Well when I chew or bite down on it it's very painful he didn't do it correctly instead he pulled a fast one on me saying this way is good and will fix the problem but it did not. Once the work was completed the price was $272.00 more than what was quoted. I spoke with the billing department and explained what was quoted and what I agreed to pay. After several phone calls back and forth and checking with the Dr. they agreed to the price that was quoted. I was also told that they didn't accept my dental insurance because it was out of network and the work wasn't covered, therefore, I paid the (quoted) balance due in full. Today, I received a bill from them which showed that they billed my dental insurance the $272.00 and the insurance paid $177.60 with a balance due of $94.40. After speaking with the billing department again, they said that my son was over 18 years old and that he approved the work that was done. I explained that I was the one paying for it and I went with him to the consultation and approved the work, not him. They kept telling me that it was a 2 step process and that's why they charged me the extra money. I had to remind them again that I received a quoted price from the Dr. and if it was going to be more money than what was quoted, they should have included it in the initial quote. Today after going through this ordeal again, they said they would credit my account the $94.40 but still received $177.60 from my insurance which was more than what was agreed upon. Make sure when receiving a quote it's for all the work that needs to be done not just the first step.

He will overcharge you for an exam and will do the absolute bare minimum so he can get on with his day. He displays nothing but rudeness and acts like he never wants to be there when it's his practice and only works there a whopping three days a week. Cleanings are the only thing that are acceptable but even so if you're curious about having a cavity or needing any other work done don't waste your time and money here you will not have a thorough job done and you will just be burning a hole through your wallet and be unsatisfied and still in pain.

Dr. Moskal apparently decided to test this out by saying, "Oh, you've had a concussion" and hitting her on the top of the head! They say that you can tell a lot about a practice from the reception people working there... well let me tell you that they WERE all amazing and funny and very easy to chat with . Jen in particular was adorable. She paired me with Melissa , who did my cleaning and I have to say that it did not hurt , I'm not saying I enjoyed it , but it didn't hurt and it's now three hours later and my teeth feel great !
