Round 3 This morning they came back, and now it's something else. I'm not sure how. The tech advised me last time that they were to order a weight, screws, and a tub. Today, the tech came with only the screws and the weight, no tub. Then he tells my husband it's the tub. Why was this not ordered when I was informed it would be? So now, 45 days with no washer. I don't understand how you tell someone you plan to do something and you don't. How do you run a business? I have filed a third-party complaint with RC Wiley, and I filed a BBB report they are listed as a F business anyways for not responding to complaints. This is ridiculous. With all that said and done, you billed RC Wiley 1200, a brand-new washer. Instead, you billed them three times for service calls and then sent a huge bill which you knew would prompt them to replace my washer. This should have been done the first time you came. These guys are the worst. They come out to your house to waste your time. Tell you something is fixed when it's not. Then when you call them back to tell them nothing was repaired, they tell you they've ordered your parts and that's the last time you'll hear from them. No one picks up the phone over there... If your appliance is under warranty and the manufacturer sends Buy Rite Appliances out to fix it, you might as well give up. My 4-month old oven stopped working and Whirlpool sent Buy Rite out to assess. They told me they needed order parts. More than 3 weeks later, it's not fixed, there's no parts, and there's not been any word from Buy Rite. Don't let them come into your house---you'll be wasting your time. Kristy/christy is such a rude person. how can the other employees be professional and friendly but not her, the owner as she claim be so. She so bad and rude! My fridge been broken since May 5/19/2023, called appliance warranty and they said they'll send someone down and they sent someone from BUY-RITE 5/23 or 24 to inspect what is wrong and they said they're going to order the parts and try to expedite it. Then they came back 5/26 and did the same process, someone to inspect it again. Even he was like, he don't know why they sent him if someone came by and examined it, and he said he'll let them know again and put this for urgent, since it a fridge, we have food and need cold water going into the summer. I haven't heard from them at all that week and this week until today 6/1, I tried my luck since they haven't been answering any other days or calling me back. a tech came to check out our washer and said they would have to order a part, that was on 4/14/2023. A week later, I called to ask if my part came in, no one answered so I left a message... no one called me back! A few days later I called again and left a message.... again no one return my call!!! So today, I called and a lady answered and she asked for my address and told me someone will call me back on the status and again DID NOT HEAR FROM ANYONE! I don't know how this company is even is business! Maytag needs to stop referring this business for repairs. Kristy is a nightmare to deal with. At first she told me she's the manager, then when I wanted to speak to the owner she said "well hate to break it to you, you're speaking to the owner" ‍ She and her employees all need training. I put in the service request on April 13 and my washer is still not repaired. They sent 3 different technicians out and all 3 times they had to order different parts and I had to wait for weeks for each part to come in. All the one star reviews on Yelp are accurate. A repairman came out here took one minute and says yes it does work because he felt heat. He gave me no paperwork and he left under her instruction. I was shocked... When I called her...she said it works and basically too bad and hung up on me.. she is the most nastiest woman I've ever dealt with. If I could give them a zero star rating I would. They came out to service my two ice makers which were not working. I suspected frozen water lines, which I had experienced in previous ice makers during our hot summers. I was told not, that was not the case. Both of the ice maker motors had burned out near the same time in my fridge/ freezer which was only 15 months old. However, just passed the warranty period so the cost would be out of pocket. I was told the office would call back no later than the next morning with the estimate. After waiting three days for this call back, I finally called for my price. I was put on hold for over 7 minutes at which point I hung up. When Justin called back, he informed me that the parts were out of stock everywhere but they could place an order on "back order" and the estimate would be $750. I had done my own search and price check, and had found the unit at $149.75 readily available. I did not order it however because after the tech had reset my ice maker, the unit started making ice again. When I informed Justin of this, he just started laughing. I told him their service was a obviously a rip off trying to overcharge their customers and he continued to laugh. if i can give zero stars i would. buy rite called me 6/6/23 and scheduled to diagnose. we set schedule for 6/12/23 