I am obsessed with my brows! After doing extensive research, I decided to book an appointment with Andrea. Andrea is such a great brow artist. She answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable from the moment I walked in. The process was explained throughly and I am very pleased with my eyebrows. I am only on Day 5, and I already love them. I am excited to see what they look like when they are fully healed. I return for a touch-up appointment (included in your first appointment) in a couple of weeks. I felt that time flew by as Andrea made the experience go so smoothly. Book your appointment, you will be more than satisfied with the results!

I take a really serious research to look up the best shop for Ombre Powder Brows. Aesthetic is the only one have 5 stars. Andrea is a master of the brows art. She really did a great job. I have no complaints at all even though I am a kind of picky one. My brows looks really natural, even I haven't wear any makeup. I Love it.

This review is very long awaited. I had initially booked my ombre brow appointment with Andrea around two years ago but I had to reschedule because I found out I was pregnant. Once I was ready I rebooked and she honored my initial deposit (I also kept in touch and kept her updated)! When anyone messes with your face you are giving them all your trust. Andrea walked me through each phase, step by step so I knew what to expect. I'm not going to lie, the initial session you feel alot of emotions surrounding the potential outcome of what your brows may be, however, you need to trust the process. I freaked out about 34x, but always reached out to Andrea with any questions or concerns and she always made me feel better. Again, trust the process and listen to the directions. It's all worth it in the end. A few tips: - Be patient throughtout the process and follow the directions to the T (no scab picking, use the moisturizer, no hot showers, no sweating) - Use a travel pillow to sleep at night so you don't move. It helps! - Communicate your wants and needs to Andrea during phase one and phase two in order to achieve your preferred look. Always remember you can always go darker but not lighter. This was the best decision I have ever made. I recently went on a trip and was able to wake up and walk out without everyone seeing me and my tiny eyebrows. This process is life-changing for those of us with sparse brows!

I wish I would've gone to Andrea sooner! Best decision ever. I researched for about 6 months & made the decision right before I gave birth. I am very grateful that she answered all of my questions (& I had many), put me at ease & exchanged texts months before my appointment. I did the powder brow class. She made me feel so comfortable, she provided good clear instruction, she corrected me on some things but did it in a respectful professional way. I recently had a baby, she made sure her studio was a safe environment (in light of covid). I had a TON of questions before jumping into a new field and she answered all of them. She genuinely wants you to succeed so she shares everything she knows with you. i had never met her prior to this but i feel like i walked away having made a friend/ mentor. Some research I've done that makes her stand apart: 1. some places give you a time frame that they are willing to mentor you through, she doesn't put time restrictions on mentoring you (the class is 2 days but you can call her with questions) 2. she gives you a kit to get started, everything exactly as she uses including the tattoo machine. other places you get your own or its a limited kit 3. she tells you where she got her stuff other places you figure it out by yourself 4. she shares tips on what worked for her and lessons she's learned along the way. 5. she will work with your schedule other places are rigid and are limited on times and days 6. instruction is private, she focuses on you! The class is pricy but she's willing to work with you.. she did for me.

Andrea did an amazing job at rebuilding my eyebrows. I never had thought my eyebrows could ever be back to normal. Ever since my reconstructive surgery. But Andrea was the one to finally get them right. Beyond thankful with her. She made me feel comfortable confident.

Ever since my not so good experience with micro-blading under another aesthetician, I was hesitant to get any work done on my eyebrows and skeptical at finding someone who can do a good job. My co-worker told me about Aesthetic Ink. Since her eyebrows came out nice I swallowed my trepidation and made an appointment. I shelled out the $100 downpayment and anxiously waited for my appointed day. Andrea was friendly and professional. She explained the procedure which helped allay my fears. I liked how my eyebrows looked when she sketched on them the first time. There was minimal discomfort during the procedure and her choice of background music helped me relax. My brows came out better than I expected. I followed her after-care instructions to the T and returned a month later for the touch-up. I requested to have darker and thicker brows. Now five (5) months later my brows are still on fleek. I am so happy I met Andrea. As a matter of fact I am contemplating on getting my lips done by her too.

