal, but then LITERALLY 3 days later another nail popped off . I was over it & just soaked my fingers and took them off myself. I used to bite my nails when I was younger & to stop I got my nails done . I used to get my nails done every 2-4 weeks for about 5 years & never in my life have I ever experienced my nail cracked in the middle of my fingertip & I have 2 that are completely cracked in the middle. They hurt like crazy on top of my nails looking like shit . & for this I will never go back again. POOR work . read more

Danny was the name of my nail technician and went a little too deep when filing my nails down so it was a little bit sore. Definitely way too expensive for what you get. I got acrylic nails with gel and it was $50. They were done so poorly, the polish is super uneven and the man that did them rushed through it. I also got a pedicure with gel ($18) extra just for the gel polish and again the guy rushed through it and filed my toe so short because he cut it sideways. Highest price I have ever paid for a pedicure and not the best pedicure I have ever received. The pedicure was average. The salon seemed clean. It was ok but not worth the extreme price difference compared to the other salons I have been to. They tried to constantly upcharge and asked if I wanted gel at least 4 times even though I asked for regular polish clearly multiple times. Staff asked one of the people I was with if she wanted gel and she said no and they still gave her gel polish (and of course charged for it). Another person I was with asked for a french manicure on her natural nail and they proceeded to apply tips and acrylic. They didn't listen and it seemed to be on purpose. For the price I would not return and will go to another salon that charges less with equal or better service read more

I regret so much spending over $100 here to get my nails and toes done. AS SOON AS I GOT THERE they sat me in a pedicure chair to get my toes done then Some guy sat next to me with his supplies on his belt ( constantly dropping them, you could tell he was uncomfortable , so was I I have to sit with my body twisted for an hour!) The guy I had do my nails was new and my nails were so crooked and different lengths, Lots of little flaws and did it in such A RUSH. The lady who did my toes did even worse. I asked for the 5min massage, Ha! Was was that even for , I timed it for these reasons and received only a 3.5 min massage, she did it so sloppy like she didn't even care once again RUSHING. I kid u not.. smeared nail polish paint was in the cracks of my toes and over half my foot. ARE U KIDDING ME! I thought she was going to clean that up and she never returned. To begin my journey here they had a great atmosphere! But everything felt very rushed. My pedicure only lasted what felt 15 mins! Andy doing my nails started off great. Anyway I told the young lady I did not want gel polish about 5 times. I figured she got the hint. Continuing on to my nails Andy said he could do the one flame I wanted on my ring finger with black nail polish and the rest of the set black! He couldn't really get down what I wanted so I said hey that's fine no biggie but I don't want black nails with out it is it okay if we just match my nails to my toes (babyblue) he didn't want to do that at first tried to talk me into just doing my ring finger baby blue while the rest are black. I didn't want that so he finally agreed to take the black off and put baby blue but in a rush. He painted them and you could still see black polish everywhere and bubbles I politely asked him to fix it he did it in a rush and cut my fingers from filing them down. I went to pay because I didn't want to complain anymore even though I'm paying for this. They charged me for gel on both my toe and nails.... I told them in the beginning I didn't want gel. They took off 10$ so I was charge 95$ whatever. Got to my car and couldn't keep my eyes off my nails they had big bubbles and looked lopsided because Andy was in a rush. I went in and asked if they could just fix the few I saw issues with. He redone all of my nails thankfully but as he was doing so was being hard on my hands and still bubbles and a hair. Tried this place for the first time not too long ago because of all of the great reviews. I'm kind of picky with my pedicures and wasn't too impressed. Decided to get the Aeon Express Pedicure for the extras and feel like it could've been better. The lady didn't massage me all that much/great and felt like it was rushed and being 38 weeks pregnant I was really looking forward to the massage. My toe nails also started chipping about a week after and I usually never have that issue. I will give it a plus, however for the salon's cleanliness and for how sweet everyone was there. Might give it another try since I hate trying new places over and over. read more

I often travel and only ever get my feet and hands done at the top notch places.. well let me tell you no place I have ever encountered have been as nice or as welcoming as Aeon Nail Spa! They welcomed and sat us even being busy within minutes maybe even seconds! They gave us complimentary margaritas and accommodated all my questions and needs ! Started out with the basic(gel) pedicure but by the time I went to pay was charged an extra $10 with no explanation.. had the exact same services on my last appointment ( to include gel polish removed & nails slightly clipped) when I brought this to their attention they were all looking around like they had no idea what was going on but had the nerve to ask if I wanted to leave a tip.. and then once I arrived home and went to change my shoes I noticed my heels, sides and bottom of my feet were just a rough as they were when I went in for the pedicure. I noticed he spent less than 30 seconds scrubbing each foot ,heel and the bottom and sides of each foot so I thought maybe they were in better shape than I thought.. they were not . Today was my first time going here, i had Christine do my pedicure and she was so amazing! She introduced herself right away and even asked me my name which made me feel very welcomed. She was very attentive to every part of the pedicure and I am very happy with the results! The staff here were also very attentive to every person that came in! They check on everyone throughout your visit it was nice to see that the nail tech didn't have to do every thing like get your drink. I made an appointment for myself and my daughter for mani and pedi...paid over $200 for both of us! Tha salon is really nice and the staff is attentive. Love the margaritas they give you. I give it 3 stars because the whole time I was there, everything was so rushed. I kept getting asked what color I wanted as soon as I sat down and felt like I wasn't given time to choose the color we wanted cause they kept asking over and over. My polish on my toes was sloppy, pedi was not relaxing and my callus were not even touched even though I paid for a pedi that included that. I have paid way less than that for a way better job. Where do I start.....the first time I came here my partner and I both got the tropical pedicures and I got a full set. The person who did my partner pedi knocked her sooo many times with the clippers as and then gave her an express pedi but I still paid for 2 tropicals. She also got a Mani and the purple wax treatment bag was spilled all over her shorts!!!! The tech laughed. I should of known then not to come back but I gave them a second chance. I came in 6/6 my appointment was at 10:30 I got a pedi and the water was extremely hot when I told her she added cold but just a tad. Ok fine but the nail tech Kim took a phone call when she was suppose to be polishing and you can tell. The paint job is not acceptable. I could of done this myself. Now on to my dip fill....which was $56 and this is a piss poor job. The nails are crooked, lumps in all my nails, there's also scratch marks from the buffing, leftover product all in my cuticle area. I waited for this place to open & the minute I visited I knew I would be coming back! Super upscale for this town, it's always clean. The staff is super helpful and respectful. Johnny(the owner) has the best hospitality! He's always making sure everyone's needs are met. He takes care of his staff and his customers. I'd put ZERO if I could. This was my 2nd time coming here hoping it'd be a better experience. It wasn't. I was HIGHLY disappointed with my service, yet again. It was a basic pedicure. I still cannot comprehend how an older experienced licensed nail technician managed to f*** it up. To top it off her coworker beside her was extremely rude. After I kindly asked the technician to fix something she forgot, her coworker cuts in and goes on about what the menu says rudely while talking over me. Firstly, I KNOW HOW TO READ. I obviously know the service I chose and what come with it. Secondly, I was not asking for any add ons but simply correcting the technician. She didn't want her coworker doing more than she had to yet the technician wasn't even doing the minimum that was required. When I went to pay, the male who I spoke with who I'm assuming was the owner said she was "new". I'm sorry but that old excuse doesn't cut it. You should speak highly of ALL your technicians and their performance, especially since you were confident enough to hire them to work in your establishment! To top it off he says "next time you come in, ask for a MAN. They're stronger and better. You'll be taken care of." Seriously? Out of all things to say, you say that?
