UPDATE: Instead of getting an apology or a refund.. the owner told me to remove my review because I must have gotten the wrong business. I sent her a copy of my bank transaction and a complete explanation of my experience but yelp had already filtered my review from their profile. I guess they assumed they did not have to respond to me after that. Spend your money somewhere elsewhere. Initially came here because I was given a gift certificate for my birthday. In addition to my gift cert.I purchased an additional 25 units of botox for my 11's in the amount of $250.00. This was more than I have used in past for this area but technician told me my results would last longer. I usually have great results with 18 units at Avalon Laser. I waited 10 days...and another week..and nothing. No change in 11's whatsoever. I emailed the office with photos and no response. I emailed them again and asked for a refund since I had no change, supplied photos and never heard back. Not sure what is going on here but it has never happened to me before and between my purchase and my gift cert..almost $400.00 was spent here with no results. The fact no one ever responded to me is the reason I opted to write the review. It is disrespectful and I feel as if I was taken for my money. read more

I paid for my visit, which took 2 tries on different credit cards (their fault, not mine) and then I received an invoice from the snotty receptionist, stating I didn't pay my bill. I found this place via groupon, and they had a great deal, but the only downfall is you would have to pay a bit extra for more laser coverage on the package (I wasn't aware of it during the groupon purchase till I officially showed up) - No biggie because I Love the lady who does my laser procedure here. I think her name starts with an M... Madaline? lol- She really turns up the setting on laser to make sure that I feel something before she proceeds to finish the area on my legs. I love how she is through with her work, and she doesn't miss a spot. There are other places that I have gone, and the setting is so low that I'm not sure myself if it's doing anything, and they're not as precise as this lady. read more

The RN I used to see for Botox retired and I was trying to find a location close to home so I turned to Yelp and I found this spa and Stacy. All the reviews were outstanding so I trusted I would be in good hands. From the start of my conversation at my appointment with Stacy (RN and owner) I knew I made the right choice. She is beyond amazing and not only knows what she's doing but listens to what the patient is looking for. She's an educator, an RN, and extremely experienced and good at what she does. I usually bruise and I had no bruising from her injections. My results were also just as impressive with a completely natural and rested look. I can't recommend her and her spa enough. Telling everyone I know that they should come here. :) Truly. I came in initially due to being a little self conscious about my "11's" lines in between my eyebrows. I am a pretty happy person and I don't like looking cross just because my face has decided to give me frown lines on my forehead all the sudden. Lol. Amber is a pro to the extreme. She is SO GENTLE and knowledgeable and sweet. She is fantastic at knowing just where to administer the Botox and just how much to do so that you still look natural.
