Simmone was very helpful and caring in helping me get rid of all my dark spots from excessive sun damage, pigmentation, and mainly freckles that I had on my face . Not only is she incredibly sweet and welcoming, but she also made my face glow with the hydration it desperately needed. Really disappointed with Image Spa MD. I was recommended to Image Spa MD by a friend that got Botox here. Botox was fine but my filler experience was not. I came in for under eye filler (which I've gotten before) and after receiving it, there was a large lump that formed under my right eye. I came in multiple times to get it corrected and months later it's still there. Each time I came in, the lights were so bright you couldn't see the lump. They claimed there was nothing there. Each time I left, I'd return home disappointed because I could immediately see it. I hate looking at my face in zoom or if there is any sort of shadow now. Going to another place to try to see if she can correct it. Thousands of dollars later and I'm in a worse place than if I ever came in. read more

I have been to this place before, have friends who go there etc. Well they call me and they say 'your card keeps declining can we have another one?' And I was like what do you mean keeps declining how many times have you charged it? And they were like well we just kept charging it bc that's our protocol and I was like WHAT?!!! I mean surely after the first decline you think you would call the customer and ask them if they should try it again. So I call my bank and they charged my card 6 times! So I call back and the manager is basically gaslighting me telling me I'm a liar and crazy and they have nothing on their side & they hung up on me. They won't answer my calls. They charged me $900. No gift card (as if I'd ever do business with them again) There are so many scammy people out there especially during the holidays. Beware who you do business with! read more

5 Stars for Teri! I've had Botox on my forehead and cheek filler done by her. I was very hesitant about cheek filler bc all I've seen is people with super overdone filler. However, Teri kept my look natural and now I never have to contour my cheek bones, I have a natural contour! go see her if you want to look better but keep it looking natural. Also to be straight forward, the some of the front desk agents haven't been the most friendly. When I tell you the staff is so friendly, I absolutely mean it. I have been to many med spas and I kinda hate going to med spas because the staff are usually mean girls. It was my first time at Image Spa and as soon as I walked in, the staff greeted me and were so friendly and made my experience so comfortable.The women at the front desk were so sweet and amazing. Wow - actually at a loss of words of where to start - a first for me. Received a gift card from a friend to try Image Spa as she had a GREAT experience. Of course I also Yelped to make sure they were reputable as this is dealing with, for the most part, with your "FACE" so no room for error or mistakes!! It was actually their recent Black Friday special that prompted the events that lead to this 5 star review. I purchased one of their specials, and then another for myself. The specials are automatically stored in their system under our respective names for convenience to BUT they graciously wrapped my friends gift in this beautiful red box with bow. Perfect for Christmas. But it gets better, when I went to pick it up, they went above and beyond to make sure I could find their office. They called me, AND then sent text pictures to guide every step of the way. When I entered their office I was greeted like a rockstar - three were behind the counter and all three could not be more pleasant, be more real and so accommodating. While there, they had a cancellation so they got me in for a botox procedure. I admit I was a bit terrified but nurse Andrea was so calm, so patient, and professional. She inquired intensively about my desired outcome, and then administered the right doses for me. BEST part - I gave them many opportunities to up sell as I really was interested in learning about their many services. Nope - not once! My experience was basically painless with no bruising! 3 stars because the customer service is nice but I don't think I'll be going back. I had my lips filled for the first time with them- I initially got this done because my bottom lip is very uneven. After injections, it ended up looking more uneven! So once it wore off I went in for my free touch up to see if we could make them symmetrical. When I got my touch up, an obvious lump appeared on my lip where she injected the day after. They kept saying "that never happens," but looking at the reviews it has happened to other people who got injected here! It kept growing and I was so embarrassed of it so I went back to get it dissolved. Since I was already there I decided to get my botox done with her instead of my regular place....It literally disappeared after 2 weeks. Every time I get botox it lasts for about 3-7 months, so I don't know if that's their tactic to keep people coming in/paying for refills often? I kept going back to them which was my mistake, should've just went somewhere else after how uneven my lips remained after the first appt. read more