This review is long overdue. I had been against eyebrow tattooing for as long as I can remember. Then I was introduced to Andrea's instagram page by a mutual friend. Even then I followed her with no intent to get my eyebrows tattooed. One day I bit the bullet and put my deposit down without still even being sure I wanted to do it. At worst I thought, it's just $100 I'd lose (no big deal) Well Andrea was very informative and made sure I knew all that the procedure entailed. I booked my appointment and honestly don't know why I didn't do it YEARS ago?! Andrea is thee sweetest, most welcoming person you could ever meet. She naturally makes you feel at ease and comfortable, which was important because even on that table I was nervous. There was VERY MINIMAL discomfort and she doesn't let you walk out of her studio unless you are happy with your results! I am absolutely in love with my eyebrows, borderline obsessed to be honest! If you're on the fence about doing it, you will not be disappointed going with Andrea. Even the healing process (which was probably the most nerve racking for me) was a breeze as long as your following her after care instructions. The compliments are never ending! I LOVE my eyebrows! I just had them done by Andrea 2 days ago and I'm already loving how it looks. The appointment was easy to make and Andrea is very responsive/happy to answer any questions prior to the appointment. The location is very cute, classy, and clean! It made me feel like I was in a spa. First, Andrea assessed my eyebrows and outlined what the result would look like. She made sure I was 100% happy with it and made any adjustments before starting. The actual procedure wasn't as painful as I thought (which is what I was mostly afraid of)! She put on some numbing cream, but I tolerated it well and even fell asleep! I was prepared to be there for about 2-3 hours, but I was probably there for about 1.5 hours total and I didn't feeling rushed at all. She gave detailed post-care instructions which are vital for the healing period. It's Day 2 now and I don't have any irritations, itchiness, or redness! I've been getting compliments from my family since they know how I've always struggled with my eyebrows. I'll post an update once they're fully healed! read more

Took in my daugter for a lip enhancment . Her lips were spotted due to chemo therapy . We talked to Andrea on the phone and explained what was going on and if this type of service would help with my daugters situation. Highly recommend Andrea! I'm so happy with how my eyebrows turned out. I have always had naturally thin eyebrows that always had to be drawn in. Since going to her my eyebrows look absolutely amazing and the best part of it all is I don't have to draw on my eyebrows anymore. She did an amazing job and I would recommend her to anyone considering having their eyebrows done. Her technique was great and I felt no pain during the process. This review is long overdue! I'm 56 years old and I recently got my first "ink" done. I was very worried as well as skeptical that something could ever look as nice or natural using ink for "eyebrows ". I was completely blown away by my transformation! I highly recommend "powder brows" for anyone in need of an eyebrow rescue. I was given a consultation prior to booking my appointment and once I met the owner I was confident I made the right decision. I had my brows done last week and I was so scared but Andrea made me so comfortable and it was painless. Also her studio is super clean and nice. Updated review: This review is for Andrea's private training she offers! She did my brows a couple of years ago and inspired me to want to get in the business as well. I loved the work she did on my brows that I knew her training would be great and I wasn't wrong! Unlike other eyerbow studios, she offers her training one on one for the same price as other studios who offer their training with other students. Andrea made me feel super comfortable and confident going into training. She was thorough and explained the process in detail. I recently had my eyebrows done by Andrea and I'm so happy I went this route as opposed to microblading. I had an appointment set for microblading and after reading the yelp reviews on her page I knew this would be a better fit for me. Andrea is very professional AND personable at the same time. She gives you the time you deserve and explains her process in great detail. I was nervous it would be painful and she assured me it would be fine. Everything turned out exactly as she promised! I had such a great experience with Andrea. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. She stops and gives breaks if needed. I had my lips and eye brows done by her. She gave a nice little aftercare kit with very detailed instructions on what to expect throughout the healing process. Her studio is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Great experience with Andrea. I got my eyebrows done in El Monte, 3D tattoo. I was not happy with the shape, color and they were uneven. The tattoo artist was arrogant and thought she did a better job then she actually does. I found Andrea and she was willing to take on my eyebrows. She was very nice, genuinely caring and willing to correct someone else's mistakes. She did a great job. She balanced my eyebrows better and gave me a better shape and color. It was a great experience and Andrea is great at her craft. Would definitely recommend her. I will definitely be back for touch ups. read more

Had the best experience with Andrea! She really takes her time and is patient with informing you abt everything and how it will go. When drawing out your brows she makes sure your happy with the shape, she gives you mirror and asks if you would want to tweak anything before moving on. I was nervous for it to be painful I have to say it was not! She does use a numbing cream so that really helps. I'm so happy with my new brows! I've always had pretty full brows just light and not very defined, also one brow lower then the other. Now the both are perfectly even, shaped, and fuller! Best part I don't have to shade them in!! I can't wait to see the finish results once I go in for my second session. read more

I want to leave a review for this amazing artist. Andrea works magic! I have had microblading done by two different people and my eyebrows never take. Well third time was the charm! I was referred to Andrea by my girlfriend who had her eyebrows done by Andrea and they looked amazing! I had to give another shot so I contacted Andrea and she immediately replied and answered any questions I had. Her place is so cute and she is the sweetest person. I had my eyebrows and lips done. I was nervous about the lips since they are sensitive. I did have swelling but it went down after a few hours. I will attach a pic once they are completely healed. I highly recommend Andrea. I recently took a private one on one ombre powder brow training with Andrea and I'm so glad I went with her. She is so professional, friendly, genuine, passionate, a great brow artist as well as a great instructor. She answered all my questions thoroughly and took her time to explain things to me. We went over how to brow map and shape brows, properly use the needles and speed on the machine, how to properly hold the machine, how to stretch the skin, how to outline the pre drawing, correct pressure to use, her ombre technique, how to mix pigments, color correction and much more! We went over a lot of scenarios and from what I can see, she has great work ethics and excellent customer service which shows because through her reviews on yelp. Overall, I would highly recommend everyone to take her class if you're in the market for an ombre brow training course. read more

