Price was fabulous for the cabinets and they are really good quality cabinets. To this day, 10 years later they still wow people! They built the cabinets and I installed them to save money. They installed the granite, sink, faucet and backsplash. I was absolutely impressed with the quality and workmanship, I have a window trim flute style with square blocks that I was nervous about the backsplash being cut around it correctly. Well, Fit like a glove! Really impressed with the details. What brings me to write this review 10 years later is my brother is about to do his kitchen and ask me where I got my cabinets and granite. Over the last 10 years I've redone my bathrooms and got granite countertops and sinks from L and E also. The only complaint I have the hinges on the cabinets are forever breaking. Self close ones are just terrible quality, I've been in a couple, three times to get replacements, but other than a bath the cabinets look the same as they did when I installed them. No fading, scratching, cracking whatsoever, still beautiful to look at. I do need to get my granite cleaned and polished back up.

I shopped around - they are not the cheapest or the most expensive. But they have the quartz that I want and have terrific customer service.

In 2021, I remodeled my kitchen and bought my kitchen from their Maumee location. This time, they kept changing delivery dates and caused long delays in my project. I was mad but tried to be understanding given the pandemic. In 2025, the touch panel of the microwave oven they had sold me stopped working. I called them and explained the problem. They sent out a technician whose diagnosis after two minutes was (and I quote directly) "Touch panel failure". Duh! He then spent about 10 minutes on his computer and told us the part was not showing available and that we had to get a new unit. He did not take the microwave oven out of the cabinet, did not check whether the power was plugged in, did not open the back plate and look inside. He did nothing but try to use the touch panel. They he charged us $128.22 and left. Since I was busy at the time and had the old microwave that I could use temporarily, I postponed fixing the issue. Last week, I removed the microwave from the cabinet, opened the backplate and (after reviewing the user manual and watching a bunch of DYI videos on YouTube) figured that the internal fuse was blown. So I called GE parts hotline and ordered a new fused directly from the brand. After replacing the blown fuse, the touch panel lit up and the microwave oven started working. What bothered me was the fact that the technician had no interest in finding the cause of the touch panel failure and moved too quickly to advising us to order a new oven through them. Having fixed the problem myself, I called them up and asked to speak to the service department manager. I tried to explain everything chronologically but the manager was impatient, cut me off multiple times, and defended the technician's actions. He basically shut me down. I called a second time yesterday, hoping to talk to someone who cares about the Appliance Center's image, like the owners of the business. I was again routed to the service department manager, who repeated his earlier response. Not only the technician didn't do their job right for the price we were charged, but the manager was indifferent and uninterested in the experience that I, as a loyal customer, was trying to share with them. They lost me as a customer forever. I hope those reading my review will exercise caution when calling the Appliance Center for repair services.

By purchasing items here instead of Tractor Supply, Lowe's, etc, you are helping to support a local business, so keep that in mind if prices are slightly higher than a chain store. I would NOT recommend this business!! Customer service in the show room is terrible and…read moreunprofessional! I scheduled an appointment (otherwise you can't get help). Ok...got there at the appropriate time and my sales person Stephanie was with another customer. I figured she was just finishing up. I ended up waiting 40 minutes. In hindsight should have walked out! I had to finally tell the bookkeeper I was waiting, and have her relay the message. I placed an order for a product and scheduled another appointment (as she had another customer waiting) to add to the bath remodel and consider everything else I needed through Kohler. Another item I was considering I asked if I could call in to buy. So I called to confirm and pay by phone, to get ahead of shipping time. Had to leave a voicemail for a callback. Got the callback quickly to take the payment. (Spent about $3,900.00 by this time on the two products.)The receipt was to be emailed to me. Also needed shower and faucet fixtures and wanted to order them in person, reason for my next appointment, since there wasn't time on the first or second appointment. Called and left a message for a return call as I hadn't received my receipt and was trying to schedule another appointment. Left two messages on a Thursday morning, but call No back by Monday! I finally had to call the showroom manager, and leave another voicemail, for a call back from her. No one that answers the phone can do anything but transfer you to a voicemail! She called back and emailed the recipient. Now...picking two products up after they came in. Go to 'pick up and delivery' for two items...was/is the next hurdle! Got one item that I could fit into my SUV, but the other item (15x60) was on a skid, and (suggested for product safety, needed our truck to get it. Sent my husband to pick it up today and when he comes home says,"I could have gotten this in the SUV!" Well they gave him the WRONG item! Now they are... "trying to figure out what happened". Called the showroom manager, AGAIN and had to leave another message AGAIN! Asked who the overall store manager was and was told "the owner and he is out of town till Wednesday". This is Monday. No idea what they are having such a hard time getting an answer and getting my product is about! Sure took the payments on a heart beat! I finally ordered the fixtures from Robertson's heating and plumbing supply, Moen. Smooth process, Brooklyn my salesperson was excellent. Took time to make sure I had exactly what I wanted and needed, She checked the order when it came in to make sure it was all there. Took 5 days to come in. I also found a product at Ferguson's that was sent to my house in two days! Bathworks has been a nightmare to deal with! I will say, Josh in the shipping department has been trying to figure out what is going on. If you're not working with a large contractor (this is a small gut remodel with a one person contractor) I think the sales department discounts you as a customer, or they are just inept! Kohler may want to rethink Bathworks as a distributor. If I could give them less than one star I would!
