Wow! Yesterday Aly, RN, treated me with the newest filler on the market, RHA, and I'm blown away! Her care was so personal, she asked me questions and showed me the progress in the mirror along the way...she really involved me in the process. And the results are way better than I expected... like why didn't I do this 5 years ago? I turned 57 on Sunday and I now look 10 years younger! Aly used RHA to help out my cheekbones, smile lines and lips. I'm just one day out, and I can't get over the difference. I'm looking forward to my follow up with Aly in one week! I rarely write bad reviews let alone ones where I am going to torch! But I am this time! My wife went there on February 2nd for 2 treatments, Botox and Juvederm. The procedures left her with a SEVERELY bruised left eye....and that was after she had passed out during the administration. All she was looking for was a nice procedure before we left for an extended family trip to the midwest, which was a disaster as it was very difficult and awkward for both of us. The stares and double looks and the need to give long explanations to friends and family AND HER PARENTS was beyond uncomfortable. After two days the bruising got a lot worse. I suggested she go back in to see Stacy with the hope there was something that could be done. Apparently all she got was shock at how bad it was and a question of "maybe your anemic?". I was, and still am dismayed, that "the medical spa" did nothing to try and help her. I asked her if your spa still charged you for her procedure? She said yes. Any make good on a future visit??? and she said no. My wife was a big fan of her and her staff. That is why she has been a customer for over five years. To let her leave there banged up after a cosmetic procedure is unfortunate, very much so. I know accidents happen but to not follow up on it and make her comfortable now, to me is unacceptable. I emailed Stacy and made the points above and she answered back with basic "patient doctor confidentiality", which I get. I emailed her back acknowledging that fact, but asked her how she would handle this and she never answered back. There are way to many providers in the area that are far more capable and competent to use them ever again. Look elsewhere. read more

She spent many minutes discussing the procedure with me and set up a Skype consultation with a medical doctor to further reassure me. In my consultation with Stacy Grissen, I was able to ask questions, get straight forward answers (where I didn't feel like she was upselling me...just explained all the options) and we laid out a plan of treatment over the next year for areas that I identified. I felt listened to and understood. Stacy made suggestions that made sense for me, my age and lifestyle. In the last six months, I have had both a chemical peel and IPL. Both produced fantastic results in texture, correcting discoloration and sun damage. I have been very pleased. I'm even getting many of my skin care products from the spa.
