I am a very conservative person in terms of choosing lashes places plus I had many bad experience from extentions so I had been going to the same place in Ktown for a while. However 50+ min driving for lashes finally got me, I decided to try different place near my house. I've never gotten my lashes done before so of course I would put myself in a terrible situation. I went to a friend of a friend's in Compton get my lash extensions done and needless to say she messed me up. I didn't know it but she glued cheap plastic little bundles of lashes on my eyelids/eye lashes. It really looked like she glued eye lash strips to my eyes. She put so much glue on my eyes were irritated and I had to get them taken off the next day. I found this place through yelp and I am so thankful. Azia is my savior. I called her and within the hour I was at her place. She was very polite and explained to me everything that was going on with my lashes and how eye lash extensions are suppose to be. She made sure that I was comfortable with the process and told me to tell her to stop if it became too much for me. The removal solution does sting a bit but as long as you keep your eyes closed you're good. She was wearing gloves which I thought was nice. After she applied the remover she proceed to slowly take off the mistake I made the other day. It didn't take too long to remove them. Then she put coconut oil on my eyes to get rid of the excess glue and told me that the coconut oil also helps your lashes grow thicker. (Yay!) Her hospitality and skills are worth so much more than what she charges. Removal was 15$ total... but of course I had to tip her! I don't have pictures but she did post a before and after on her businesses Instagram account. I would definetly come to her if I was ever going to get my lashes done because she is someone who is knowledgeable in this field. I would also recommend anyone who needs to get their terrible lash job removed to go to her! Go! She will help you! Writing this from my husbands account because I just had to write a review for Azia. She exceeded all expectations I had especially with my tiny Asian lashes. I had gotten my lashes done before and the hair they used was way to thick and it hurt my eyelids. Azia explained that the previous girl probably used a synthetic lash that was too heavy for my poor little Asian lashes that weighed them down. Azia showed me the different type of lashes and ended up using a really light soft lash on me (same price which is nice because other places charge 20-40 more for the softer ones) all in all my lashes still came out full But still natural which I absolutely love!