I searched for a brow artist in Riverside and the surrounding areas since I am local, but I wasn't too stuck on anyone. I found Andrea through Yelp and I was obsessed with her work. She had several before, during, and after photos which proved her work was consistent and exceptional! We're talking about tattooing our faces here, so I wasn't settling for anything less. Andrea is a doll! She is kind, professional, and ensures you are comfortable during the entire process. Her studio is adorable too! She talks you through the steps and answers any questions you have. I showed her pictures of her own work and said that is exactly what I want. She is amazing at what she does! If you have any concerns about how they may turn out, BELIEVE ME people, the results are beyond what I expected. I almost cried when I was there because I was so scared that they would be too dark or too big. I'm naturally pale with auburn hair so my brows are basically nonexistent. She ensured me about the healing phase and how they will look in the coming months. It was a big change for me and I was so nervous but I am obsessed! I am currently healing after my touch up and I was so happy after the initial healing phase that I am counting the minutes to see them healed again. Andrea is so nice and very professional had a wonderful experience and she did a wonderful job more than I can imagine. I referred my mother in law and she as well did her eyebrows and loved them. I previously had microblading done before going to Aesthetic Ink and it was ok but I wasn't satisfied because it wasn't the look I wanted. So I was happy that when I reached out to Andrea regarding getting my eyebrows done and sent her pics of my brows, she promptly replied and assured me that yes she can "fix" my brows! Her salon is cute, clean and comfy. She does an amazing job with eyebrows! It was painless and precise, she takes her time making sure you get the results you want! I highly recommend Andrea! I truly believe she is the epitome of professionalism and friendliness. The cleanliness of Andrea and her studio makes you feel confident and comfortable in the choice you have made, especially during this time. She absolutely knows what she is doing. I am so grateful that she made me feel super relaxed and took her time explaining the procedure (lip blushing), the healing process, and how the ink would help neutralize my naturally darker pigmented lips. I contacted Josh few weeks after to discuss the issue but he refused to accept his mistake. He takes only cash that way you cannot dispute the charges. he did not follow a pattern, clearly he did not do a mapping at all while working on my wife's eye brows and here are the results. Josh, I do see your response but be mindful that you did not the appropriate mapping to start with also I declined for you to redo her eye brows because I did not want you to make them worse. My recommendation for you is to be honest with your customers if you know for sure that results won't be as expected or refuse to do the work if you know the outcome won't be great. That is part of your job as a "professional".

The microblading/shading process was quick and painless. Julie makes sure that you are taken care of before, during, and after your procedure with her. I went back 8 weeks later for my follow up appointment and I didn't think it was possible to be more thrilled with my results (but I am!). I wholeheartedly trust Sandy and her expertise in terms of shape and color. Whenever I look back at photos of my eyebrows before Sandy, I cringe a little bit and needless to say I'm very grateful Sandy did her thang and gave me some eyebrows! For my most recent experience, I went in for my 24+ month touch up and Sandy was in the shop waiting for me. I told her I felt like I didn't retain as much color as I had hoped last time, and told her areas of my concern where I don't grow as much hair. Sandy listened (most importantly, she did not get defensive about my concerns) and when she was done with the touch up, it was apparent that she had addressed my concerns. The whole process took a little less than an hour and a half. The "most painful" part was when she outlines the eyebrow without the numbing cream. She describes it as feeling like little scratches, and I agree. This pain felt like a 1/10 - my partner's dog scratches me harder than that. Once the numbing cream is on, you can't feel a single thing. Sandy is very gentle and will check in with you to see how you're doing throughout the process. She is so easy to chat with and the time flies by. One thing she's always done every single time I've seen her is show me that she's using a new needle when it is still in it's packaging. After the eyebrows are completed, Sandy goes over the aftercare steps with you and then follows up with an email. She is very great at answering all questions. I texted Sandy in advance to see if she accepts credit card, and she quickly responded she accepts Zelle, or if I choose to pay via cc then there is a 3% processing fee. I opted to use Zelle and she had her QR code already printed out in the studio which I found very helpful. I could write a novel about how much I enjoy Sandy and her work. I'd love to gate keep her, but that wouldn't be fair to her!

I also go to her for eyelash lifts. I am so happy with her work! I love not having to shade in my brows every morning and not have to worry about curling my lashes. Chris is very thorough in going over what to expect and emphasizes the importance of proper care afterwards. She provides written instructions and she is responsive in answering any questions I may have. Her set-up is very clean and everything she uses is one-time use, newly out of the package.

As a guy, the stretching, mobility work, and massage aspects really appeal to me. It's been such a great addition to my routine of activities. For my wife, it has been an actual game changer - less need of normal massage and she feels much better in her body. We both love it for slightly different reasons but both feel great after.
