I specifically asked for a natural look and she absolutely nailed it! They're soft, pretty, and not overdone at all. Easily the best lash extensions I've gotten. I went on Tuesday, March 25th, to get eyelashes applied. Honestly, I had a bad experience with them. It's not my first time, but I've had this experience twice before. I arrived, and they didn't offer me any services. They just told me it would be $80. The first time they offered me too many services, so I decided to go again. The first time I got them, I didn't have any problems with the lashes, they even lasted too long. The second time, on the third day, I already had half of my eyelashes because almost all of them had disappeared. I called so they could give me a solution and they told me that due to their policy they can only help you until the third day. I told them that I was only on the third day. They told me that I had to pay again and I told them no because paying again knowing that I was within the days that they could fix it seemed a little unfair to me, to be honest, but I still came back because I gave them hope again, but I regret it so much, to be honest. read more

My lashes did not look very lifted at all and they are uneven, and so I left her know if there was anything to fix this...which is when she mentioned that she had smaller rods that she could use NEXT TIME. I'm a little upset that she didn't ask prior to working on my lashes on what I wanted if she had different options for levels of lift. I get that she got her schedules mixed up, and maybe that's why she forgot to ask/offer different styles? She offered to give me a discount the next time I came back...but I came her solely because I have an event the next day. I don't know if I will be coming back on my own. She was sweet and the space was clean and quiet, but I guess my lesson is to ask before trusting them. Edit: She reached out to me immediately and asked for me to come in tomorrow so that she could fix them. She fit me in with my availability, which I was very thankful for. Be prepared to wait about 15-30 minutes past your appointment time, as the lash tech (Elaine) is usually finishing up with another client. She was sweet, and the overall vibe was calming. I even fell asleep during sessions thanks to the soft instrumental music. However, the lashes themselves were just okay. At all three appointments, my eyes burned during and after the application, and I had to use a fan every time to relieve the discomfort. The classic sets I got during the first two visits had poor retention. Maybe it's because they're classics. I experienced daily fallout, which was annoying as stray lashes would poke my eyes. The third time, I tried a volume set and they were gone by day 25, which I'm not complaining. The style looked bulky, black, and unnatural, but slowly started looking like classic with fallout (which was also itchy/poking me). I made sure to clean and fan-dry my lashes every other day. Also, keep in mind that switching styles doesn't come with any kind of pricing adjustment. She did check how many weeks had passed since my last visit, so I thought there might be a slight discount but nope. Overall, the lashes are cute, but I wouldn't return. I've since found a new lash tech where retention is better, and I've had no burning from the glue or daily fall out.

They have a restroom inside, I found parking right in front, side St free 2 hrs max - perfect. They accept Apple Pay.. Another point!
