I was looking for a new lash tech as my previous tech moved to Arizona. As we know finding a lash tech that does lashes to one's desire is hard and can take a couple of sessions so I decided to check this place. Janice did my lashes and although she was asking me what type of style I advised I like open eye 4D with D curl and she informed they do 3D or 6D. We went with 6D and although it was not my preferred style and I was not too thrilled she advised next time we can do 3D but the problem is that 24 hours later my eyes are still red and irritated from the glue. Loved my experience here especially for my first time getting eyelash extensions! I booked my 1st appt online and chose 3D wispy. Going in the place was super clean, nice and relaxing. Janice my lash tech was super helpful and walked me through the process. She guided me into the room and helped me choose the style and I chose 3D cat eye and i showed her some references photos that were wispy. The whole appt went so smoothly, Janice made sure I was happy with my length and how it turned out at the end. i truly loved how my lashes look but notice they weren't wispy. At the end, I didn't get the wispy look like I requested but loved the results so I just brushed it off and said i would get wispy next time. I went in for a 1 week and a 2 week fill & had a good experience. Felt like this place could be my forever place. After 3-4 weeks since my last refill, I decided I wanted to do 3D wispy so I booked an appointment for a whole new set and confirmed with Janice before starting. The reason why I put 4/5 stars is because after booking and confirming 3D wispy, she still did 3D volume and not wispy even though I confirmed that this set was a 3D wispy set. I think I've found my new lash tech! Context: There was another place I was loyal to for the past 2 +years. I liked them bc they could see me almost anytime, any day last minute. However while the quality would differ from tech to tech I usually always felt sharp grainy things poking my lids, burning from the glue. I would tell them certain lengths and they'd still put what they liked. But I tolerated bc I could get some lashes whenever last minute...And sometimes by next day many lashes would be on my pillow or fall on the floor constantly. I would lose lashes often as they would stack so many on one natural lash. Not healthy at all. Anyway. Not here. For the first time I left and was able to close my lids tightly and it not hurt. Other places were gluing to my eyelids instead of the actual lash - I discovered. Not only did Angel know what she was doing but she gave me the exact look I've been requesting that no one ever seemed to honor.