Just had a microdermabrasion today with Jamie. She is so sweet and very knowledgeable. She gave a great massage and my face was definitely cleaner and exfoliated once I left there. I definitely would come back and get more treatments from her. The only reason I didn't get five stars was because of the receptionist or shall I say sales lady. The moment I walked in she was trying to sell sell sell. It is such a turn-off. She's trying to sell me a package before I've even experienced the treatment and I did not like that, it was a major turn off. This spa is a travel for me, but well worth the time & money spent. I've used them for many services, micro needling, facials, etc. my skin looks better than it did 20 years ago. While occasionally I use other places, this one is my favorite when I have time to travel to it. Staff is top notch, services are reasonably priced, they aren't pushy with their services offered. I went to this Image Spa because someone told me about it and thought I try it out. Like many mention, and although it is not the main reason for going to places like this but it is the first impression, the ambiance is nice, I wouldn't say spectacular, but nice. The front desk person was very nice and friendly, but not as friendly as I expected being the first time customer, but to nowadays standards, I guess she was great. I was not pleased with the person that I spoke with in regards to what I wanted done to my skin, I felt that the conversation was all about this person selling and selling more than being helpful and concerned about my skin. I didn't like the ongoing selling of cosmetics I need to use before and after, and also the total of the expense I was given without even knowing for sure if I will be needing all the treatments suggested. Why not pay as I go along, instead of paying the full amount ahead of time that may not even be needed. No one pays for everything at once, some down, some when done. Also, I thought I was going to speak to the person that was actually going to work on my skin and get her expertise on it, I don't understand how someone that is not going to do the procedures/sessions and who doesn't even look at your skin properly, can give you a full package of what you need to spend without making a full and complete look of your skin first. You tell them what you want and someone who will not be doing the work is telling you everything you will be needing. I also didn't like that I was told a certain amount that it was to cost me, only to go outside for a minute, come back in and the price was significantly higher than what I was told before the person left the room. Of course all these kind of places are out there to make money, and most know that when someone goes into a place like this is excited and wants to do it today if possible, but it's important to find someone honest first of all, and someone you can trust will tell you the truth of what you need and the outcome, good and bad, I did not like the aggressiveness of the selling of the products as I said from someone who may be knowledgeable somewhat, but I felt was more like a sales person then someone that truly cared about your skin, and again, the one that will NOT be working on your skin, the person doing the sessions and the expert/professional should be the one talking to you. You are paying for something that may not even be what you need or what the person that eventually will work with you may think you need upfront, doesn't make sense. I think this process is totally wrong, I thought I was going to see someone that would have looked at my skin first, a specialist is who I thought I was going to see for my concerns, and for her to look at skin thoroughly and advise after that. That's my opinion. I left disappointed to say the least. I don't even know what would be the best for my skin except bunch of cosmetics that are definitely higher in price when you buy them at this place, and they are still expensive elsewhere. Too much selling and not enough caring is how this place left me, and before I have someone doing something to my skin, I will definitely shop around first, no matter how many times, it is my skin after all and I want to be happy with someone and feel like someone cares for my needs. read more

I go to see Teri every three months for Botox. I only came here as she moved from another spa. The spa is nice and wait times are always minimal. This is not a sanctuary spa so don't go if you want the walk around in a robe and smell aromatherapy type of place. Teri never disappoints and I have and will continue to refer anyone to her. Omg I was extremely happy with my experience at Image Spa MD. I called to get an appointment the day of because my face was breaking out and it was really embarrassing. They didn't have any availability on a Saturday for at least two weeks. I work 8-5 during the week and it is very difficult to get away for a spa treatment. I told them I really couldn't wait that long and if they have any cancellations please give me a call. About 30 minutes later I got a call that someone canceled and if I could be there in 20 min I got the spot. I hightailed it over and checked in. The spa is located on the second floor and a bit hard to find, so give yourself time before your appointment. They're waiting room is divine and relaxing. When I got back to the facial room, the aesthetician walked me through what she would like to do with my particular skin. It was so relaxing and she got so many black heads. It takes about a day or two for your skin to recover from the extractions, but SO worth it! I will definitely go back here read more
