Instead, you billed them three times for service calls and then sent a huge bill which you knew would prompt them to replace my washer. This should have been done the first time you came. was very very satisfied with this service and would recommend this business to anyone! my samsung…read morebespoke washing machine and samsung dishwasher were both not working. andre was very professional and kind, he is very thorough in explaining how they work normally and the parts that werent working. they also work with oem parts which have a one year warranty. $50 for the consultation but since i went through which the service, it was waived. most places seem to have this but $50 was the cheapest option i found! he was really transparent about the problem with my washing machine, which was that he needed help taking down the stacked unit. many other companies would charge a lot for the manpower, which is true since even contracted companies with samsung would not deal with my stacked unit. luckily i had two guys in my family who could help, which is great. andres transparency was really nice and i dont know how many companies would have offered that option instead of trying to charge the additional manpower. it was $140 for the part, $180 for the labor. he let me know that the dishwasher job was actually relatively easy and that since my dad had already fixed another thing on it, he would likely be able to do it too. he showed me the name of the part and where to get it from! on service day he let me know his eta, and immediately got to work. he is fairly clean and works pretty quiet. andre got the job done in about 2 hours. the service was very professional and organized and i would gladly use them again!
