I am originally from California so I've been receiving treatment from Face Reality's headquarters but from 2014-2015 I lived in Dallas. During my brief year in Texas, my skin was severely dry and breaking out like crazy. I tried using all kind of moisturizing cream but I just couldn't get my skin to hydrate enough. I did some research from the Face Reality site to see if I could find an esthetician in Texas so I could continue my routine. Luckily, Nancy's office was somewhat close by and she also had been trained by Laura so I was super happy to see her to help me with my skin. At this time I was near Farmer's Branch so the drive to Frisco was lengthy but worth it (in my opinion). Nancy was thoughtful and listened to my struggles with the dry weather and acne. She provided the same treatments that I had at Face Reality's headquarters and she also carried many Face Reality products as well! I was so happy I would be able to pick up products instead of having to wait for them to ship to my apartment. My skin improved immediately as soon as I started getting the chemical peels and extractions. I was so used to thorough extractions from the California office that I was surprised how quick and painless my extractions were with Nancy (or maybe I just didn't have many pimples!). Expect the appointment to be around 30 mins total. Of course this could be longer depending on the severity of your acne. Her office is in a small plaza with a small parking lot. The times I've gone for appointments, I was always able to find parking but if the lot is full, there' street parking since the surrounding area is in a residential area. Overall, if you are suffering from acne and dryness, I'd recommend to at least get a consultation with Nancy. Face Reality has helped (and is continuing to help) me with my adult acne, and you won't be sorry because the products and routine really does work!! :) Thank you Nancy!

Nancy validated all of my concerns and actively listened when I told her about my struggles with acne. She doesn't just give you a skincare plan (anyone can do that). She gives you diet and lifestyle changes to consider and also gives you lists of ingredients to avoid in your hair, skin, and home products and in your food! I thought I was very conscious about my products and my diet, and then she politely steered me in a better direction. If you're looking for alternatives to anything, she can help you find them AND they will all be acne safe! In addition, if you have sensitive skin, she's your best bet. My skin is VERY sensitive and I have reactions to nearly everything! She tested different products on me and found a routine that was safe for my sensitive skin and even helped me toughen my skin up so it's not as reactive as it once was. Trust the process! Take lots of pictures! Your skin will slowly but surely start to improve. It has been a night and day difference for me and I've only been seeing her for 7 weeks! Investing in your skin will be the best investment you ever make. I started this journey to get clear for my wedding in the spring, but I'm quickly realizing that this is a lifestyle I really enjoy!

The girl starting the IV was NOT qualified. I have VERY easy veins - and she dug around in my arm before sticking me two additional times. It was AWFUL. Once I was hooked up, another guy came in for an IV and I watched her have the same issue with him. She stuck him no less than three times in both arms. I'm telling you -- it was not good. My arm was bruised and I have never had an IV hurt the way that one did. For this reason, I'll search out another IV bar in the Frisco area.

I've been not sleeping so well and probably not hydrating as much as I know I should, so this Drip was exactly what I needed. This place is run by a super nice couple. They really want to make sure their customers get what's best for their specific needs. I've also tried the red light therapy bed and it's powerful. Red light therapy is so beneficial for a lot of things but for me I'm using it for pain reduction in my neck and for reducing inflammation. I've already told many friends of mine about this place, my husband will be coming to try out the post viral drip soon. The whole process here is super easy and quick, the day I got the IV therapy I think I was done within 30 mins.

Upon arrival I was immediately greeted and taken to a private room to get the IV - I got the one for cold/ flu symptoms with toradol for body ache and zofran for nausea. It was nice to be able to relax and sit in a private room compared to many others where you have to sit along side many others. I'd definitely go again without hesitation if needed. I knew I came on a busy day, as it happened to be their 1st year anniversary, but I was attended to right away. Nalani took me into a private area and asked me what my goals were and what my problems were. She took her time explaining everything to me, as to why I felt tired and what she recommended may help with my symptoms. She did the same with my husband, we then started our IV treatments. The RN that did our IV's did a great job. As someone who also poked people for living, I'm a hard critic, but she did awesome. We had our kids with us, and we felt our kids were welcome also. Nalani and the staff brought us extra chairs in a private room of the spa with a TV while my husband and I sat on massage heated seats and our kids sat, watched tv, and ate snacks they got from the staff. After our treatments, we both felt great! It's been a week already and I am still feeling very focused and energetic. I was able to sign up for a membership for monthly treatments. I can't wait to see how much of a difference this makes! The spa was clean, well sanitized, and a very relaxing atmosphere. Glad we came by!