for 8am-12pm. 6/12/23 came and it is 10:30. no contact whatsoever. so i called the number that called me. and after a several rings, i get voicemail with Christy's voice and response. finally another number called me the buy rite technician saying he is running late. i asked for estimate and he said just 30 minutes late and will text me. i have my mom and three year daughter old at home. she has a dental appointment. we waited. finally he texts at 1:06pm and was not able to respond right away as we are getting ready for my daughter's 2pm appointment. their office calls and says i have an appointment. and i said i do not have appointment at 1pm. she puts me on hold and check with the technician and says the technician has been trying to call me and asked if i still want my appliance fixed. i said not by their unprofessional company. then i texted the technician who was waiting by our place and his response was a laugh. never again from this company. if there are more complaints like these. they should be reported to BBB. read more

No star!!!! This company is f***%# liars!!! RC Wiley sent them to us to fix our non draining Samsung washer, the technician said it's fixed. Yes, we were able to do one cycle of washing then the washer started leaking, I called buy rite and informed them, but I was told they will fix it within this week since they have to order the part. What part? Then buy rite said next week, when next week? Our laundry is piled up! The technician who came to fix the drain issue caused the washer to leak, I have been calling them and was told they cannot do anything. Really???? My husband just tightened the small tube under the washer and it stopped leaking. Buy Rite??? What can you say now??? No wonder you're review is 1.5 star. You don't deserve a star at all!!!!! I had GE make a warranty call to this business to come and work on my brand new fridge. They came out in about 3 days which was good. They diagnosed the problem and said they would have to order the part and get back to us. This was May 31st. After a week I called to see if my part had been ordered and someone said oh, I'm on the line with GE now I'll call you back. After 7 more days I called and no answer. I called again 5 days later and got the run around. Called two more times left messages never got a call back. I called GE again and they diagnosed the problem and said they would send the part to my house. Then I was to call and they setup another service call that GE will handle directly. We needed to schedule service and they were not flexible on arranging dates & times, then they didn't show up at the scheduled time once confirmed. We tried to use another company but since it was through a home warranty we didn't have that option. We were overcharged and then refused to be reimbursed once it was brought to their attention. Wish I had read the previous reviews before allowing this company to be involved with anything relating to a warranty repair. Let's start with: the company phone number is disconnected. You have to "text" a woman named Christy. She doesn't respond back and this is the company that ELECTROLUX aligned us with. I bought (2) Electrolux dryers and within the first 2 weeks, they have problems. The repair person Buy Rite sent (whom I'm sure is farmed from a different company) came and said he needed to order a new motor. A month later, I called back to say WTF... and they finally showed up and replace a motor and the brand new dryer still had the same noise. Then, they said they had to order another motor... another month went by... same noise. Another month has gone by, and Christy doesn't answer the phone. Haven't heard back. I called Electrolux, now they are sending an in-house repair person and they said I had to WRITE a letter and MAIL it for a complaint. This is disfunction at it's finest. Just say NO. read more

I was connected to Buy Rite Appliances via the ice maker issue with my Samsung refrigerator. Those who have one know the issue I am talking about as no one is immune. The communication from the office was outstanding. They were there for us every step of the way. Always called ahead with updates and very nice on the phone. The technicians that were sent out to my home were fantastic. Polite, friendly and knew exactly what to do. We could not ask for more. Our ice maker is making ice cubes better than ever! When I called her back and told her mam that's what you said last time and no one called me back, She BLEW UP! She started screaming . I can't find anything bad to say about this service company. Jordan came out to repair our ice maker and replace our board for a Samsung Refrigerator... This was covered by an RC Willey Extended Warranty. What seemed like a simple repair ended up being more complex because the new motherboard was bad and so we ended up losing cooling. But Jordan answered text messages after hours, helped us trouble shoot the issue, made the diagnosis and got the authorization to come make a second repair on the weekend. I could not have asked for better service. Not their fault the replace part was a lemon... But they made it right ASAP no questions... read more
