Went back for a 3 week refill. $60 Wanted same, 1:1 lash mink. Technician applied synthetic 1:2 lashes which use more glue and lashes not as soft and natural feeling. Disappointed AND- I had a $10 off credit on my account which was not applied when I paid. [[HIGHLIGHT]]For such an elaborate digital customer system, one would think client preferences and account information would be noted at check in.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]And Response to business owner's reply. I did want the exact same 1:1 fill with the quality lashes I paid more for on my initial visit. And I was not ASKED if I wanted the double lashes on a single lash to fill in at "no extra charge" because I don't like them[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. It makes the glue clumpier and is eye irritating to me. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I really wanted to like this place because the staff was very kind and welcoming.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Before my appointment, I let my lash technician know that I have sensitive eyes and specifically requested sensitive lash glue.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Unfortunately, during the application my eyes were burning and stinging the entire time, and I was tearing up constantly. This has never happened to me at any other lash salon. They mentioned that my eyes were shaking because of caffeine, but it was actually because I was in so much pain and trying to tolerate the discomfort. By the end of the appointment, my eyes were in so much pain, and my left eye was completely red. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The technician offered me eye drops, which I appreciated, and they helped a little at the time.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] However, it's now been over a day, and my eye is still red. My eyes also feel sore every time I blink, so I'll most likely be seeing an eye doctor to make sure everything is okay. I appreciate how nice the service was, but unfortunately the experience itself was not. If you have sensitive eyes, I would be cautious about getting your lashes done here.
